Horrible service. The lady at the cash register was rude, didn't have great customer service. I was next in line and walked to see if the self checkout was available and it was down. Went back to my original spot, when I was next up she rudley said next person who is in line, she wouldn't take me because she said the guy behind me was next inline, which was false because I was there first, also he told me to go because he knowingly knew I was next. She was very rude and shouldn't be dealing with customers. She was on register 2, and my transaction number is 9010. My receipt doesn't say her name. read more

The minute clinic was an awful experience - I was there over 90 minutes being berated by Deanna Cardosa, the health professional on duty who was anything but professional. Her demeanor was unkind and she made me feel like I was faking symptoms - my temperature was 102, my coughing was deep, my sinuses were uber congested and my whole body ached. Instead of the health associate focusing on my symptoms and treating me kindly, she spent her time trying to decipher my online health records and why I have moved four times in the past six years. It really isn't relevant but what should have been relevant to her was the fact that I'm sick! What spring breaker wants to waste time trying to get a a prescription? When I asked her what would be a good antibiotic she yelled at me and said I had no business telling her how to do her job. Needless to say, this was a nightmare and I wanted to cry. She refused to give me an antibiotic but said she would give me a steroid. And she couldn't even explain why I would take a steroid instead of an antibiotic or a decongestant. I left 2 hours later, defeated and feeling even worse. I didn't have the energy to try to negotiate a better outcome while at the minute clinic. read more

So according to the CVS website search this store has Microban disinfection spray. I have no issue the store is out however, why the cashier look & speak to me like I was lying. I politely showed her on my phone -- it clearly states this store has the product! Her reply 'well we don't & we have nothing back here' ‍ I drove 30 minutes out of the way. When I have to go to the pharmacy CVS is the only place I go. Their store is set up user friendly. I prefer it over the other shall be nameless pharmacies. The store set up does not seem cluttered and everything it in the right place and makes sense. The store personnel are always helpful and upbeat. They do the best job getting your scripts filled as soon as possible. If they do not have it in stock they find it for you in another store. This store special ordered and started carrying a script that I had to fill every month for my daughter. The minute clinic is great in a pinch and no more expensive than going to an urgent care office. The wait is never terribly long. Join the rewards program it's worth it. Specifically if you fill a lot of meds its great. Of course most things are more money than the big box stores but the convenience makes it all worth it. read more

Leaving for vacation and I don't know if I can borrow my boyfriends luggage lock so I picked up a backup one and other stuff here. Waited in a long line. Checked out but the cashier put the paper in the wrong direction (doing it as I came to her register) so my receipt didn't print. Then I'm told no one in the store knows how to do a reprint. Somehow I got skipped for putting me email address in too. So unless I wanted them to "return" all the items so they could ring my items up again and charge me again so they could print a receipt (while first completed transaction remain a hold on my account until it falls off). Wait didn't I just say I was going on vacation?!?! No I don't want to lock up the funds twice for my stuff right before I leave!!! If not knowing if you put receipt paper in the register correctly could cause this much hassle shouldn't you have a procedure or instructions???? Poor cashier girl I know she felt bad but I don't think it's her fault. It's cvs and the management that failed to troubleshoot this for their employees and customers as I know I can't be the only one. Suddenly going to CVS is a shot at the receipt lottery. Better hope you don't need to bring anything back if your receipt doesn't print! read more

These people change the sale prices on their items and do not honor what the sale tag says: you go to pay and the price is different from sale tag. I just left 3 nail polishes.. sale said $5 I go to pay and they were over 11$ each (gel color). Left them all. Chocolate bags... 3/9$ grab 3 and the manager wants me to pay full price. I walked him over where the candy is at and he tells me "you cant switch up, it has to be the same candy" ok.. I ask if he had more of the take 5 candy, but he says no. Left the candy as well. This is the 2nd time this happens. Dont post sale tags if you are not going 2 honor your sales or if you dont have enough items to sell at that price. #pissedoffcustomer #yourcustomerservicesucks read more
