Have had numerous occasions where I call and leave messages and no one returns my calls. They also lacked to provide information regarding my CPAP. According to them I am to change certain parts every two weeks but was not told this until 10 months after starting my CPAP therapy so I was using parts that grow bacteria even after cleaning for 3-4 months at time. They were not helpful when I started my CPAP and was breaking out due to the mask fit. I've had an overall horrible experience with this company and it all started on day 1 (literally). After a month of this ineptness they finally found the documentation but still needed over a week to process it through their billing dept. We had a unique prescription to be filled for some medical equipment and our doctor sent the script to Marra's to be filled. I reached out to them to get set up and they not only had a wide variety of options for the equipment we needed but spoke, extensively, on each of the choices so that Mr and my wife could make a fully informed decision. Not only were they informative but they were exceptionally kind, thoughtful and funny. When I went in to pick up the equipment I was blown away by the selection and the breadth of their pharmacy. It is really impressive. Never figured I'd leave a review for a pharmacy, but here I am. 10/10, they're fabulous.

Keene Medical Products is actually run by a medical product GROUP called AdaptHealth, located in 47 states. Calls come in with NO CALLER ID, from everywhere but KEENE, NH. Why? With all the SPAM and PHISHING SCAMS, I am not answering, just leave a message. They do not. This is AFTER you have to call over and over in an endless loop of recorded messages and ear shattering Muzak . I did reach a person ONCE to procure a SLEEP APNEA CPAP machine. They had no idea what they were talking about. First they were going to ship me a machine and instructed me to bring it to Keene. Then they said, no. Just go to the appointment, they will have the machine. This was in July. As a follow up they sent me an online quiz to evaluate what kind of machine I should have. It contained minimal information, I filled it out as best I could and received ZERO FOLLOW UP. I am not familiar with Keene, NH and got lost. I tried calling them to ask for better directions or to reschedule. All the calls go to a central number and from there you go through the automated messages and left to hang listening to scratchy loud Muzak. My recommendation, based on my own personal experience as well as the many online reviews for this place and my own research about them is: AVOID this company if you value your health, sanity or if you prefer to speak with a live human being who is knowledgeable in their field. In 2024 they settled a shareholder fraud lawsuit involving the former CEO for $51M. He was replaced by a new CEO, in the same year, Suzanne Foster for $8.7M a year. But today was special as I found out how they treat their customers. When they can't completely fill your prescription, they charge you a copay for half. Fine. But when you come for the rest of your prescription a few weeks later, they charge you another copay. That's called gouging and this pharmacy and the owner should be ashamed of themselves. I'm glad I'm not a senior (yet)! The place is filthy with grime and stains around the door handles. Parking is also a nightmare. Just an overall dump and Ill be moving all our prescriptions as soon as possible.
