I have been using CVS for a long time. I do not recommend them because they never seem to have my medication in stock even though they know each week how many I get. On top of that, you can no longer call thé pharmacy, u have to wait for a call back. And it's never a 15-20 minute wait, it's a 2 hour wait!! Ridiculous!! read more

I have been using this CVS pharmacy for at least 5 years. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I think it's obvious that sometimes that they are busy and people always have the assumption that they are of the highest priority and should receive what they want within ten seconds. I have NEVER had to wait longer than 10 minutes there and that's only because I dropped off a physical prescription and waited in the store. I was concerned about the amount and type of meds a new doctor and put me on and I was taken into a private room where I spoke to a very knowledgeable pharmacist. Jarred, the pharmacist has no people skills. There was a issue with my prescription and the pharmacy didn't have time to figure out. I went to the store after being hung up on 2 times by Jarred and another associate who wasn't allowed to help me. I went to the store in person and talked to a manager after being told there wasn't one working. That manager figured out what the issue was and helped me get it fixed, thank you Zachery! I wish to praise CVS PHARMACY AND STORE #6188 located at 111 South Memorial Drive Lancaster, OHIO 43130. This store is so friendly and has great customer service. From the front of the house to the back. If you need a prescription, just ask for Jerry He is fast and efficient...In the front of the house, I wish to recognize Aaron, Amber, Kayleigh, who are part of the Management team. They all work together to help customers have a smooth and friendly experience. Also, these Managers have trained other team members to be the same. I would like to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to the following team members: Lauren, Stephanie, Adam and Zach...I love this store. The store is clean and well stocked. chain drug store in which everything is pretty much laid out the same at all their stores, so I guess it all boils down to organization and cleanliness. We had no issues with either and access was easily available and it was just as convenient to get back on the road. This store as well stocked, organized and clean. read more

This minute clinic is the worst I have ever been to! 3 hours just to be seen? Maybe you should try changing your name to few hours clinic. Also they have to take an hour lunch break which would be cool to know. Never have I ever waited so long to be seen by a doctor ever. Minute clinic is a lie!! This cvs is just overall very crowded and not enough adequate seating. The bathroom is not clearly labeled either. We were also seen by two doctors but one was just standing with her arms crossed the whole time doing nothing. Thankfully I do not live around here so I'll never be seen here again. They try to fool their customers by stacking products next to each other to seem like they have more of what they have. People seem to just loiter here and it's the town hang out spot. Cvs ? Really? The aisles are very narrow so don't even think about trying to go down one that someone is already standing in. A man also sat next to me when there were plenty of open chairs around, he had poor hygiene and proceeded to yell on his phone and disrupt customers. Not cvs fault but I do not appreciate it. Our nurse practitioner also thought july was the 6th month and tried entering 6/31 as a birthday.. That date does not exist. If she doesn't know her months how can I trust her with my health?
