I tried to fill my sleeping medication 1 day early because I need to leave town for a week, and they denied it and said they aren't willing to fill it a day early because "too early is too early". Furthermore, they made me feel like I was asking for something I shouldn't have been in there short answers, and poor replies. In the past, they have deterred my doctor from prescribing me other medication's which I thought was weird that a pharmacy has that much reach but OK, it is what it is. On top of this, they also tried to get me to pay for 10 one 1ML doses instead of one 10ml dose, because they claim the drug will expire on the ninth week, which is absolutely not correct. They apparently just want the extra money it cost to buy the individual packaging. Finally, I have never felt like they are by any means warm or inviting. I feel this mostly from the head pharmacist. Everyone else seems to be just fine but the head female pharmacist that looks like she has recently started going grey (by no means am I defining her by this, rather it's a physical description that I can describe her by), is where I often have the majority of my issues. I completely understand that her license is at stake, but customer service never seems to be in her top priorities. I'm going to switch to Walgreens. The only reason I didn't in the past is because GoodRx didn't always cover everything at Walgreens, but it looks like that has since changed. Hoping that I can find good customer service there in hopes that not all pharmacist are this way. I have to use a compounding pharmacy called Carefirst for one of my other prescriptions and they have phenomenal customer service. Maybe I'm comparing apples and oranges, but they have set the bar high and Walmart has not come even close to even seeing the bar. Honestly, it simply feels like they are about the numbers and not the people. 5 to 10 years ago this was quite different but I guess this is how the times are changing for the big pharmacies.

I gave him the subscription and within like two minutes it was ready. He even gave me some advice on how to take the medication that my doctor hadn't given me. I have had multiple stems broken at checkout when they were not damaged before handing them to the staff. I talked to the store manager, Lizzy, and was told I was being rude and shouting! I had her on my speaker so I could adjust the volume so I could hear her. I was not shouting. I am 73 years old, handicapped, hard of hearing, and living on a fixed income! I cannot afford to be driving around back and forth to this store wasting my expensive gas because the checker messed up my receipt. She should have looked at it and realized it was not complete! If anyone was not being understanding it was the manager! She needs to be coached to be a better listener and to respond with empathy! Very bad customer service for sure! My first time there, the pharmacy had no record of my prescriptions. I had to show them the letter that corporate sent to my house. My second time there, my prescription had expired and they refused to contact my doctor to ask for a refill. They said that because the prescription had expired. I was responsible for getting a new prescription. This is not true. My previous pharmacy performed the service all the time. Plus, I have been a pharmacy technician. I know that they are capable of contacting the doctor and getting a refill. They were just too lazy to do it. So then they finally agreed to contact my doctor; but then they never did. So in the end, I was responsible for contacting my doctor and getting the prescription refilled. Third time here, I came to buy needles for my peptides. They refused to sell me needles unless I was getting the peptides from them. Even though I was able to show them a prescription from the doctor. It's just I get the peptides from the doctor so I didn't need to buy anything from them. I just ran out of needles. I need to get my prescriptions transferred somewhere else. I hate coming here.
