The pharmacy is supposed to close at 8pm. However I arrived before 8pm and they had already closed, It's unfair that they do this and force customers to take more unnecessary trip. I just noticed I'm not the first to mention this as an ongoing issue. The manager should address this if it values its customers at all. read more

The other ATM at the other nearby CVS store (Buffalo and DI) was out of cash, so we came here instead, located at the corner of Sahara and Buffalo, so we came to this one, and like most of the ATM's it's really close to the door. So, as always, I am always on my guard, because I'm dealing with cash. But we were safe, there were a few people at the checkout stands, and very few cars in the parking lot (two access points). And we were able to get our cash. One of my banks isn't local, so I've got to use the ATM's. So, we stopped shopping at CVS stores a long time ago. The pricing is significantly higher. Given the choice, I'd go to Walgreens instead. I also didn't fully understand the rewards program. read more

Total wrong business ethics. There was not a single sign in the store saying no returns because of the corona virus. I was not told that when i bought it. Then I was told it was on the reciept all sales are final. Then I spoke to the manager STEPHEN. When he was talking to me he pull his mask down and all I can see is his spit hitting the corona glass and amount of spit that was protruding out of his mouth the glass wasn't going to hold up much longer so I left before the safty glass get compromised. read more

So, the chirpy little pharmacist, who informed me A) she had a headache, and B) SHE wouldn't be filling this SHE had a headache and was getting off, so it eod be more than an hour, didn't type the scripts in. An hour later I ask how they are coming...,she's gone and I get crickets from the rest of the staff. They say I can home back tomorrow, I tell them I am driving to AZ. They say at least an hour. When Jaye ran this place this this never happened but the last year it's a too common. Luckily I can shop elsewhere after this. I hope you can too, otherwise you have my condolences. So, as a new in the neighbourhood I tried to refill my medicine here, but the Asian guy in the pharmacy said that, my medicine will take 2 weeks to be refill, ((This is obviously an nice attempt to kicked me out of the pharmacy)) This is exactly what I get in any CVS pharmacy around here. Been coming to this Pharmacy for a few years now. And I've never had a problem when it comes to them. I treat them with respect and they treat me with respect. Simple. It's not their fault if MY INSURANCE doesn't want to pay for something or if MY doctor office doesn't respond. I will not change my pharmacy. I refuse to leave. They are stuck with me. The pharmacists who are on shift ARE as pleasant as they can be for being extremely overworked and understaffed. However, the pharmacy's NOT open about 40% of the listed store hours and they're now also closed for a lunch break - not even leaving 1 tech back there to at least hand out filled prescriptions or to answer the phone. Getting a vaccine at this store is better than at most other nearby CVS locations in that they tend to get more in stock. It helps to be a 'regular' - as they will hold one for you if you call ahead. Same with having scripts filled - it also helps to be a 'regular' and you call ahead and ask they that please be filled within 48 hours of the call-in. Of course, about a third of the time we go in to pick them up....they're STILL not filled. What's with the overflowing prescription bins? Can't they hire someone to at least hand those out, to call out and remind people they DO have a prescription ready to be picked up, to offer delivery service? BTW, DOES this store have delivery service? read more

This is by far my favorite drug store. I can walk in early morning or on my way home from work and usually have no waiting time. I can drop off my prescriptions and in 15 minutes they have them ready. I think there are two Pharmacist at this location and the hours are limited, the store is not 24 hours, but I can reliy on them. They also have an automatic refill program, that will call you a few days before you're about to run out. This allows you a reminder and you can stop in when it's convent for you, it will be ready. read more

I hate to give poor reviews specially when it comes to being my normal place to get my medications. Yet the reason I give 3 stars is due to all new employees to include a new pharmacist. It's messed up when your medication is mixed up with someone else's and they attempt to sell you someone's else's and the only reason I caught it was due to the copay amount and my insurance not matching up. My medications has always been on auto fill, so when I get low they automatically fill them. Well I ran out and I had to go in and get them refilled and once more my insurance was not on there. I also at one point was missing medications that I was suppose to have on the list on my profile for my meds. Some of the employees are decent, but my primary complaint is the wait for my medications, my insurance not being saved, noticing my medication wasn't mine and someone else's and almost charged for it, and finally the fact my auto fill was removed when I always had it and to this date and time have proof I had it. Hopefully things get better here. read more

Worst pharmacies in the world and they have the nerve to be on everywhere!!!! If you call you get put on hold for 30min to an hour depends on how bad you need to speak with someone. When I went to the pharmacy while on that long ass hold there's nobody in the store!!! Ridiculous!!! In past when I went to the pharmacy the lines were long ass hell or times when I was the only person on line they would not acknowledge me for 10 or so min if I wouldn't say anything. Wow, came to this cvs to make a return and they wouldn't return it. I had the receipt and says the locations... It's some little Asian or Phillipino lady up front as the cashier. Short hair that's black and white. Told me she could not return it since it's the same day. I told her I just wanted to return because I didn't want the item, I didn't realize they rang it up after I told them not to. She told me no... I asked why and she said "it's no, just a no for return. Same day we don't return nothing." So I'm appalled and upset. This is why I do most of my business with Walgreens. I guess now I'll do ALL of my business with Walgreens. read more

Worst place to get a prescription filled. Rude nasty employees moved my scripts out of there

I wish I could rate the pharmacy Separate from the store itself. The pharmacy and the staff that works their is friendly, helpful and really makes us feel like they care. Can't say that about other pharmacies in town. As for the rest of the store, some of the staff needs to be managed better. I find that they are either on their cell phones, or having personal conversations, that prob should be had in the lunch room or outside of work, with other employees. And last but not least, on two occasions that I have been there, they have been hit with guys stealing and running out with alcohol/beer. That never makes a customer feel safe. Nothing the employees can do, as I feel this is due to lack of better management, and lack of employees on the floor. Most of the time I am there, there is 1 Employee at register, and that's it. No one else in the back, walking around, etc. The only CvS or Walgreens I have been to, where they have 1 employee on their own for long periods of time. read more

I LOVE Shelly and her team. Josh and Amanda... They are all amazing. They are so dang helpful. The last thing you wanna do when you are sick is to have to deal with morons at a pharmacy. This place is no where close to that. Shelly, Amanda, josh... I am so internally greatest for all you do for me and my family. You all go above and beyond what your job calls for. Thank you a million times over! The store is clean, employees are wonderful. Never have I had a bad experience here and I've been at this pharmacy for a few years now. Would rate '0' if it was possible. Pharmacist who looks like a Filipino and sports spiky hair is rude, condescending and doesn't now what he's taking about. I was being charged $16+ for a month's supply of thyroid medication and happened to mention that a doctor had told me that a generic version should cost around $10. His reply? "Doctors don't really know what the price of medicine is..." Really? Because a quick check with the Sam's Club Pharmacy yielded... no surprise... $10. So, it seems it's YOU who don't know what the price of medicine is... what a jerk. The only good advice that came out of his mouth was, "You're welcome to shop around for another pharmacy, if you're not happy... " Take my advice - spare yourself the trouble and go to Sam's Club (if you're a member) or Costco (you don't have to be a member to use the pharmacy) - you will save $$$ and the aggravation of having to deal with someone so pompous. Consider yourself warned. read more

This is by far the worst pharmacy ever here and I'm not sure why I keep going back, I need to stop but I guess I keep thinking it will get easier, they will know who I am, I don't want to have to deal with moving everything. 1. They screwed up the dosage of my 8 month old medicine and then made it difficult to get it fixed. 2. They argued with me that my other daughter didn't have insurance even though she was convered under the same as the rest of the family but the lady kept ringing it in wrong and then finally told me it was my benefits fault, and then I get another call back after I had already called my benefits to complain saying oops we shouldn't have yelled at you we rang it in wrong. 3. My husband had a heart attack and we were on our way home from the hospital after he had to have four stents put in his heart and dropped off the prescriptions and then they call him and say they can't give him the meds because they don't have authorization and he needs to call and sit and get it. I got on the phone because my husband was in no condition to talk and said "you have got to be kidding me, you want the heart attack patient that just got out of ICU to sit on the phone and wait hoping a doctor can help with an authorization he doesn't understand." They said then they would try. Then when I went after an hour to pick up the meds, they only had three of the four for him and said we had to come back. Then called us to tell us 15 mins later to come back. Not good service. Overall I am not sure yet where I am going to transfer all our prescriptions too but have to find somewhere because my husband is on four monthly, my baby on 2 monthly and my toddler occasionally and me as well monthly. Overall that is a lifetime of a lot of money for having to argue what seems to be monthly. Ugh read more

Pharmacy doesn't pick up phone. LONG waits at drive up window....I watched a girl start my transaction and then saw her leave towards the front of the store. She never said that somebody else would be there to complete it. Compared to other CVS pharmacies, it has very poor service. The employees at the front of the store do a good job. read more

Well fifth times the charm! It has taken five major mess-ups to finally convince me to move to Walgreens. This pharmacy has 1) filled the wrong dosage on a prescription and then would not let me return it for a refund. They told me to take two capsules instead of one. They also would not credit back the other 50 percent of the amount I should have received. 2) Suddenly stopped holding prescriptions written for 2 months, then told me that the prescription had expired. Great news on a Friday afternoon, when the doctor's office is closed and leaving town for a vacation on Saturday. They are consistently late in filling prescriptions. The customer service is awful. Edu (?) and Zihuak (?) have horrible communication skills. They constantly pass mistakes off to their manager. Said manager is never there. Very scary going to a place that has no clue. There is a drive thru Walgreens a mere 5 minutes away. Please don't waste your time, money or health issues with this CVS location. It is not worth it. read more
