Worst Pharmacy I've ever used. Rude and incompetent. They delivered my medicine to the wrong house and was upset when I called to ask about my delivery. I was promised a return call in 20 minutes as they were waiting to hear from the driver. Forty minutes later I called back as they didn't call as promised and I was yelled at again. I asked them to refund the $5 tip I left the driver they said they would. I called about 4 hours later and I was yelled at by a female employee who said I have to stop calling and that how great they were to me and then I was hung up on. Every call was justified and if they weren't incompetent I would never of called to begin with. In the past they shorted me pills for a colonoscopy so I had to cancel . They also never filled my pain medicine and when I called that's when I was informed that they didn't carry the medicine anymore. They should of called me. Avoid this dump of terrible service. read more

110 Pharmacy gave me the wrong dosage of my medication. When I spoke to the pharmacist, he wouldn't admit he was wrong and refused to give me the correct, most current dosage of the medication. He became argumentative, irate and was very unprofessional. My insurance company found me a new pharmacy and thankfully my insurance voided the mistaken medication that was the wrong dosage. read more

I ordered Cutex nail polish remover from Amazon. This was fulfilled by Vitamins For You at 459 Walt Whitman Rd, Melville, NY. The product I ordered was 2 ounces (59 ml) at a cost of $7.77. The product I received was 1.75 ounces (52 ml). I am not impressed by the product I received. I will not order again from this source. read more

My husband's doctor instructed him to purchase some items that were only available at a medical supply store. We called 110 Pharmacy and they had what we needed but we're closing at 6pm. I got there with just a moment to spare. Seeing how stressed out I was, the woman behind the counter collected all the items for me. Assuring me all the while that things would be ok. Each person that I encountered there was helpful and kind. They were very knowledgeable and that too was a comfort. I highly recommend shopping here. They store also carries wonderful gifts and higher quality items. By the way, their prices were the same as Amazon or in some cases a bit less. read more

I have lived in this area for 36 years. I have been using 110 Pharmacy for all of these years. Never did I have a bad experience. They have always been very helpful. They do not know what your medical issues are and to blame them for giving you the the wrong medicine for four years is ridiculous. You should know what you are supposed to take. There are many websites available to check the meds you are taking and what they are for. I have never had anyone being rude to me, never have I had to raise my voice or argue with any staff members. read more

I was very disappointed with this store. I purchased a back brace in the store. The sales person gave me many to try on in the store. She had no problem opening the boxes to let you try them on. I was undecided and not sure of what to buy. Being in pain I tried one of the braces she gave me to try on. When I got home I tried it on again and realized it was hurting me. I went back to the store the next day and I was told that all sales are final. This was very misleading to me. I should have been told before my unsure purchase that I would not be able to return this product. I was told due to COVID no returns but it's ok to open all boxes in the store and try things on. This is really all about money not COVID anymore . Sorry 110 Pharmacy you just lost a valuable customer who has many community friends.. read more

An update less than 2 weeks later! This is going this is going to be a long one... This place has definitely gone down a few notches and here's why. After getting home and trying on a compression stocking I bought (which I was measured in store for) I came to realize it didn't fit. The length was way too long for me, which made me realize they never measured the length of my leg from my knee down. The stocking would roll down on-top which was extremely uncomfortable and either way I had it, pulled up or not pulled up all the way it was falling off my foot. I even showed my mom to get another quick opinion and she said they fit horribly, (k good I'm not crazy). I have bought these from other medical supply stores before, my other ones fit me perfect, this isn't my first rodeo. I thought no problem, I'll just return them. I checked the receipt "14 day returns only and with store credit" Nooooo, I hate crappy return policies. BUT at least I get store credit. I show up today and after a brief exchange with the woman who measured me, my feelings slowly started to change with the place. She asked me a bunch of questions about how it fit/how I was wearing it. She just seemed annoyed I was bringing it back and told me "well I can only give you store credit" Ok... She said I could buy anything in the store with it, not bad! I needed to buy some bath products, after shopping around I found their selection of scents for things were limited/they didn't have anything exactly that I was looking for. Prices were no where to be found so I was shopping blindly. I picked up a a pack of makeup wipes, deodorant, mascara, slippers ($16), and a piece of chocolate. It's the only stuff I could find and I was trying to add up to $40, but I figured it would be in the low $30's with what I got. The woman who gave me the store credit rang me up, I said I didn't see prices anywhere, but she didn't say anything maybe she didn't hear me though. Everything came to $45 this was high, but I just wanted to get out of there. She gave me the receipt and said the individual items won't be listed on it, only the $5 I owed, then I thought great now I really have no idea what everything cost. I get home to finally realize the prices are marked on all the items in random spots with a small sticker. $9 for one pack of makeup wipes that for the same ones are $4 at target. $9 for deodorant that's normally around $6 and same goes for the mascara. So yeah, the prices here are high. I couldn't believe what I paid for everything, sigh. I won't come back here. read more

I am a frequent (abt once a wk) customer & have been going here for about 25 years now. This is, bar none, the best drug store out there. A dying breed of non-corporate, family style, friendly & personal care store. I adore everyone who works there; they all know me by name, treat me like family, will bend over backwards to accommodate if there's ever a problem with a 'script...the list of positives is endless. Several yrs back, they were able to expand, nearly doubling the size of store, so you can find anything you need there. And although they can't compete with the monster drug-chains prices, the slightly higher costs on certain items are worth it a hundred times over, for the home-style personal service & genuine care & affection I feel every time I'm there. 50 stars, lol! read more

I am only giving this rating 3 stars because I overall don't like the pharmacy. BUT, Sheila in the medical supplies department is amazing. After a family member fell ill, we had to purchase a large amount of medical supplies. Sheila was extremely helpful and had honest reviews about each of the products. I used to be a customer of the pharmacy as well but the new techs they hired are extremely judgmental of the medications you are filling. I was literally degraded in front of customers while the tech was raising his voice. If you know the area, you know there aren't decent pharmacies around. CVS on Jericho tpk and NY Ave is a pain because of the long lines to wait to pick up prescriptions BUT it's better than 110 pharmacy where you get questioned and interrogated why you're filling certain medications. A+++ for their medical supplies and I will continue to buy them there. read more

I honestly am disgusted and horrified by the negligence and horrific customer service I've experienced at this pharmacy. My Doctor ordered a prescription and then cancelled the first as we realized it was the incorrect one to give me. The second prescription was ordered within 30 minutes of the first and I waited until I got the second text confirmation to ensure there was no issue or mix up in prescriptions. When I arrived they found one prescription ready for me and gave me that. I trusted, foolishly, that the pharmacists and staff on hand were competent enough to do their jobs and give me the prescription that was correct, not the one that was cancelled. When my Doctor and I had my 3 month check up she was horrified that I'd been taking the wrong medication and explained to me that all the issues I'd been having were a direct result from the prescription the pharmacy filled and gave me incorrectly. When I confronted the pharmacy, particularly annoyed at the situation, I was greeted with a "well you have the right one now so what's the issue". I'd been given the wrong medication for THREE MONTHS because of their negligence! I then spoke with Denise, a nasty piece of work, who blamed my Doctor first, then me saying I picked it up too early (I waited for that second confirmation text so couldn't have been me), then said her system showed I was given the correct medication (insinuating I was lying), and then had the audacity to judge me and ask why I didn't realize I'd been taking the wrong medication for three months. These medications have long and confusing names to the consumer, I trusted the pharmacy to fill it correctly (which is their job)! The nastiness, judgement and complete disdain I was shown because of this pharmacy's malpractice and negligence was horrific and I warn everyone to go elsewhere. No apologies until a false one was given at the end in a mocking tone and I was laughed at when I turned around to leave. Repulsed by the pharmacists and staff in what should be a professional establishment. read more

DONT GET RIPPED OFF!!!!! I have been filling a monthly script for 4 years @ 110 Pharmacy. After recently filling the same prescription at a different pharmacy out of town, which was less then 1/2 the price, I questioned the pharmacist. Turns out, they have been charging me as a "cash order", instead of putting through my insurance, without my consent or knowledge. The pharmacist admitted that they do not make enough money off of the medicine, so they did not put through insurance!!! He apologized, gave me back $40, and told me he can no longer fill the script. Over the course of 4 years, that comes to over $2,000 in extra charges on one medicine!!! I can only imagine how much more $$$ was wasted on medicine that did not have a "high enough profit margin". Do not go to 110 Pharmacy unless you want to be taken advantage of like I was!!! read more

Went in for a filter for my nebulizer, which they did not carry, and the woman was more interested in fixing a necklace that was in the basket than ordering the part I needed. When I asked her if she can order it (I need it as soon as possible) she told me to wait because she was fixing the necklace that was not suppose to be in the parts basket. Additionally, her tone was dismissive and condescending. I will never shop there again. read more

After CVS made it increasingly difficult to fill my infant's frequent prescriptions a few years back, I switched to this local, family owned pharmacy and I am so glad that I did. Everyone in the store is friendly, polite, and they treat you with RESPECT which is lacking in the larger chain pharmacies. They will often fill a script while you wait, and I agree with the previous poster who said that the small increase in price for your toiletries and such is a small price to pay for the service that you get. read more

I especially love the ladies behind the pharmacy desk -- Denise and Marge -- who have come to know me by name and are always willing to go the extra mile, along with Oscar, Neal and the other Denise, among others -- like what you would expect from an old time shop. My meds are always delivered with a smile, and I can count on 110 Pharma to accept manufacturer's coupons, while also providing me with the best prices ... with or w/o insurance. I also can't forget to mention Rachel in the supplements section who continues to guide me through a maze of vitamins and other holistic options to improve a very complicated set of medical problems. Rachel's level of compassion and support is unprecedented, and I especially appreciate the discount she extends for my loyalty, which beats the high prices of other vitamin shops and online sites. Big box stores and online pharmacies can't compete with this delightful pharmacy and its superb staff. I've been going to this pharmacy for approximately 10-15 years and the service has steadily gone downhill. I've have thankfully never needed to ask any questions to the pharmacists until the other day. There is NO private consultation area, so when you need to discuss a private matter with the pharmacist, as I mentioned I did the other day, the entire pharmacy is able to hear everything (I believe that maybe a HIPAA violation or breach-release of Protected Heath Information-Like the pharmacist stating my name and the name of my medicine without even trying to keep it private!) I was completely dumbfounded and mortified in front of the whole pharmacy. Their staff seems miserable every time you come in to pick up a prescription and one time they even gave me someone else's prescription! Don't waste your time, they have been here way too long and that seems to have soured them. Remember customer service should be first and foremost in any successful business. I for one will not continue to give them my business or another dollar! read more
