Went here and dealt with Craig. He went above and beyond. His customer service & store knowledge are far beyond the people I normally deal with in this place. The pharmacy is a joke. Ivan Grandona, the pharmacist a joke and is super rude. He told me to fill my prescriptions somewhere else, since he's clearly not capable of doing his job properly. If you call ahead to ask when your prescription will be ready they say 10-15 minutes. When you get there they ask you to get back in line because they have failed to fill the prescription. Seriously? He is always rude and entitled. He does not have the authority to refuse my prescription! So maybe CVS needs to send a reminder. read more

This store is horrible. I have been given someone else's prescriptions, They may you wait a long time even though they tell you that it will be ready in minutes. They have given me a used tube of ointment that was clearly used by someone and returned to stock. Quite often you have to wait for yor med because they are out of them . I called them to fill my prescriptions because I was going out of the country, I called and was told that they had been filled. When I got to cvs they had not been filled and the doctors office was closed. I had to go to Europe with my meds. read more

This CVS is very busy, and I think they are doing their best with the amount of staff they have. There is often a wait at the pharmacy, either inside or at the drive up window. That said, I have never seen any staff ignore a customer, or act unhurried in handling the needs of the customer. The pharmacist always patiently answers my questions and takes my phone calls. I also observed a pharmacy tech assisting a lady who obviously had dementia issues. Her kindness and patience was beautiful to see. The pharmacy could use more staff, but those who work there have consistently given me good service for the past 8 years. read more

Terrible pharmacy, lines take 45 min plus, usually 3-4 cars in queue. Speaker at the window needs 20 minutes to ask a question to the pharmacist, than cannot a the script for a completely different reason that would have taken 5 seconds to see if she had read the script. I thought they forgot about the window. Honestly I've had so many poor experiences with this pharmacy, usually they cannot get scripts ready the same day. It take hours and hours for something a normal pharmacy would have done in 15-20 minutes. I'm not sure if they are extremely over staffed or burnt out but it's very disappointing as medications are a serious manner. The pharmacist himself is cold and unhelpful. Cvs needs to hire some more people if their volume is too high to handle. read more

There is a tech at this pharmacy name anquenette that is very rude , wont help at all they told me the medicine for my child was coming next day then next day they told me it is in back order they wont have a day for this backorder medicine , i called the insurance and found the medication at walmart right away . read more

This pharmacy is so kind and sweet to my husband and I every time we go in. They laugh and joke with us and makes us feel like we're family! We've been using them for years and I couldn't ask for a better place to shop! The store manager mark is always taking us to the stuff we're looking for and Sharon and Nancy always look out for us! My husband has a hard time with his meds and they continuously watch out for him especially when his dr gave him too high a dose. I love the girls back there and I'll be a customer there for years to come read more
