Pretty sure corporate and the head pharmacist do not care cause they are still collecting a check. When you go in person you can seriously watch them pick up the phone, press hold and put the phone back down. As i type this review they just put me back in the cycle 4 times now. Pretty sure i can make it to 10 cycles of being placed on hold before it answers. Oh and do not use the online refill system. It is seriously flawed just like the text messages. You auto request or text refill and then you call 5 days later and wait for ever on hold just to hear them say "what refill sir?"

My experience is solely based on the rest of the store. As a former retail employee, being greeted when I enter a store or come into an employee's work space is important to me. It's just a trademark of good customer service when you acknowledge a customer. I was greeted when I walked through the door, despite the fact that I was on the phone (yes, I was that person). Because I was looking for deals, I spent close to an hour in the store scanning items at the red box and working out scenarios. After deciding on my final purchases, I approached the counter. I had quite a few coupons, some of which did not scan. The cashier was extremely patient throughout the transaction and did not change the way she treated me. Based on this experience, I will definitely return to this CVS store in the future to scan for hard to find deals.

Unfortunately for me, I got cash back, which was 100 dollars. I was so busy bagging and checking out I forget to get my cash at the end of the transaction. I got home and realized my error. I figured I was just out of 100 dollar, but I decided to take a chance and go back to the store. To my surprise and amazement all the staff I encountered were kind and understanding. They checked the cameras and saw a man behind me took my money and paid cash for his groceries, Then an angel appeared named, Gabriel, who told me he would refund my money. I was so happy and thankful. We are so quick to complain, but do not compliment. It can take days or over a week to get meds. I transferred to the Beltline Walgreens and its much better. I moved to Waxahachie, TX recently, but keeping the Walgreens on Beltline. It's about 14 miles away but worth it. Pleasant Run location works hard, but appears unorganized and just need some work
