I tried multiple places but nowhere was able to mix medications and they so happen to be able to because I called ahead of time to confirm and they were able to help me out the only issue is they seem to have not accept Medicare, and I had to pay out-of-pocket, which made me very upset, but I was thankful that they were able to make the medicine. Be mindful. They don't accept everyone's Medicaid.

Waited outside the drive through with my car off until they returned at 2pm. Then it wasnt ready and said another 30 mins. It literally was ear drops, Flonase and 1 very common antibiotic. How hard is it to fill it then? After 6 hrs it's absurd no wonder there are more 1 stars than any other review. DO NOT use this pharmacy. I'm switching mine. Publix up the roads fill orders in like 30 mins every time

This Walgreens is the one I go to the most due to location and convenience. For cheaper, drug store quality makeup, I've stopped by Walgreens. For last minute greeting cards or household necessities, Walgreens is just a stop away. I used to get my prescriptions at Walgreens but because I have Kaiser insurance now and love them so much, they have their own pharmacy. The main reason why I still come to Walgreens is for the photo cards during the holidays. I love that I am able to pick up the finished products in an hour! I've also gotten Instagram frames and photo books printed too. However, the past few times coming, they weren't able to process my special request and had to send to another Walgreens location. Now, I understand if you're not able to do it, thank you for letting me know so I could get another location to do it. Not today. What bothered me is I did NOT get any phone call letting me know. It was 2 hours passed the time for scheduled pickup. There were no customers but at least six workers worrying about Christmas inventory. Mind you, it's close to lunch time now. I submitted my photo order the night prior. Estimated to pick up was 9:25 am. It is now 11:30 AM. Again, common courtesy to call someone if they are expecting their order. You know what bothered me the most? The worker telling me that she worked till 11 pm last night and had to wake up early. I never questioned her work ethics. Just asked how come I didn't get a phone call and if my order would be completed today and she couldn't answer me. I just didn't like her tone with me and I said thank you to her and walked off. I went to the car and called customer service to have my order sent to another location. I don't think I will use this location anymore. That did it. 112/2018

I've never been to this one until last month, when my hubby needed a COVID test to return to work. We scheduled ahead of time online but were running super late as I had just got off work and was already fighting traffic - add an accident to that and we were really behind. I called before even leaving our apartment, letting them know the situation. I can't speak on the retail staff, but the pharmacy staff was really nice and said they would still take us when we got there with an ETA of about 10-15 minutes. When we arrived, unfortunately, we ended up stuck in the drive-thru line behind about ten cars or so. We decided to just wait it out and see if they would still take us. We would've just gone inside if it was for anything other than a COVID test. By the time we got up to the front, it had to have been about 5:30. So we were like 45 minutes late or so at this point, as opposed to the projected (already late) time of 5:00. The gentleman who greeted us at the drive-thru counter behind the glass was not going to accept us at first. Thankfully after explaining that we called ahead and were stuck behind an accident and stuck in the pharmacy line, he and his co-workers decided to still help us and process my hubby's test that evening. We were so thankful, considering they didn't have to. From there the rest went smoothly. My hubby self-administered the rapid molecular ID now test and got his results in less than an hour, very quickly (and thankfully, negative!) The results were emailed to us without issue, just like the other locations do. We have no complaints with this Walgreens as a test site and were very thankful for the compassionate staff that still got us in, so my hubby could get back to work. We would come here again for testing if need be and recommend it to you if you need one and are in the area. So far Walgreens as a whole has been my favorite business to COVID test with as the process is generally smooth and results are quick!

I get there, prescription is not there. They don't have it have to order it. The chain is becoming more and more unreliable for me and I'm about to make a switch and never return.

This particular Walgreens is located in Lawrenceville off Five Fork Trickum Road and close to Oak Road. It is pretty awesome. Why? It's one of the few that does same day special printing. They may not have everything in stock mentioned on the newsletter/coupon, but they are always willing to give you a rain-check for the item. I usually get my photos developed here and they turn out pretty good most of the time. I also come here to rent movies from the Redbox kiosk located inside of the store. They also have a Pharmacy and the Pharmacists that I've talked to are very helpful in explaining medication and what not. My only complaint about this location is that sometimes there are pan-handlers wandering around outside asking for change. Nothing against them because I've donated plenty of times, but when it gets to the point where I know each of their faces then that's a problem. Not a bad Walgreen. They have security cameras on active. I would've given 4 stars, but 3 stars due to the pan-handlers.
