They always have really great deals with their Plenti Points program. When I go in the store, they always greet me with a "hello" and ask me if I found everything okay when checking out. They always have their sale items marked (which is something that other stores sometimes don't always do). They make it very easy to save money. Whenever I check out, the staff is always very kind. As a couponer, they are always very nice about my coupons. If I have ever a problem with a coupon, this store will make sure to resolve the problem anyway that they can. I haven't ever been to the pharmacy--but as for the store, it is incredible. I believe that the Zanesville Rite Aid has truly earned 5 stars.

Abby from the pharmacy came out to the floor, took her time and explained the different glucose meters to me. She was honest and made sure that I understood, since I was confused with all the different items. She is an asset to this location.

A quick google search shows it's literally birth control... I attempted to correct her but she wasn't hearing it. It's terrifying that they're misinforming customers and aren't bothered by it. I was forced to get my meds filled here because of insurance but I've never had a pleasant experience. Staff is always rude and will close the window in your face for their lunch break, without any acknowledgment.

I mainly use the drive-thru pharmacy and it is quick, convenient, and I always get good, friendly service. I get an automated call to let me know I can pick up my prescription, too. If they need to update any information, an automated call is sent out, too. When I do go inside the store, it is always clean, organized, and well-stocked.

When I moved close to this location I thought it would be nice to have a pharmacy with the drive-through to use. I quickly figured out that the drive-through takes almost half an hour every time just to pick up a prescription that's ready. Also, several times I've showed up to pick up a prescription that was marked ready and it wasn't. The first couple times I tried to come. The pharmacy was miraculously closed during regular hours. I'm not sure if there's a staffing, problem here or a management problem here but it needs to be resolved for this pharmacy to be functional. If you try to call for help or to check on the status of a prescription do not expect to speak to anyone for at least 15 minutes they let the phone ring and ring and ring and then when they finally do pick up sometimes they hang up on you. Do yourself a favor and fill your prescriptions elsewhere. The only reason for two stars is because I like to use the photo center and shop at the inside part of the store.
