Rude Cashier Julia had an accent I was having a hard time understanding how the $5 savings worked when purchasing Tylenol and Mucinex. All I could gather was you get it off the other product not the Tylenol. I said, I think you are misunderstanding my question and she replied No you are misunderstanding and said, you go I am not waiting on you and went to the next customer. I can't even explain what all happened because she had me run all the way back to pharmacy and around the aisles. I asked her name and she yelled it at me. I had a bad day already with my husband's diagnosis and I never complain, but she should be dismissed for her treatment of a regular customer. I will never go back again. read more

CVS Pharmacy in South Sebring Fl is horrible. I had 2 prescriptions transferred to them from Winn Dixie. I have left2 messages with them and no one calls back. I finally called and got someone. She was completely rude and wouldn't let me talk. Decided to transfer them to Publics north. I left messages to do that. Never happened. So I went to publix and they said to go to my Doctor for new Rx because CVS won't cooperate with them either. Beware!!! read more

The person that was waiting on customers was dressed in street clothes no name tag and rude! The only time she smiled was when she was being rude. She was more interested in being a smart @$$ then taking the time to find why my prescription was not ready that I was told would be ready the day before. I called her out on her smart rude remarks. She then took the time to find my medication. Never one time did she apologize for the wait or mix up on their end. They were not understaffed there were 7 staff members back behind counter. Two were more interested in bad mouthing their boss three more interested in eating while they worked. The person on the drive up waited on one car rest of the time she didn't do anything to help stock the medicine that had been delivered the day before. read more

I can see why I used to get complaints about this location when I worked at the competitor across the rd. There's no reason why me, the patient, should be calling several times in one day about my prescription , making them aware about issues with said prescription that don't get fixed until I call. I'm an experienced pharm tech and the pharmacy staff here don't seem to be properly trained or they just don't care until someone starts complaining. How is there double, almost triple the pharm staff here than there is at the walgreens yet things don't get done in a timely manner? I would be more than happy to have my scripts sent to Walgreens but unfortunately they don't accept my insurance. I type this as I sit in the waiting area after my script has been processing since 10am and it is now after 4pm. From what I can tell with the techs and even the pharmacist, all they seem to be doing is having very funny conversations while the line backs up and them telling multiple patients that their scripts aren't ready for what ever reason. This would never fly at the pharmacy I worked for. I'm held to a high standard where I work so I expect the same from everyone else. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has complained about this but I hope that the managers and even corporate take these complaints seriously even though I know from experience that they usually don't. So ghetto!! Highly do not recommend. Went there at 7pm and the people in front of me were told to get out of the pharmacist's (Moe) face (no where near him) and to go Publix or Walgreens instead. Completely rude. He refused to do my medication the same night and guaranteed me it would be ready before 9am. I get there at 9:30 and it wasn't ready. Everyone else in line had the same issue. My husband went back and asked what is going on the lady told him to shut his mouth and stop complaining. Completely rude and unacceptable. We will never go back to CVS. I am livid!! I've been going there for 5-6 years now and it never gets any better. Their customer service sucks. Can't call in an to refill an order because they never answered the phone in the pharmacy. Take bottle in for a refill watch the person put it in the system tell me I can pick it up later that day or the next day so I tell them I'll be there the next day well I go the next day and it's not ready I'm busy the following day the day after when I go they show it was never in the system in the first place and it isn't ready so wait an hour and they'll get it on my ticket it says promised on 5:11 but it was promised on 5/8 the first time. Always like that or they're out of it and it's going to take a week to get in something that you take daily. read more

A fine CVS in their standard cookie cutter organization. Everything in its place and a place for everything. I was able to find what I needed (including a beer, thanks!) and pick up some pseudoephedrine for this damned runny nose. The pharmacy is beyond ridiculous!! I get a text to refill scripts I respond yes and get a response of a day and time to pick up scrips to find out they have not been filled yet. I am told to come back the next day by a pharmacy tech and I do to find out they they are still not filled. This happens every month. When you ask any kind of question you are met with attitude and a lot of "I don't know" responses. What in the world is going on here. Never had this experience in Lakeland. read more

CVS no longer using cashier to ring up your items. Can only use self check out. The two people in front of me had little knowledge on how to self check out. Very painful (not their fault) but waiting in line to check out several items quickly was not happening. I should have gone to Publix next door. Far less disappointing. I needed a prescription when I was there in April. My doctor in Illinois couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I tried myself. All they needed was a fax number. I did call the general number and the manager did give me a fax number which I intern gave to my doctors office. They faxed the prescription but every time I went there they said they didn't receive the fax. I even went there the next day no meds. I had to wait till I got home to fill my prescription. I hope it's not always going to be this way because I'm going to be in Sebring a lot read more

I have used cvs for a couple years. When I first started using them it was very good got meds in very good time but after the first of this year it has gotten worse. Today was the worse they called and asked if we need meds to be filled today and when we said yes we were then informed it would be done by Tuesday and it was sat morning. Not happy read more

I've called these people at least 6 times a day and no one answers. I tried to call the store manager but the employees couldn't find him/ her. They lost my daughter's prescription so I had to have it resent and then the lady gives me an attitude while I'm at the drive thru. She said very nasty that I'll be notified via text when my daughters medication is ready for pick up. So here it is 7pm and still no text. I decided to call and to my surprise they do actually have employees who know how to operate a phone. she said that my daughters medication is ready for pick up. But I didn't receive a text but it's okay because i received the text after we hung up, very coincidental. what a joke! Then i pull up to the drive tru and surprise and OUT OF ORDER sign... hmmm wonder if I go in the morning will it be magically fixed? They are known for doing this. Funny thing was when I pulled up an automated voice message said Welcome to CVS... but it's broken... Go inside and guess what? My daughter's meds are not ready. What a horrible pharmacy hate that there's only 1 CVS in my town. Very hard to remain positive with so many mistakes! If you can't handle the work load it maybe time to consider hiring more staff or new management. read more

Came to stay in Sebring from out of town and prescription was called in at 1pm. They are supposed to check voicemails every hour. I got here at 7pm and they didn't even have record of it because the voicemail had not been checked. So it is now 7:48pm and I am waiting for my prescription still. If there is no chance that a prescription will be ready by the time you are telling me, please dont give me a time that you think will .ake me happy. I will be even unhappier when it's not ready the first time and when it's not ready the second time. Arrived at the CVS after 430, stood in line was told at 5 that it would be about another 20 or 30 minutes. Came back stood in line to 15 minutes and at 545 it's still not ready and will be another 30 - 45 minutes. This is after being told that it would originally be ready between 4 and 430. If I ever step for into this store again after today it will be too soon. read more

I got a call on Monday, April 27, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. from CVS at Sebring, Florida, store #3155, that my prescription was ready. At the drive through, I was told by Brandy, that there isn't one ready. I told her that I got a voicemail that it's ready. She checked (I'm guessing on computer) and said that there isn't a prescription. I said ok and went and parked, looked at my message and was told that it was ready. Went in and talked to another person and told her that I was told at the drive through, that the prescription hasn't been called in! She checked the computer and said that the doctor hadn't given them the necessary info and that they called and got what they needed. It would be 15-20 minutes. Went to the grocery store and got a message about updating prescription card. I called back, updated card and they said it will be done in 10 minutes. Picked it up at the drive through, where Brandy didn't come to the window, didn't acknowledge I was there, so I hit the call button. Brandy continued walking around and came to the window with the prescription. Shw never made eye contact and said it would be $18.00, what a rip off. Prescriptions only costs $5 per prescription through Express Scripts! The reason we had to have it filled in Florida is because of the Covid19 pandemic! Gave her a $100 bill(all I had) and she got change, I'm guessing from her supervisor. Gave me change and prescription and never said a word! I had an incident with the store about another prescription and was told by Brandy, that there is no prescription in my name. Then I talked to the pharmacist, he checked, it was under my husband's name! That was the pharmacist error! Brandy is the rudest person working with the public I have ever met. She acts like she has a chip on her shoulder. I'll go to Walgreens or CVS in another city. read more

Horribly unorganized and unreliable pharmacy. On many occasions Rx's not ready, even after receiving text messages that they are. Even when told in person what time Rx's will be ready, they are not. Some of the staff members are nice, while others are dreadful to deal with. This is not typical of CVS, which usually at other locations will go to great lengths to accommodate their customers. forced to come inside covid positive by pharmacist kevin sennate only for him to tell me covid isnt real and its curable!! i had to drag my sick baby & i who are covid positive inside to get my prescriptions it was a total mess! originally trying to get all 3 of my kids prescriptions they couldn't find my oldest sons insurance so i had to come inside so with that being said i dragged my baby & i inside after he threatened to call the police and trespass me because i was at the window and said i was going to call my sons insurance to find his info (nobody was behind me) so i came inside didn't get my oldest sons prescription so asked for my other two kids so he goes to find them & he said it says in our system they were given to u i said no u can check ur cameras i do not have them! so he then hurried up and filled one of my child's antibiotics & gave them to me & then said my baby never had one sent in!!! how is this true considering he just had to it !!!!?? he lied to me! i told the supervisor in the front and miraculously my babies prescription got filled!! i feel discriminated against because my baby is black and he seen him then only his prescription disappeared! this is disgusting and unprofessional! i wasn't given any direction on the medicine for any of my children and will be contacting every lawyer in sebring i am disgusted with this man read more
