I didn't realize their hours and lunch time, etc. so I arrived while they closed for lunch break and it was cool to see the great selection of items n store that were all organized very neatly. Oklahoma people are the nicest and most friendly, always service with a smile. Several employees asked if I needed help finding anything in particular and the pharmacists themselves were great and took their time going over the medications. I've had quite a few problems with this pharmacy. 70% of the time I have no problems, but the…read moreother 30% is a nightmare. I tried to fill my sleeping medication 1 day early because I need to leave town for a week, and they denied it and said they aren't willing to fill it a day early because "too early is too early". Furthermore, they made me feel like I was asking for something I shouldn't have been in there short answers, and poor replies. In the past, they have deterred my doctor from prescribing me other medication's which I thought was weird that a pharmacy has that much reach but OK, it is what it is. On top of this, they also tried to get me to pay for 10 one 1ML doses instead of one 10ml dose, because they claim the drug will expire on the ninth week, which is absolutely not correct. They apparently just want the extra money it cost to buy the individual packaging. Finally, I have never felt like they are by any means warm or inviting. I feel this mostly from the head pharmacist. Everyone else seems to be just fine but the head female pharmacist that looks like she has recently started going grey (by no means am I defining her by this, rather it's a physical description that I can describe her by), is where I often have the majority of my issues. I completely understand that her license is at stake, but customer service never seems to be in her top priorities. I'm going to switch to Walgreens. The only reason I didn't in the past is because GoodRx didn't always cover everything at Walgreens, but it looks like that has since changed. Hoping that I can find good customer service there in hopes that not all pharmacist are this way. I have to use a compounding pharmacy called Carefirst for one of my other prescriptions and they have phenomenal customer service. Maybe I'm comparing apples and oranges, but they have set the bar high and Walmart has not come even close to even seeing the bar. Honestly, it simply feels like they are about the numbers and not the people. 5 to 10 years ago this was quite different but I guess this is how the times are changing for the big pharmacies.

They could be giving this stuff away and I wouldn't go there to pick it up. Don't even get me started on the phone tree you gotta work through just to speak to a pharmacist...that's 45 minutes of my life I'll never get back again.

I wish I could leave a review with less than one star…read more I haven't been here is a very long time but our insurance quit allowing Walgreens so, here we are. My second visit back and the pharmacy either sent a prescription of mine home with someone else, a HIPPAA violation, or lost the order from the Dr or the bottle of pills somewhere in the store. It was not explained to me very well at all, probably because they did send my prescription home with someone else, a HIPPAA violation, which they aren't eager to advertise. They also said they weren't able to get in touch with the issuing Dr, that I'd have to do that myself, to get the lost prescription reordered. Next I tried to order some OTC pills from their website to be delivered to my house. They completely coitused that up as well. Instead of the pills I ordered, I received two bottles of lotion. So after a 15 minute phone call with CVS customer service, I'm allegedly going to be receiving my original order soon. I do get to keep the lotion I was sent so I guess someone will get some nice lotion for some gift giving holiday since I have no use for it at all. Finally, this location is always trashy. People, including employees, open mouth coughing with no attempt to cover their mouths, is a regular feature. The parking lot is covered with trash, always. No matter if they've just opened or at any other point in the day. The same is true of the inside. Stains are the dominant feature of the carpeting. A vague poop odor is the prevailing smell inside the store. There is also ALWAYS a line at the Rx counter and it usually extends past the end of the isle and wraps around toward the next isle over. So trips to pick up prescriptions are often a twenty+ minute ordeal. This place is horrible in every way you can imagine.
