I had previously used Partell Pharmacy before their name change to National Health RX without any issues. This time, I needed a compounded prescription for one of my dogs, and because it was urgent, it was faster to have it sent here instead of going through Chewy's upload and verification process. On Friday, 4/22, at 10:47 a.m., I received a text notification that the prescription was ready for pickup. I picked it up around 5:00 p.m. While still in my car, I noticed the medication label stated that it needed to be refrigerated. However, the prescription had not been refrigerated at all -- it was pulled from what I can only describe as a clothesline of hanging prescription bags directly behind the register. I immediately went back inside and expressed concern about whether the medication's potency may have been compromised. I was told the prescription had only been completed at 2:00 p.m. and that it should still be fine because it had only been sitting out for about three hours. That explanation did not match the timeline of the text notification I received earlier that morning. Despite my concerns, the solution offered was for me to keep the prescription and they would remake it at no cost, with a replacement supposedly ready for pickup on 4/25, Monday. I was told they would call me when it was ready. That call never came, and I have not heard from them since picking up the improperly stored medication. Lesson learned. I will no longer be using this business for myself or my pets, and I would caution potential customers to consider other options. read more

Customer service is non existent. Two days went by without anyone contacting me regarding my urgent prescription. I had to call them, was told oh we are short staffed but we can have this ready by *probably* end of next week, no promises. Guy on the phone just could not be bothered. Anyway, my Dr had to call the owner to resolve but yes confirmed they are short staffed and can't keep up with orders. !!! The issues with poor customer service, no calls back, etc are well known in the industry. My advice is to use literally any other compounding pharmacy in the area. Try Meta. read more

While the employees are nice the lack of urgency when I call in a refill a week in advance knowing I'll be out of the medication within a week and STILL NOT GETTING IT filed within said week is ridiculous. The prior owners of this same pharmacy had it ready within 2 days without an issue. I constantly have the hardest time getting a refill in a timely fashion. I'm now going to gave to call 2 weeks in advance and HOPE that's enough time. I wish there were more compounding options in Vegas. read more

On my last visit to my dermatologist for my yearly skin check I asked him to call me in some bleaching cream to help with some sun spots/freckles on my hairline and he told me he would call me in an RX. Not sure why it went here & not CVS, which is my pharmacy I use??? I got a call from Partell pharmacy shortly after my RX was sent in asking me to call them. Once I got around to calling them back I spoke to a girl who was asking me if I had an account with them & I told her "no" that I've never heard of them nor used them. I voiced to her that I had no idea why my RX got called into them? She didn't have an answer for me either. She asked me a couple more questions and asked me again if I had an account with them, I said "You've already asked me that and I don't." This was concerning like "are you not even listening to me? Are you sure you know what your doing?" lol When I asked about insurance she told me that they don't insurance?? Really? That's weird. She told me my RX was going to be $53.00!! YIKES!! So expensive $$$$. She asked me if I wanted to come in to pick it up or have it mailed to me for $5.00? I told her I would pick it up. She told me that when the RX was ready that they would send me a text, which would include their store hours. A couple days later I got a text from them telling me that my RX was ready & it had their store hours. It was shortly after Christmas & I had told her it would be a few days before I would be able to come pick it up when she told me that they would be processing my order. A few days had gone by & I got another text from them telling me that my RX has been ready for 5 days and that after 14 days from date of fill that they would be returning it back to the shelf. I was able to go to their store yesterday to pick it up. Place was easy to find. I saw two doors & on the left door it said to use the door on the right to get in but it was locked. I looked down further & saw another set of doors & those ones got me in. I was greeted twice by two different people upon entering that someone would be right with me. I quickly was looking around to see what they had and saw a bunch of bottles. Guessing that they were vitamins & supplements? I waited at the counter and Jessica V. came to the counter & got my info from me. She wasn't the friendliest, seemed stressed? I didn't have my FSA CC on me so I went to use my debit card. They had the capability to do the touchless system with your debit card but then it wanted me to enter my PIN # then sign for my transaction....so stupid. It defeats the whole purpose of the touchless system. Thank God there is a nice big bottle of hand sanitizer on the counter. When I get a chance I'm going to call my insurance company to see if this drug is covered, my guess since its more of a cosmetic drug that they probably don't. It is very expensive for the small amount I got. If I can't get it somewhere else thats cheaper or if its covered by my insurance then there won't be a need for me to come back here. read more

Not very good follow through with updates on delivery dates and times and acknowledgement of refill order

I started with them because they were the only pharmacy that could fill my adderall prescription during the shortage. However, it's such a series of hoop jumping to get your meds. I've never had an easy process with them. The last time they held my prescription for a week before filling it. Now, it seems like Walgreens will fill it immediately. I understand there's a confirmation process, but how can a mass market pharmacy knock it out in no time at all while a boutique pharmacy drags their feet? read more

I am set up for an auto refill on my script but I have been forgotten multiple times and had to call to get my refill only when I am realizing I am low on my script. It takes almost a week to get my prescription filled and delivered. Not a great service read more

January 2, 2025 This pharmacy must be very desperate for sales. They auto fill my script, deliver and charge me non stop. My scripts changed to higher dose, yet they continue to auto fill the old scripts. Even after I let them know to not fill the scripts until I call them, they tried again to auto fill, and deliver. This is the second time asking them to stop auto filling. Unfortunately this is the only compound pharmacy my insurance takes. read more

They couldn't follow simple instructions on putting my prescription deliveries on the side of my porch. Asked many times to tell the drivers to not leave packages by my front door due to idiots stealing packages. Just pulled in to my driveway as two morons were walking up to my front door to steal my medicine. That took off running when they saw me. This was my first and last time at this place! I went to Vividia Dermatology a few weeks ago and they gave me a prescription that needed to be filled here only because it was a compound medication or something like that, they also gave me a $10.00 off coupon that they give all first time patients that will need a prescription from this place, so obviously Partell Pharmacy gave them these coupons and promotions correct?? So all of this meant I just couldn't get it at my regular CVS pharmacy...UNFORTUNATELY!! So I go into Partell to get my prescription and I told the girl I had a coupon from my dermatologist, she asked if I had ever been there before and I said no. She looked at my coupon like it was counterfeit money and said, "I don't know, cause it's a copy." I told her that, that was what the dermatologists office literally gave me. She went in back to talk with someone about it... like really chic, like, do you think I really knew what your coupons looked like before ever seeing the dermatologist and then spent my valuable time making a bunch of fake coupons that I can only use one time?? Get a life seriously, because when she was on the computer looking up stuff she would see I had never been there to pick anything up ever. She was completely rude and attitudinal and treating me like some scammer for no reason at all. What ridiculous customer service and I'm so glad I never have to go back there again, what a complete and utter joke. Not only did I waste my gas driving 20minutes across town, but got treated like crap when I got there. She needs some training on customer service or she shouldn't be handling customers. If you have an issue with your lame $10.00 off coupons then you should probably talk to the source which is the dermatologists offices you allow to distribute them or don't give them coupons anymore. First time dealing with Patrell Pharmacy, and it wasn't a very good one. I had a prescription from a doctor in Stockton California for a couple of items. I did receive a couple of items but not a light medication. Patrell did not fulfill this order for pain medication and does not want to respond other than to say a couple of excuses like, we sent it, you didn't pick it up, so I would rate this pharmacy as very poor, and I will file a claim against their license. Maybe they should check why I received everything except the medication. And they should send this item and require signature from the receiving party. read more

Some of my prescriptions require refrigeration. The tall bald headed guy in pharmacy is beyond rude. He forgot to tell staff to put in fridge after he had it made. He told me he would not make another one and either I took that or I could not get my medicine. The staff is lazy they forget syringes and often do not properly store medicine. I had the bald headed pharmacist get rude very unprofessional when I expressed concern for things that they forgot to refrigerate, They also charge an extra expedited fee. When I went to pick up my compounded prescription I asked the pharmacist if I could have a list of the ingredients mainly the fillers in my prescription because I have serious reactions to several ingredients. He was very smug and said "no one has ever had a reaction to his prescription and it was not necessary". I took my prescription and paid over $100. Guess what, I had a reaction and I can't take my medication. I called to take my name out of the computer and there was no concern that I had a reaction to their medication. Now I will have to pay and find a new pharmacy for my thyroid medication. I definitely would not recommend, I would expect better from a compounding pharmacy. read more

I will NEVER use a CVS or Walgreens again. Partell gets a 5 star rating for MANY REASONS. One, because they carry many scripts/treatments that standard pharmacies don't. Two, their staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Three, they have a clean and welcoming environment. They're so over priced by so much more than any other pharmacy in town! Plus, if you're on a medical Lein they will raise their prices three or four times higher than what it should be so be Aware! They will try to take total advantage of those who don't know any better so check your bills before you ever walk out of their store! In my experience they refused to give me a print out of my prescription list until I demanded it! When I saw the prices I was in Shock! I then took it to my doctor and told him I would never go back there! It's five years later and another doctor sent a compounding cream over there but I transferred it somewhere else! This used to be a fantastic pharmacy until they closed the Charleston office. After a week of calling in my refill I called the east side office and was placed on hold for 1 hour and 9 minutes. They informed me that they hadn't worked on it yet and needed my credit card info and would make it a priority. I received it the next day but what would have happened if I had not called?? They are extremely understaffed. Will try and find another compounding pharmacy closer to me in the south Update: Now that they have moved to one location they are now organized again. This pharmacy, while they have done some things well, is a huge hassle every time I need to get my important medication. This last time was the last straw for me. I called in 3 separate times to confirm that I would not need my medication shipped but would be picking it up in person. The first time, they assured me they would not mail it out of state and I would be able to pick it up. Then I get a tracking number in an email from them stating they sent it out of state anyway. So I call again asking them what happened and letting them know again that I would be picking it up in person. They confirmed and told me they would catch it before it got delivered and have it sent back to them. I called the day I was supposed to pick it up, only to be told that they never put in to have it sent back and 0 notes had been put in about my picking up my medication in person. They said it would be available for pick up the next day though. About 20 minutes after that I received a call saying they had actually lost my prescription but then found it and it was ready for pickup same day. They have some very kind and helpful staff members, it's just a matter of what you're willing to tolerate. read more

This Pharmacy lost my prescription twice. When I went to pick up the third prescription they charged me saying they had refunded my other two scripts that their delivery service had taken to the wrong locations. They made me feel very uncomfortable, as if it were my fault that the delivery service they use lost my scripts. When I checked my account there had been no refunds. Mistakes happen but the way it was handled was extremely unprofessional. If you use them I'd advise to not get anything delivered-manager told me it wasn't his responsibility that meds get to the right location, it was not their delivery service. read more
