I recently hit a piece of wire while mowing grass with my new mower. The wire had two sharp ends, one went into the side wall and the other into the tread. Sidewall hole in tire un repairable so I had to buy a new tire. I could not get the new tire onto the rim and decided it would be best if a tire center put the tire on the rim. I decided to go to our local Walmart tire center. The gentleman said he could put the rim on no problem. An hour and a half later the Shift Manager Geoff brought out my mounted tire and told me the tire was damaged, there was a Bible in the side wall. He neglected to mention the damaged rim that was clearly leaking because there was air loudly escaping from the rim bead and the soap spray they sprayed on it was still making bubbles. Geoff stated it would cost $108 to get a new tire. I was promised a new tire and rim would be in Tuesday 5/12/26 and Geoff would call when the tire came in. On Wednesday 5/13/26 I inquired with Geoff who told me Friday because the company he ordered the tire from only sent a tire not a remounted tire on a rim. Friday came and went, when I went to Walmart Tire Center I was told Geoff was on vacation. I have spoken to the Department Manager Adolphis who stated he was not aware of this issue and he could not do anything until he spoke with Geoff when he returned from vacation. This was Saturday 5/23/26. I was promised a return telephone call when Geoff returned to work on 5/24/26. It is now 5/26/26 and neither Geoff or Adolphis has called. No one answers the phone in the service center, when I get the operator I get disconnected. I have to go in person to speak with them. It looks like I am eating the cost of replacing a new tire and rim a second time. If they couldn't put the rim on due to lack of ability or due to policy they should have said they couldn't do it instead of damaging the tire and the rim making both items unusable. read more

I often order groceries for delivery. I never seem to be able to get the rotisserie chicken. I've scheduled different days and times, but 4 times out of 5 I don't receive the chicken. It's frustrating because I pay for the delivery as well as tipping, and then I don't get what I want. It's kind of a rip off. read more

The fastest self-checkout system I've ever encountered. And at a Walmart, of all places. I'm completely floored. This Walmart Scan & Go systems was on fire! These self-checkouts do NOT talk - hallelujah!! I was able to scan my 5 items without even having to wait for each stinking thing to be in the bag. I should state, Walmart carries a brand of deodorant that I adore, and its exclusive to Walmart (yes, the somewhat daunting trip has to be taken every so often). Yes, I do feel a bit squeezed in this Walmart. It's not as roomy as others. Or, maybe it's just this one has a shit ton more floor displays than most, blocking the valuable foot space. If I'm in an unhappy irritated mood, not wanting to deal with any talking or time hassles, I'm definitely keeping this particular Walmart in mind. read more

We decided to go with Walmart to get new tires installed on our vehicle. I called on Monday the tires were ordered and shipped and ready for installation one day later. I went to Walmart to have them put the tires on the car and everything went great! I absolutely love this Walmart location they are very professional very helpful by far the best Walmart I've been to for a long time... The guys working back in the auto department are wonderful! .. thanks for all your help we will definitely be back for any of our future needs. 10 stars read more

I called the Logan Ohio store for a replacement tire, tire was not available at this store. Cathy was able to look up tires size since I bought them a Walmart, (Lancaster Ohio). So I tried the Lancaster store, never my first choice. Too many bad experiences. Called the number, pressed option 2 for automotive. After 10 - 12 rings it rolled to the operator. She sent me back to automotive, 42 rings later some guy that didn't identify himself answered. He can't (or won't) look up the tires I bought at that store. When I asked him to plug in my phone number - he hung up on me! I called the store back to speak to a Manager - got the Lead for that dept. Gave me an excuse that lots of the calls are misdirected to a different states/stores. He didn't offer to look up my tires either. His loss, I went to Tire Discounter right down the road an bought 4 new tires for $1250. Won't bother with this Walmart again! read more

I purchased a battery for my truck from WalMart. It has a 5 year warranty. I've had it since March and I have had to get jumped over 20 times. I took it to the Chevrolet dealership to have them track what is causing the battery to die; after several days they stated "the battery is bad." I took it back to WalMart, they charged it and told me the battery was good, and I needed a new alternator. So, I took it in and had a new alternator put on; it didn't help! So I took it back to WalMart. Again, all they wanted to do is charge it... the manager was extremely rude, argumentative and stated that I don't listen... A customer jumped me off in the parking lot, so I could leave! I am a disabled widow on a fixed income...I find it despicable that WalMart takes advantage of people. I'm only giving 1 star because it won't let me post without ... they have lost mine and my daughter's business... read more

You can never find any team member to help you. If my some miracle you do find someone to help you - the team members is not at all helpful. The customer service managers in the front of the store seem to not know how to manage the staff to keep the lines down. The store is dirty actually filthy - learn how to mop, especially around the Subway store. It takes ten times longer to check out of the damn store than it did to get what you came into the store to find. TO RECAP - WALMART PLEASE OPEN MORE REGISTERS AND CLEAN YOUR DAMN STORE! read more

I've been to many Walmart's and from what I have experienced so far this has definitely not been the worst one. I do however regret returning anything at any Walmart because a lot of time when I go to do so the line at the service desk is backed up. But the last time they had someone open up another register which was good. Walmart is also notorious for only having a couple lanes open. Recently though this hasn't been the case. Maybe it's because it's almost September and they are hiring due to all the upcoming holidays. Other than that I can usually find what I am looking for at cheaper prices and every employee I have come across has always been kind and respectful to me. read more

It's a typical Walmart. The aisles are wide and they don't put obstacles in the middle of the aisles like some stores do. We didn't have to wait long to checkout. The cashier was friendly and efficient. They can't do anything about the shoppers. Unfortunately in the society we live in today, people will shop in the worst clothes they have in their closet and will talk on their cell phones about nothing. read more

Its Walmart. I've learned that you trade customer service to receive low prices. Its Walmart. I've learned that there usually is long lines. Do I like the long lines? Heck no, but when i approach the registers I expect long lines which 9/10 times I encounter. On the 1/10 chance I don't have to wait, I'm pleasantly surprised. Horrible service. Had to call while in line to ask why they only have 3 registers open and the self check out lines. The three registers had 6 people per line back up full of groceries. 20 people in the self checkout line. It was a mess of people trying to leave. Then the manager hung up on me. I shop at this Walmart all the time, It does not do any good to let them know when prices is not right. Or that you had done spoke with a manager or three managers. I have had employees tell me they can not leave self check out to assist me when I ask them if they would get someone to help me. Yes there check out lines are usually long. But my last straw that broke was a couple hours ago. I received money for my birthday, and I went and bought a debt prepaid master card, I wanted to make a purchase online. I was busy so I did not register my card for a couple hours. Now let me make it clear I purchased the walmartmoneycard. Their online site was so messed up I could not register it, I had to call the number and it was bull shit, the woman could not spell the first part of the street address. I was already so aggarvated. I wanted to set my pin oh guess what you have to do that online but you can't due to the fact site was not working, when you get half way through the information the page reloads and you have to start over. Oh it gets worse, you see if all of that is not enough. I went online to make the purchase, I wanted for my birthday and it is declined. Yes the money is on the card, but they would not let me purchase what I wanted, but they made it clear I could go to a store and use my card. One I got it to make a online purchase, they then told me you have to wait 8 hours before you can make a online purchase. Let me tell you, you have crossed the last line with me. Telling me I am sorry, guess what just fucking words, does not mean shit. When I told the woman on the phone I wanted to speak with the supervisor, She would not let me. No more Walmart. I am done.
