Sooooo back in the car make another circle trying to get the car off of the road so I can get in line for the drive-through.... 45 minutes later I have my prescription. This is highly inappropriate and unsanitary people have allergies to dog and pet dander. They always greet you with a smile, call you by name (as you walk in).. They really seem to care about every person that goes there... Just like the old 'small town' drug stores in the movies and tv... Plus, they're cheaper priced than most, and definitely faster (ex: kroger has 15 pharmacists and will take 2 hours to fill a script, where as they will be done in 5 to 10 minutes with 1 or 2 people) I dont ever want to have to go to another pharmacy ever. This seems to be true for all CVS. Self checkout was difficult. What i bought was light so they kept telling me to put it in a bag. I decided to forget the bag hoping the scale would detect it without the bag. It didn't for any of my 3 items. What could have been a fast checkout wasn't. My complaints tend to be systemwide no matter what store or state I am in. Also their app sucks. I click "send to the card" and I can't see later what coupons are on the card. I used to be able to go to that red machine for what is on my card and for price checks but I didn't see that machine. Again this is a CVS problem and has nothing to do with this store's employees or manager. It is frustrating.

This Giant Eagle store is clean and well stocked with friendly employees. It is on the way for us and is much larger than our very small, former Big Bear store, closest to us. My biggest complaint is not something under the store's control. My GPS directs me TO the store, but leaving is impossible. I want Reynoldsburg New Albany Road. The GPS wants to put me on 161. That's out of the way. So I shut down the GPS and tried to retrace by steps and was frustrated when at a choice point, all the signs had some form of "New Albany E,N,W,S" in them. I was so confused, I thought I was in Pittsburgh! Bring your own bags. It's a good habit to get into. And it is slightly pricey, but your stuff lasts longer, so I think it's a wash. Cheap stores aren't so cheap when you have to throw things out because they have spoiled or have no taste.
