This location has a facelift. The shelves were stocked and well organized. Looking for sales on lotion and it was easy to find with the tags lining the shelves. I was able to find one where I earned CVS Bucks and I also have rewards to use. I purchased one bottle of lotion using my rewards and earned the CVS Bucks to use on my next purchase. Using kiosk is very convenient when you don't need intervention. I needed a little assistance getting access to the Bucks and the salesclerk who was stocking the shelves was happy to oblige. read more

Twice now I have had difficulty filling a prescription at a different pharmacy. Today it happened again when I needed an antibiotic after visiting family shared Strep. Hyvee had closed at 2:00 on NYE. Not wanting to wait two days to start the treatment, I drove down the block. Two friendly and professional pharmacists took great care of me. This is not the first time this CVS has helped out I was when struggling. I think I need to move my prescriptions! read more

I'm not usually a fan of self checkout and I've noticed CVS has really started pushing that option lately. But I'm getting the hang of it, and the employees are always nice and helpful if I have an issue. One of my coupons wasn't scanning & a very nice employee (think his name is Nick) was quick to come over and help me. I appreciated that he was masked up. Maybe one of these days I'll do self checkout completely perfect the first time, all by myself. It just aiways makes me feel dumb- I'll always prefer the personal touch. read more

So I have Covid I had a window to get my PAXLOVID they had 3 hours and it's in a pre packaged box I can see after I got it two days after the prescription was sent and missed my window so my dr said to hold onto it and sent me in a prescription for cough medicine and something to help my symptoms and it was yesterday and it was in process with an estimated time of noon today then at 12:14 I received a message stating that the prescription is in process and now being delayed this place is terrible it's really a convenience store with a small window pharmacy that's open 5 days and 10-6 is the schedule with being closed for a half an hour for lunch which I've realized is basically all CVS at this point but Walgreens I realized is open 8am to 8pm. This place is a huge fail to me. Also 45:04 waiting to speak to the pharmacist to figure out what the deal is luckily they go to lunch at 1:30 so they'll dodge the phone I'm assuming but when you have COVID what else do you have but to wait? If you get COVID do not go to CVS they don't have the staffing to take care of the medications and they aren't thorough by any means - obviously personal experience I'm assuming some have better but if I was seriously ill I'd go with another pharmacy. read more

I went online to make a Drive-thru Covid test appointment since I wasn't feeling well. I made the appointment for the middle of the next day. When I show up there is a note on the drive thru window that they aren't doing any drive thru due to staffing... not the end of the world, but I'm not feeling great so I'm a little irritated. I go inside to the pharmacy and they say they don't do that kind of testing. I literally made the appointment YESTERDAY. The pharmacist keeps trying to push a rapid test... which I don't want since I've already done one. It's ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS to allow an ill person to make an appointment and come all the way in, just to say they have to go to a different location! read more

I have no idea why it usually takes so long to fill a prescription. I have a cough. You have the 40 yellow capsules my Doctor told me to take (as this little slip of paper indicates) behind that counter. You are also in possession of 10,000 orange translucent bottles and labels. Why do I have to wait 45 minutes for you to rake them from that silver tray into the receptacle? That being said, this gal today filled my prescription in about 4 minutes, well below the 20 minutes she quoted me. I guess she skipped her smoke break. read more

I'm so frustrated with this location and the fact they have eliminated cashiers. They have TWO self check outs and eight customers were in line today waiting to checkout. The self checkouts were not taking coupons that had been Mailed to customers. The poor associate had to frequently void transactions and start over due to scanning errors with coupons. This is the closest pharmacy to me but guess what I'm DONE with CVS and will give all my business to Walgreens and Walmart neighborhood pharmacy who have a higher level of customer service. I was not the only customer frustrated with your new self serve model of doing business. I'd rather pay a higher price and get great, fast, efficient service than stand in line for 15 MINUTES waiting to check myself out. read more

I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Years ago they were good, but today their staff is rude and not knowledgeable at all re: basic prescriptions. I've had the same prescriptions filled here for years, but they changed staff and told me 90-day supplies were no longer approved by my healthcare provider. I asked them to double check and they said that was definitely the case. I called my doctors and they said this was not at all true (CVS refused to call my doctors when I asked). My docs said this CVS gets a lot of complaints and suggested I go elsewher for prescriptions. Called Costco, they had zero problems filling 90-day supplies. They were ready for pickup the same day and much cheaper than CVS. read more

This is an okay CVS. I despise the center aisle layout, though. The pharmacy gave me a $100 tube of some super steroid creme that expired in 30 days... that was kind of strange... but those expiration dates are bogus. Someone else might have more of a problem with it. Not a big wine/liquor dept. at this location. read more
