When I went to pick up my online order, I was redirected multiple times by staff with abrupt and dismissive attitudes. One employee in pharmacy jumped in before I could ask a question, and her tone felt rude and unhelpful. Then at the register, I was repeatedly called "ma'am" while trying to sort out my order, and the staff's facial expressions and tone were condescending. After being sent back and forth between pharmacy, cashier, and the photo section, I finally received my order but the experience was exhausting and unpleasant. Customer service should be about helping customers, not making them feel unwelcome. I hope management addresses this behavior so future customers don't have to deal with the same frustration.

In this area, there are numerous CVS store options, but we prefer this location because it is conveniently close to us. Additionally, we've experienced consistently short wait times and excellent follow-up on any questions we've had, making our pharmacy experience both convenient and reliable. It's so nice to have this option and be able to jet over there. It has a well-lit, large parking lot, and the store inside is clean and well-kept. Ended up purchasing children's ibuprofen from the CVS brand with a buy 1 get 1 50% deal, plus some fever cooling head compresses that stick on. Ok, and my son's choice of ice cream bars. Could not find jello, which truthfully was not that suprising!
