Keene Medical Products is actually run by a medical product GROUP called AdaptHealth, located in 47 states. Calls come in with NO CALLER ID, from everywhere but KEENE, NH. Why? With all the SPAM and PHISHING SCAMS, I am not answering, just leave a message. They do not. This is AFTER you have to call over and over in an endless loop of recorded messages and ear shattering Muzak . I did reach a person ONCE to procure a SLEEP APNEA CPAP machine. They had no idea what they were talking about. First they were going to ship me a machine and instructed me to bring it to Keene. Then they said, no. Just go to the appointment, they will have the machine. This was in July. As a follow up they sent me an online quiz to evaluate what kind of machine I should have. It contained minimal information, I filled it out as best I could and received ZERO FOLLOW UP. I am not familiar with Keene, NH and got lost. I tried calling them to ask for better directions or to reschedule. All the calls go to a central number and from there you go through the automated messages and left to hang listening to scratchy loud Muzak. My recommendation, based on my own personal experience as well as the many online reviews for this place and my own research about them is: AVOID this company if you value your health, sanity or if you prefer to speak with a live human being who is knowledgeable in their field. I will go elsewhere. Customer service is suppose to be paramount in any service business model, especially one that ideals with medical supplies, like oxygen and wheelchairs. There is none. Keene Medical Products/AdaptHealth please spare me your canned response to my honest review: " Hello ---insert name here--, We have reached out to try and identify you in our system so we can assist, but have not heard back..." Or the "Owner" who sites HIPPA and directs you to their APP! It is anything BUT helpful. What is it with this place? Are they all introverts? Phone-phobic? Because in their quest to streamline business by phone automation is failing miserably. Beta version? Interesting Fact: AdaptHealth is a publicly traded company. In 2024 they settled a shareholder fraud lawsuit involving the former CEO for $51M. He was replaced by a new CEO, in the same year, Suzanne Foster for $8.7M a year. I was surprised to see but they sell cigars and cigarettes as well as cold drinks. You may use your comp points and comp dollars in the store. If you're here only once or twice a year make sure you stop in and use all your comp points prior to leaving the resort your points are only good for six months so use them up before you leave. Your Boston points are not good in Vegas. I want my cousin he left $50 on the table he could've went in and bought a sweatshirt or a bunch of candy and a bunch of cold drinks so make sure you utilize it before you leave the resort. As of right now parking is still free but I have noticed they put in a few gates so I believe they're ramping up to start charging again.

Roberts-Scarlett Pharmacy occupies a relatively small footprint in one of the iconic strip malls in town, yet every square foot is used to service the customer. Service is superb, always a smile from the attendants, always a recommendation, and then in the back, attentive pharmacists who will answer any questions. Their product selection is quite varied, especially on orthopedics, vitamins, cold/flu stuff, and the like. All of it reasonably priced, providing great value to the customer. And by the way, it is the only pharmacy in the area that takes Tricare, the military/veteran prescription network. Truly an important presence in the community.
