CVS has never been known for service. But as companies continue to remove the main thing that sets them apart from online shopping, in-person customer service, the reason for going there becomes less and less apparent. It is rare to find someone who works there and although they are a little helpful no one wants to dare check you out. Soon, we will be asked to clean the store and stock the shelves. My last visit there found that not ONE single person was on the salesfloor. Not even at the register by the front door. No one. Nada. They carry far less than a Walgreens, which is trying to emulate the CVS format, so its easier and almost quicker to order from Amazon. I know that CVS has given up on its drugstores for their other two businesses but man, just close them if you cannot even man them with one person. Dissappointed. read more

Manager Michelle is VERY rude. Went in to deposit money on my card and their response was that I need to crest a cvs account in order to do so... I asked if that was company policy and where does it state that on any cvs website. Melissa on the other hand handed me my belongings and said this is my store I make the rules, if you don't like it go to Walgreens. I am a store manager myself and I know that's NOT how you talk to customers or handle a situation. She should be demoted back to cashier to learn how to talk and interact with customers. I already don't have time to go through the pharmacy but I do because there's no line. The lady ask my name several times. Tells me my prescription I can get over the counter to go inside the store and get it. Oookay I go inside get it walk to pharmacy to get a receipt because it's suppose to be free they tell me no it's not to go to the front and pay for it. I say no er called it in last night she runs my name finds it and gives it to me already prepared in the back. I just wasted 30 minutes of my life I already didn't have to spare. I planned out my purchases, to make the most of my rewards. Used the self-checkout lane. The regular cashier station wasn't available. Had to wait for my rewards to print out, to move onto my next purchases and was watched the whole time. The manager even grabbed my last item in the cart and moved the cart away. I had to wait for my rewards to print to purchase this last item. Did not appreciate that type of service. It would have been easier for me to just complete my purchases at the cashier station instead. There is no other way to use all the coupons and rewards, without making separate purchases. Just offer to ring that person up and don't make them feel like their business is unwanted. I was excited about the deals, because of a CVS coupon email I received. But the experience in store was very unpleasant, please consider your approach. read more

Absolutely worst CVS pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Longest wait time from doctor submittal to getting filled. All 3 times I have dealt with this pharmacy o have had to call on 7 hours after the fact to see where my prescription is. Then told it'll be ready in an hour, give them extra hour and still I wait. No courtesy updates via txt , nothing. Today I get to deal with a really rude pharmacy tech (would say his name however that's irrelevant) CVS - I would encourage you all to take a look at the pharmacy as the clientele here in this area has options and my option is going elsewhere. I don't use CVS for my prescriptions, but I was able to schedule a COVID test through the drive through. I really wanted the rapid test because I was ill and wanted to make sure I didn't infect the immune compromised family and friends. I initially had an appointment for Wednesday, but canceled so I could go get another version. Turns out, the rapid ones are not widely available and I should have kept my original appointment. I checked online again Thursday morning and was able to schedule another one for that same morning. I arrived at the specified time and waited until it was my turn. I never got out of my car. It was great because I really wasn't feeling well and I was comfortable staying in the car. They give you very detailed instructions and were super patient and kind. It wasn't as bad as I'd expected and I'm glad I got it done. I registered with the online portal and I received the negative results 3 days later. I was told it could be 6-10 days & I can't tell you how thankful I am to have received the news so quickly. I really appreciate CVS offering this service to the community. read more

Worst pharmacy ever. Grace the pharmacist lied and said they don't carry a medication and hung up the phone on me. Nobody likes Grace, she lies and tells Customers they are wrong when they have a text to prove that they were notified their prescription was ready. Grace refuses to do her job and the other employees have to pick up her slack. Then you have Rodney the store manager. Wow he's clueless, how do you work at Walgreens for 10 years and then CVS for 30??? The manager literally claimed the pharmacist can make up the price for any prescription. Wow a brand that cost $125.00 goes up to $525.00. Something is shady at this store. Caremark even said she was a liar and this needs to be reported so her license is revoked. I was on hold for over an hour and a half and was hung up on. My wife was on hold for and hour and I was on the phone for an additional hour and no one picked up the phone for either of us. I had to finally go to the store because I could do what I needed to do online. I could have over the phone if someone would have picked up. The store manager Rodney explained he was aware of this concern and will mention it again to the Pharmacy mgr. While it does not appear to the be the store managers fault. It does appear to the the Pharmacy Manager's fault and the folks at corporate that are hopefully are reading this message. There were only 2 people working in the pharmacy. This is ridiculous. Kroger provided much better service, but my insurance no longer works with Kroger. HIRE AN ADEQUATE NUMBER OF PEOPLE TO SERVE FOLKS IN THE PHARMACY!!! I took my son to urgent care on a Sunday and turns out he has a double ear infection. The prescription wasn't ready until Tuesday which is understandable if they have to order it. However my issue is that a guy told me they would order it AND it would be ready for pickup on Monday. I called Monday and a rude lady said it wasn't in stock so I asked if she could look at other CVS pharmacies to see if it's in stock elsewhere which the first guy I talked to said he could do but this lady said it's my job to call other places? WALK AWAY and BUYER BEWARE! First and foremost, I don't typically post reviews but felt so strongly that my concerns be shared so that others won't be hurt as my family has. Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with and have now filed three official complaints to CVS regarding deceptive practices. Their lack of organization, communication and outright deception surrounding non receipt of electronic RX for controlled substances which have tight timelines to be filled for coverage/needs has negatively impacted both myself and our doctor. Numerous phone calls surrounding their claim of "non-receipt" after sending RX multiple times to be filled. Have had my doctor office staff intervene with calls to their pharmacy to challenge communication to us "that we don't have anything for that patient". Needless to say, our insurance forces us to use CVS which I am not happy about...lobbying now for a change with our company. BTW- their PHONE SYSTEM IS NOW DOWN and has been down for an ENTIRE WEEK - I am done!!! Will travel far to avoid this nightmare of a pharmacy ever again. I spent 15 minutes holding when calling corporate just to do a warm transfer to be able to connect with the pharmacist to inquire on filling meds for kids sent electronically 2 days ago - what a surprise to learn..."they don't have anything." NOT. Can't imagine how many patients have been hurt this past week when unable to validate or communicate with this building/pharmacy. She patiently and thoroughly answers all my questions and I ask a lot of them! She takes time to research things I ask such as, what other drugs are comparable, price difference, tablet vs. capsule. regular vs. sustained release etc. Camille is wonderful!! read more

One person behind the register. Who had to leave the register to go help some older man find something. They get back to the register and they just started chatting about their names and how they spell her name and Italian verification ... How was your day my day is fine ... oh I have a coupon... Oh let me reapply that... What does my receipt say oh let me read that for you...meanwhile my daughter who just cut her leg is in the car trying to keep the blood from getting on the floor mat and I'm standing there with my first aid products and I'm standing there and I'm staying there and I'm standing there and about seven minutes later I get up there and the cashier wants to start chitchatting with me and all I say to her is my daughter slipped so I'm just trying to get out of here. But I'm treated like I'm the villain because I'm in a hurry. No thank you. No sorry for wasting your time chatting with the previous customer. This is the slowest pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I have my prescriptions set up for automatic refill every 90 days. Even in the very rare times that their automated telephone system leaves me a message saying a prescription is ready, when I get there, there is some kind of problem and they can't get it for me. I've been there for refills 5 times now. Not once was I ever able to get my prescription in one trip. I always have to wait in line. After I give them my information they tell me it will take some time. So I go home and wait....and wait. Five hours later I call them on the phone, wait for 10 minutes for a person to come to the phone. Then they tell me It will be ready in 40 minutes or an hour. It's as though they completely forgot about me and if I hadn't called they would never fill my prescription. I wish my insurance company would let me switch back to their competitor. read more

The staff is friendly and I've never had a problem with a prescription here, however they never seem to open on time. I've been waiting since 9:00, which is the time they should be open. I've been filling my prescriptions here for at least a decade and the quality of service has slowly decreased over time. It seems most of the people here would rather yammer back and forth than be attentive to a customer when they are overstaffed, but usually they're not staffed well enough. Also, for some reason, it seems like 9/10 times I have to fill a prescription the "pharmacist" doesn't seem to understand how to operate their system for insurance, or they cannot find my information. Not to mention, the cause of my uncharacteristic negative review... they input a completely wrong provider this time and ran my families prescriptions through an insurance provider we aren't even members with and they claim they do not accept. Not sure how that happened, but it has. So they overcharged us. My wife went back the following day to figure out this issue and I have to say, the young lady there took care of the refund because the insurance provider they do not accept and we are not a part of ended up approving our coverage on the second go around..? However, instead of correcting the mistake the pharmacy made with our information, she says we need to contact this random provider and straighten it out. I do not believe the intentions of anyone here have been negative on purpose. In my consumer and professional opinion, their quality of service and quality of training definitely needs to improve. This for us was the last straw of frustration. We will be taking our prescriptions to a different pharmacy. read more

I have come here a lot and never had a problem! They have always been very nice and helpful, however, a couple weeks ago I went to have a prescription filled and they were very unprofessional! When I came to pick up my prescription I was asking about the prices between 2 generic brands because I had heard one of the pharmacists mention that she wanted to check the price again to make sure it was the right manufacturer. The lady checking me out yelled to another lady, "How much was it for the name brand?" She then yelled back, "For the Brand X it was $XXX." But she had yelled the actual name of the medicine. So not only did she not answer my question and scream out my private medical information, but there was a customer standing right next to me, another customer behind me, and one in the drive thru with the window wide open! I'm still not entirely sure if I paid the right price for my medications because I was so appalled at what had just happened I didn't want to question any more! I wish they had a little more discretion with their customers personal information, especially because I'm sure they know that is against HIPAA regulations! read more
