But today was special as I found out how they treat their customers. When they can't completely fill your prescription, they charge you a copay for half. Fine. But when you come for the rest of your prescription a few weeks later, they charge you another copay. That's called gouging and this pharmacy and the owner should be ashamed of themselves. I'm glad I'm not a senior (yet)! The place is filthy with grime and stains around the door handles. Parking is also a nightmare. Just an overall dump and Ill be moving all our prescriptions as soon as possible.

If it won't fit on a book shelf they won't take anything other than SMALL packages. Something the Fedex website could have mentioned but did not. I was informed that pickup from Fedex is 9:30 AM, so you can forget about same day pickup there too. You're probably better off never using these non-Fedex locations. It might just be a complete WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY as it was for me. Add to that the intentional conflation of Fedex Ground with Fedex and you are truly challenged to cypher WHO you are even dealing with. Not good

The worst customer service at the pharmacy counter - that I could ever imagine. My prescription was…read morenot ready when they said it would be, via phone. I drove 20 miles, and then waited a half hour in a very long customer line. When I got to the counter, I was told my heart meds prescription refill was not ready, and I should come back later. No apology. No attempt to fill my very simple, common prescription while I waited. Nothing. The pharmacist only said the prescription pick-up times communicated by the phone system are "just estimates". Terrible 'no service, no help". In the future, I will take my pharmacy business elsewhere. Never again to Walgreens in Manchester, VT. I encourage other customers to do the same, unless they enjoy wasted time, frustration, lack of commitment, inaccurate communications, and no service.

Yesterday my son and I went to Walgreens in Bennington. A women zoomed in front of us in line, coughing, hacking, with clearly a running nose and no mask to purchase some drinks. My little son asked me why the lady did not have to wear a mask? Once she left as to avoid an incident in the store I asked the employee. He replied mask cannot be enforced. Horrific! I peaked in and saw the soda fountain bar and found my brother roaming the street. I said, "Hey! You have to see this, here!" We walked in. My brother bought an ice cream and we sat talking with a friendly guy, Zeke who told us about the store and the town. It's a fascinating history. It's nice to see that the town maintains some history of the town and it hasn't been ousted by the CVS and Walgreens chains. Definitely worth visiting this place just to see this.
