I told a young employee that I did not feel comfortable going to her register because she had her mask at her chin. She said she had it down so I could hear her. Again I said I didn't feel comfortable. She covered her mouth with the mask but her nose was still not covered. I said I will wait for the next cashier. She rolled her eye and said next customer. I was disappointed in the other adult employees that were wearing their masks properly, that they did not remind her of the STATE mandate for wearing masks. So...... my next pharmacy visit will be to Walgreens NOT CVS. read more

So it was our friend Steve's 63rd birthday and a large group of up are here on vacation so or course we want to make it special. I call CVS and Leslie answers the phone. I ask her if they have 63 condoms in stock and she professionally informs me of all the options and that yes, they do in fact have enough to accommodate our needs. So I grab my sober (the only one) friend and we continue our quest to the local CVS while on vacation. We use this CVS every year while on vacation. I have even had my Dr. call in a prescription for me when I was sick one year (sinus infection that had gone bacterial, ugh). Never had a problem. I have noticed that the folks I have met there have been friendly and helpful when I am looking for something. (Just recently vitamin E oil- rather than tell me where it was located, the sales clerk walked us over to where it was located). We purchase everything from medical supplies to sunscreen to drinks and snacks for our cottage from here, it is very convenient. I dropped off my medicine off here on Sunday when I arrived for vacation. I was told they didn't have the medicine and there were no more CVS pharmacies in the island. I asked them if they could order the medication and how long it would be until I could get it. I was told yes they could but wouldn't be until Wednesday until I got the medicine but I should just go across the street to Walgreens. Walgreens didn't accept my insurance so I went back to CVS and asked them to please order the medicine. The lady was like okay and was seemed to be annoyed. Wednesday came and I had not heard anything from them so I rode up to the pharmacy to be told it was there but not ready. Went the rest of the day and still nothing. I then called to be told they didn't have it that the Medicine was on back order. I really do not believe my medication was in back order. I really believe they forgot to order it. I was the. Told I could go take it to the CVS on Manteo. (Why did they tell me Sunday there were no more CVS in island but now they tell me there is one). I have never been so disappointed before. 4 days of my vacation were ruined due to I didn't have my pain medication n And couldn't really due much because the lady here couldn't provide me any Customer Service on Sunday. read more

They saved the day today! My prescription was filled very quickly even though it is not my home pharmacy. They are open until 10pm which is nice because the closest pharmacy to me is only open Monday- Friday 9-5. It was only about a 20 minute drive from Rodnathe. I would suggest using them, it is very simple to transfer prescriptions with them. read more
