I watched SHEILA the front desk cashier take care of everyone with ease. She literally helped every guest in the line as if we were the only person. I had questions and she answered everyone with no problem. After I processed my return, I noticed the amount was not correct. She took her time explained why I was getting a partial refund due to the $10 reward I receive every month and then return the remainder to to my credit card. I decided to do some other shopping and returned to the line to complete a transaction, I was confused again and she helped me to understand what to do and completed my transaction with ease. I was trying to understand my total with my coupons and while i was reviewing my receipt, she moved to the next register to help the gentleman behind me so he would not have to wait and then asked me if it was okay. She is phenomenal. I watched her helped a customer who was an older lady and she was even explaining to the lady don't forget to use your coupons. She even bagged all of the lady groceries and then walked from behind the counter and placed the lady bags in the basket. I was really impressed. She needs to be a trainer and teach other cashier and employees how to cater to customers and handle everyone with ease. She deserves to be recognized. I also would like to acknowledge the pharmacy department. THey are very helpful and kind with providing the necessary information to ensure my medication is being utilized correction and up to date. Just came to this location to add money to my cash app card. As I do multiple times a week, except this time I had the displeasure of working with Evan. Not only did he lie and say only the barcode could be used.. and not the physical card.. he also physically put in my drivers licenses info constantly flipping it like it was fake or something. But never not once did he use the money marker to my sure my bills were fake.. which they were not. The point is if you are going to make it seem like it's a problem that I'm adding money to my card.. at least do every thing correctly. This transaction took legit 10 minutes. My 5 month old was given a prescription in which he needed a syringe. They gave me a 10Ml syringe when his dosage is .4 i realized after i had given him his medication the 4 was not the same as .4 which is my fault, however a staff member could've easily explained where to fill the syringe at since the lowest line is 2.5 Ml. When i called they said they are out of stock. You make so much money on these scripts no excuse to be out of stock on something an infant NEEDS. read more

I had am Unthinkable experience at CVS last night a lityle after 9 pm when i went to get my prescription filled since my trusted, loyal, honest...HEB was closed for the night. I was told by CVS pharmacist that my cream for my arm rash would cost me $1,300 and it is not covered by my insurance!!! My comment was "give it back and I will take it to HEB in the morning"!! This morning I got my prescription filled at HEB and the cost was....drum roll please....$10.00 and it was covered by my insurance!!! So my question is where was the other $1,290 going??? I have the same insurance, it's the same prescription and I definitely am the same person! Btw ya'll it is 1.6 ozs of cream! Going forward will wait until HEB opens no more CVS!! The pharmacy puts back medication to stock even though a text was sent that you have 2 days to pick up.

If I could give this pharmacy a zero I would. Every day for seven days I was on the phone with CBS pharmacy in an attempt to get a prescription filled. The seventh day they sent me a text saying it was ready. When I went to get it, they said it was not ready. All I can say now is say la vie CVS. Never again. read more

They must be really desperate for employees because the store manager was asking his employee how to process a return. And when he could not figure it out he told me I had to go back to the store I purchased from, like they're franchised and have no affiliation. He had a disgusting "I'm superior" attitude, but the guy couldn't even figure out how to wear a mask or form a sentence. I guess he didn't learn problem solving skills in school. I would have given it 1 star if the review was for the pharmacy only. The staffs on the sales floor are great. However, I can't say the same for the pharmacist. I had a new prescription and I was not familiar with how to take it and requested for a consultation. Firstly, they let me waited for a while at the window. Took a minute for the pharmacist to come over. He was the rudest one ever! He half heartedly provided me the instructions, meaning his body was turned away when he was explaining to me. Like he was in a rush to continue what he was doing. He was truly impatient. This review is long overdue because it happened about 6 months ago. Roxanna store manager I was told is absolutely awful, unprofessional and downright nasty. We had passport photographs taken and they did them completely wrong and she refused to retake them unless we paid again. She admitted they had been taken by them but because I had not kept my receipt from 2 weeks ago I needed to pay again. She seemed to enjoy saying no it was some kind of power trip for this woman. If you read some of the comments this store has issues. Hey CVS do something!!!! Went the next CVS down 99 the manger was super nice told us there was absolutely no reason for them to retake the photos. I have some symptoms and needed to see the MinuteClinic.. before i headed there made sure i called the minuteclinic there and she said i could walkin and be seen. Got there and a rude bigggg guy didnt even acknowledge my existence. He basically pointed to the kiosk and said there aren't any appts today. I told him the urgency and that i spoke to someone over the phone and she said it would be okk to come.. then he goes back to turning his whole fat ass body towards me and ignores me. Very VERY RUDE. Reviews over a year ago, and few months ago still stand and are completely accurate...absolutely atrocious customer service. They lie and say that prescriptions will be filled when you call in, and hours later, turns out NO ONE has either filled them or they need insurance info over and over again, and always need assistance for the most basic tasks. Not only are they slow/unresponsive, they are rude as hell for the simplest requests. Generally, I give a store or service three times to at least right the ship as I understand there are different staff members at different times...but I don't think I've ever met a more incompetent pharmacy that can't even fulfill the most basic ask...will do our best to absolutely avoid this CVS for everything. read more

Clinic: Great for small, non-emergency situations. I had an infection on my finger and didn't feel like waiting the average two hours at a regular clinic. It's exactly like a regular clinic; chairs for waiting, obtaining your information, consulting, prescribing. The nurse was extremely sweet and was seemingly knowledgable as well. Store: A clean and nice store. It's one of the more crowded locations (probably because it is slightly nicer). I was a little confused bc the cashier said my number wasn't registered as a CVS savings card holder when I used it literally a few hours before at another location. Strange. read more

The little girl working the phones in the Pharmacy on 8/9/2021 in the evening needs to be reprimanded by a manager or corporate. Very rude and degraded customers. The CVS Minute Clinic is a great place to stop for a flu shot and other minor healthcare needs. This review focuses on the clinic, because the store and pharmacy inside CVS is just like any other CVS. The Minute Clinic has two separate exam rooms and about 10 chairs in the waiting areas. Between the rooms is a monitor for adding a reservation. Approximate wait times are shown on the monitor. Unfortunately, you cannot place reservations online, but you can include your cell phone number on the reservation so you can get a text when your reservation time nears. I normally take my daughter to this location for flu shots. No problems with insurance coverage and the docs are very friendly. To avoid long waits, try to stop by closer to the opening time. read more

The wait on the drive thru amaze me on how long they take on each car. I'm here since 5pm there were 6 car in front of me and now is 6pm I still have 3 car in front of me. I came by an hour after my clinic to pick up but they weren't ready and ask me to pick up some of the medication and come back an hour later to pick up again. There is no right work flow or standards. Lack of leadership and efficiency on this store. All the car had to turn off and wait because of the wait time. read more

The WORST pharmacy service I have ever had to deal with in my life. I've been 3 times to try to get my prescription which was called in by my doctor multiple times with no success. Finally she tells me there was a problem with my insurance which is why it hasn't been able to be filled. I wait for 10 minutes for her to "resolve the issue" (which probably means fix the typos) and then she asked if I wanted to wait while they fill it (which she said would take about 15 mins). I was pissed at this point and asked if I could just have the prescription so I could take it to Walgreens for it to be filled since it never takes this long. She then decided to walk away without saying anything, and finished filling my script in less than 5 minutes. So to everyone out there waiting god awful ever for a script refill, they can totally do it in under 5 minutes if they really want to. But apparently no matter how badly they mess up on their end, they won't go out of their way to do it faster unless you threaten to go to Walgreens. read more

The manager, Nelly, is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I went to get pictures printed for grandmother that just passed away. Their photo machine has difficulties and kept making splotches on the prints. She said she can recycle them, I told her I do not want them recycled as I don't want to watch pictures of someone near and dear to my heart to be thrown away. She said she can't do anything about it. I either purchase it or she throws it away. She has no kindness in her heart, n o empathy and was just so so rude in the process. read more

Do not get your prescriptions filled here. This is the slowest customer service. I think the staff mean well but have no prioritization skills whatsoever. It is 9pm. No one is in the store waiting and I am at the drive in. A staff member saw me and continued to look up information not related to me. I was not acknowledged for about 15 minutes. When they finally picked up the phone to see what I needed they proceeded to tell me they weren't in contract with my insurance anymore. I am sorry 1 star is the lowest I can give them. My wife had major dental work performed. I can no longer drive and was unable to go with her. She is 78 and uses a walker. The dentist would not send the prescriptions to Kelsey, so my wife had to take them to CVS #6747 at Grand Parkway and Kingsland, Katy on her way home. Kelsey was too far to drive given how bad she felt. She told the CVS pharmacy person to have it filled and sent to our house since she was in too much pain to wait. I called a few times but was told they were waiting for their courier. The last time I called, I was told it would be 1-2 days before my wife would get the medication. The store closed without them checking the status of the courier. That is fine (NOT). It was only pain medication and medicine needed to fight off infection. I am sure she will be fine for 1-2 days (NOT). CVS you can kiss my a**. read more

Just had surgery and my husband went to pick up my medicine that the doctor called in and they apparently couldn't "find it" so funny because on the app it clearly shows it was received. Still waiting for someone to pick up the phone. This happens way too often at this cvs. And to hear that some of them have bad attitudes is crazy. I came to the Minute Clinic for my second time because my first experience in Round Rock, TX was extremely pleasant and affordable. Today, after calling RediClinic and getting a quote of $89 and knowing I paid $89 at CVS' Minute Clinic last time, I decided to go where I had been before with confidence that all were going to be the same. I will say, the wait isn't as bad as long as you prepare for it. Unfortunately, I was not greeted at all when approaching the room, not even the rhetorical "how are you doing today" or an introduction of who I was about to confide in with my medical concern. Then, during my visit, I was treated with so much disconcert, no compassion. She tried to prescribe an extremely expensive medication not knowing I have 16 years of experience in the pharmacy and knew exactly what I needed to take care of my illness. When I suggested what has worked in the past, she became aggressive and said "she was certain I would have to come back because it wouldn't work" and was going to document it. I guess what I'm trying to say is that if you're unhappy in your career, find a new one. Don't take your miserableness out on your patients. Ultimately, you're there to make your patients feel better the best you can, not make them feel inferior and uneducated. It's not expected but when your patient is paying out of pocket, to have some compassion and prescribe something affordable or be aware of the prices so you can better take care of your patients. read more

I'm done with CVS. Their computer systems or databases are either outdated or the people are simply incompetent. I suffered a broken ankle but it took them about 3 hours to verify my insurance when I took doc prescription to them. A week later after surgery, like a fool, I return to this same CVS and they run out of one the drugs on my list, seemed very uninterested in ordering anymore. HEB, here I come. As I told her, the lazy rude clerk or possibly the pharmacist (though I cannot believe any trained educated pharmacist can be this rude), raises her voice and asked me the name of the medication. There are days I have more patience than others. On those days, I like to bring my list of Sunday sale items, manufacturer and CVS coupons to scoop up bagful of savings. The only thing is to be patient to comb the isles for the exact product and to be patient with the tiny CVS carts and narrow cashier counter space during check out. But I do love picking up household items like: Swiffer refills, Perrier slim cans, VitaminWater, Lubriderm the size of a desk lamp, facial scrub, and mixer juices like grapefruit and cranberry. I always feel like these items are much cheaper when on sale than at the grocery store. I also love the Miss America length receipt tape that comes out at the end, now only if I could get a bouquet of flowers and a tiara as I wheel my overflowing reusable bags in the tiny CVS cart to the parking lot. read more

One word, DISCRIMINATION. I frequent this location since it's right around the corner from me. Usually I'm in and out, not today. I went in for a quick bottle of wine and the front was pretty busy, I had all the patience in the world. Plus, it was only one person at the front, which I see a lot since I'm in there often. She called another associate up to the front, Jessica I believe. I show her my ID and she looks at me and tells me to remove my mask. My initial question is why? I'm always here and you can clearly tell it's me. She proceeds to say that if I don't take it off she can't sell it to me. I expressed my discomfort in removing my mask due to safety concerns and guidelines that are put in place for a reason. She shrugged her shoulders and I asked her "Do you ask other people to remove their mask?" And she says, "When I feel it's necessary." What?! So, it's not policy, just because you look at someone and you feel like telling them to remove their mask. I left without the purchase and called to speak with a manager. The woman who said she is the supervisor is the SAME woman that was at the register right next to us. On the phone she not only tried to brush me off to call corporate and make a complaint, admitting that she knew who I was, AND admitted to not speaking to the employee about it afterwards, but she said I heard what was going on but she was busy with customers... I filed a complaint with corporate. Something that could've been avoided. They have no customer value. read more

This pharmacy used to be really good, but has gone significantly downhill the past 2 years or so. I have been trying to get my elderly mother's medication now for 2 WEEKS and keep being told it has been ordered, initially was told we should have ordered the refill sooner, (NOT TRUE, the refill was requested on time) and was just told today they were sending the prescription to a different CVS in the area because they had the medication. Waited 3 hours, called the new store & was told they don't have it either. I'm thinking the original CVS passed the buck. I can't say enough how aggravating & unsatisfying it is dealing with this pharmacy, which is a shame, because it was our go-to pharmacy for many years. read more

HORRIBLE! I've been coming here for about 15 years because i live literally next door. They are awful and will just start going somewhere further(that's not a cvs). If you call I promise they will never answer the phone. I've never once got to speak with someone over the phone to see if my prescription is there. Any time you go there to pick up your prescription, they will tell you "it'll be ready in a hour"...no matter how many hours ago it was called-in, they will never have it ready. The only way you can get your prescription is if you wait in a super long lime, they'll tell you to come back, then you'll have to go again. There's no such thing as just simply going to get your medicine. It's always a process. And it's been this way for many many years. Clearly management doesn't care about their customers because according to all of the reviews, this place clearly sucks. On top of that, the service is never good.
