This place has the rudest grumpiest pharmacy employees i have ever encountered. Leah the pharmacy manager is the worse. After a year of getting the same prescriptions she decided that she wouldn't fill one of them. I have used this pharmacy for around a year and have always had problems with orders messed up . On many occasions I have witnessed employees being rude and hateful to customers and they have been that way to me many times. I would not use this pharmacy until they get better staff. When asking about why a script was partially filled. I've been taking same script for 15yrs and she tired to tell me something that I had never heard, when questioning her about statement she got rude and condescending. I informed her of that she was being rude and an asshole (probably not the best choice of words) she was not happy that I called her on her attitude and she hung up on me, at 50yrs of age this is the rudest pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. read more

Absolutely the rudest pharmacist I've ever come across!! She is so lazy and rude and made me wait over 2hours for eye drops and Amoxicillin. She'd rather insert herself into my conversation with the Tech at the window instead of doing her job and filling the scripts. I called CVS Corporate and reported little miss Leah!!! My hubby just got off the phone with Leah the Pharmacy Manager. Our dog has an ongoing med that they fill and have filled for years. His refill was due for a renewal and we called it in Tuesday. It is Saturday and we are still waiting for it. We called and found out for some reason this time "the fax number was not good". Same vet they have faxed for years. No one called us to let us know and no one even bothered to call the vet to check the fax number. The med is for a life threatening disease and our pup has to have it 2x a day. Our vet is closed for the holiday weekend, so we have no way to get his meds now. My husband pleaded with Leah to give us just one pill (our dog takes 1/4 of a pill 2X a day) to get us thru the weekend. She said she could lose her license, BUT would do it. I came in in the middle of the conversation and asked my husband in the background, do we need to find a new vet or pharmacy? She said did she just say you need to find a new pharmacy? I'm not going to give you the pill now. I am not sure if it was really against the rules or not. But for her to withhold the med that she said she would give because I was questioning who was responsible for this fiasco was the worst customer service ever. I guess that answered my question! I am in customer service and I think a customer service oriented company would have said I will take care of you and your dog and hope this proves we want your business. You can bet we WILL BE finding a new pharmacy after this. read more

The pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. I have witnessed their rudeness to others as well as experiencing it myself. They close for lunch until 2pm. I got there a little early and waited in the parking lot until my clock read 2:01. I pulled up into the drive thru and put my vehicle in park to wait. The pharmacy tech very rudely buzzed me and told me I couldn't park their during lunch. I explained that it was past 2 and she informed me it was 1:58. She was so snotty and rude about it. I mean 2 minutes!?! We are pulling our prescriptions immediately. Customer service is so essential to any business, even pharmacies. read more

I've always had excellent service at this CVS. All my questions answered inside or at drive through window.

I am transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. When I first started using CVS in Jenks, Ok. the service was pretty good. I don't know if they have new employees, under new management or what but the past several months I've had many problems with them. They'll text me to tell me my scripts are ready , then when I get there I'm told it will be a 30 minute wait, or I'll get home and all my scripts are not in the bag. There have been times when it's taken me days to get my meds because they're not in stock. Even though I've asked them repeatedly not to fill a script until I call for a refill (I do not live in Jenks so it's not convenient for me to make numerous trips there) they continue to do so. Once I got a text saying my script was ready(even though I hadn't requested for one to be filled) and when I got there was told they had no prescription for me.When there's a problem and I have to call them I'm left on hold forever and then get hung up on half the time. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. read more
