This Walgreens has the worst pharmacy service. I've made multiple trips to pick up a prescription, only to be met with frustration. I spent 20 minutes sitting at the drive-thru window, ignored, while clearly seeing a line inside. I finally left. On the second day, I waited about the same amount of time inside, only to learn that they had put the prescription back. On the third visit, I waited in line yet again for an extended period. They need more help. One person working the drive-thru and checkout is not enough for the amount of business they do. My previous experiences were very similar. Don't get me started on the privacy issues. If I were a bad person, I could easily document people's names, addresses, dates of birth, and medications being picked up. Personally, I hand them my ID. Please don't ask me for all my personal information in front of strangers. What happened to privacy and HIPAA? Big pet peeve. I'm removing them as my preferred pharmacy with my doctor. The general store staff and checkout are fine, but no more pharmacy pickups for me. read more

I've been coming to thIs store for over 10 years and I've finally decided to break up with them because of their main pharmacist and his commitment issues. Our family needs meds on a regular basis. And when we need them, we need to know they'll be ready close to the time we need them so we don't miss our dose. I know that's asking a lot, but bear with me. The main gentleman pharmacist refuses to take personal responsibility to say whether an ordered prescription will be available on a particular day because he doesn't want to get blamed. Unfortunately, this comes at the cost of their customers, which I no longer call myself one of them. I now go to their competition down the street, where they happily have our meds ready when they say they will without any issue at all, like it should be. read more

I have been here daily for the past week and I have had multiple staff encounters to ask for help, getting items they sell behind the counter and checking out and I've never had a bad experience. Also the register as socials always say hello and goodbye as I come and go to the store. I really appreciate the little acts of kindness and hope they keep up the great work!!! read more

Yelp 100 Review Challenge 2017 44/100 Walgreens is usually not my go to pharmacy. But I do stop in from time to time. This particular walgreens has a health clinic. I have visited twice. There is a kiosk to check yourself in. They also take some appointments. Both times I went, I had to wait a little longer than I would have liked but the experiences went really well. The nurse practitioners were very thorough in their exams and were able to provide feedback on my symptoms including medications. I was glad that they were there when I needed them. Th store itself is usually stocked and neat. The employees are helpful and available. read more

I went to this location to pick up a prescription. The pharmacy reported that they deleted the prescription. I asked the Dr. to call in the prescription again while I waited. Fifteen minutes later I was told the prescription would cost over $1000.00. I paid less than $100.00 for the same prescription 1 month ago. The Dr. called the prescription into Walmart. I paid $50.00. read more

58/100 in 2016 challenge I don't usually go into Walgreens I prefer CVS. I was here to pick up some pictures that my daughter ordered online. She ordered and paid for them on line but when I got there to pick them up, The cashier didn't show they were paid for and I had to pay for them again. After gong through the whole process of trying show the store how it was paid for twice, I just decide it wasn't worth it anymore and I wouldn't use them for pictures ever again. I think they tend to be more expensive then CVS. The front of the store and some of the aisles seem cluttered to me and picked through. Large cosmetics section if you are into that. No greeting any of the times I have been here. The cashiers seem to work on a slow pace. There strong point is there gift card section. They have a good selection of different ones you can buy. There other strong point is that their store is smaller then most CVS's and sometimes I just want to get in and out. read more

Horrible pharmacy service. Waited til the day after my dr called in a medication so I wouldn't have to wait and they did nothing with the script after having it for 36 hours. So I wait a couple DAYS to get my next script and they still had to fill it. None of the staff is on the same page for dispensing otc mess, one person said I could get as much as I needed, another said it had to go thru the pharmacy, and a third said I had to come back in 3 days to get more than a single box; all with a script from the dr. read more

Came in here for a flu shot and there was no one in line ahead of me. Gave them all my information. Apparently the lady who took the information hit the wrong key on her computer and erased it all. After repeating the information for her she returned my insurance card to me and gave the information to the pharmacist. A few minutes later she asked to see my insurance again. She hadn't entered the information correctly and the pharmacist had to enter it again. By this time I've been here over 30 minutes. I've been given a copy of the receipt showing that my insurance has been billed and I am still waiting. Other customers have come and gone. I'm going to leave without my shot. Going to CVS. This walgreens sucks! Totally out of milk and eggs. How do you run out of your sale items and not offer a rain check. Horrible!
