They did not fill the prescription wrong, but rather gave her someone else's medication! I still can't comprehend how this happened with all of the questions they ask regarding address and phone number. The most concerning thing was when I reached back out, the store manager stated that this has happened before and will likely happen again, due to mistakes. I understand that, but the nonchalant attitude of the staff, with the store manager leading the way, is dangerous. We will never use Walgreen's Apple Valley, and will question using Walgreens again. It's also a nice reminder to check ALL medication before using and don't simply rely on professionals to provide it.

By that time doctors are closed so it can't be resent elsewhere. They don't answer their phone. They want you to use the app but it doesn't have the correct info or can't do what is needed. Then you have to be a detective to figure out how to get through the phone menu, wait on hold 40 minutes and get disconnected when the system times out. Pizza places have better service - you are caring for human lives. Do better.

I pulled up to the drive up pharmacy window to pick up a prescription, and the pharmacist never even acknowledged that I was there. He just went about what he was doing ignoring me for 10 minutes. I ended up just leaving and transferring my prescriptions to Amazon pharmacy where they are delivered and less than half the cost of Walgreens.

Then the robot sent me a link on my phone to go to a website to register my phone # so the pharmacist could call me back when they have time. Tried registering on the webisite...failed. Called # again - got the same robot phone run around... I just needed to ask the pharmacist a simple question. As it turns out their first line of defense (phone robot) is better at keeping people away from their quarterback (Pharmacist) than the defensive line at the super bowl was... Wonder if Walmart is any better
