Have used this location for my pharmacy needs for decades. They used to be very helpful. They have gone downhill over the years and the staff turnover shows it. They refuse to fill one prescription because it's available OTC but I get it reimbursed by insurance if they do the scrip. Even had my doctor's office call them. They continually say it's "out of stock" even when I bring it to them from the shelf and ask them to run it through - nope! I go somewhere else now for that one. Been waiting for another prescription to be filled for 3 days now and now I've missed a dose. Called them, called my doctor's office, called them again and was treated quite rudely. Time to find a new pharmacy! read more

Many years ago this was the Walgreens I'd always go to. The interior has changed but unfortunately the exterior including parking lot hasn't and thus has aged poorly. Trash was blowing around so I was glad the interior was nice. I was there for a vaccine appointment which went smoothly I was the only one there early on a Saturday. I also noticed the neat and fun-looking Hallmark Christmas ornaments out. But I wasn't there to shop for those or Halloween. read more

RUDE PHARMACIST STAFF!! I am always very respectful and kind on the phone (as anyone should be) and I was given attitude out of nowhere. I let it slide once, but it happened for the second time. They make you sound like your dumb and talk as if they couldn't care less. When I did in person, it was way worse. You could see it on her face and her voice, it was all attitude for zero reason. I understand if you hate your job but don't put it on the customers, it's disrespectful and one day someone will go off on you. read more

Drive thru has longer than normal wait lines. Attendants are not very friendly, I am sure due to upset customers.

As a healthcare provider I was horrified by the customer service my family member received today at your pharmacy. She was very sick and despite waiting hours and her provider sending in Rx she could not pick them up today. She waited hours. Initially you told her to come back later, then we did, and they still weren't ready. Instead of being apologetic or offering a solution to your mistakes, your employee was rude and dismissive. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Pay your employees a decent wage, give them breaks, stop understaffing your pharmacies, so that perhaps they can offer a hint of kindness to your "customers" when they are at their worst. We got her transferred elsewhere, but so many people are locked into a "big chain pharmacy" bc of their insurance plans. It's not right you treat people the way you do. read more

Every time I come here to get my medications, it's something. I've been going here for three years and I'm officially done after my experience today. Let's begin with their texts. They will text you that your prescription is ready, and you'll drive over there just to wait in line for 30 minutes, and they'll act like they have no idea what you're talking about. Next let's chat about their app. It's constantly broken and you can't order your meds on there either. I tried resending my password to my phone, and never got a text. Then tried my email twice. Nothing. So that was hopeless. Finally, their lines are SO long and they usually only have 2 people working. You will wait in line at LEAST 25 minutes. I think that was the least amount of time I've ever waited in line for my meds. It's usually more like 35-45 minutes on average. Today, was my last straw. I called and was on hold for 30 minutes. When they answered, they IMMEDIATELY hung up. I tried calling back and I was 4th in line, so basically another 30 minute wait at least. (30 minutes was only two people ahead of me in line). I'm frustrated and done. I happily am taking my business to Walmart and when Walmart can do better than you, you messed up. Don't waste your time attempting to get prescriptions here. read more

The pharmacy needs more staff. Lines are 8-10 people long at almost any time of day. So far I've been in line about 45 min today and I have just moved up to 3rd. read more

This pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous you can never get through the drive through without waiting for almost an hour and when you go inside the line stretches way back to the makeup. After you wait forever the people at the register are rude. When you try to call to talk to the pharmacy it says your second or first in line and 30 min later your still on hold!!!!!! Every time I call or go into this location it is terrible!!! They need to hire more people because obviously this is a busier location!!! read more

Every single time I go, I can never find an employee to asks where an item is. When I order photos, you stand at the photo counter for well over 6 minutes waiting for an employee to come man the desk and deliver your photos to you. They need to keep the photo counter staffed or have a bell for you to ring for service. Standing there waiting for someone to notice I need service is crappy customer service. read more

Would give them higher reviews for the convenient location and friendly staff but they don't accept the military's insurance and they will swap out your meds without warning. I had the pharmacy switch my meds to the old med I was getting off of because they didn't carry the new one. Yeah. Great. They also lose insurance info as previously mentioned. I have been going to this pharmacy for some time and the other day they almost gave me the wrong prescription. Even after I spelled out my name, gave my date of birth, and stated my address. They continually have issues with their computer system as well. You would think Walgreens would invest in fixing these issues for this very busy location. read more

Nice store. Staff is usually friendly and helpful. Good selection of products, both name brand and generic. The biggest hurdle I have yet to overcome here is that they frequently have to completely re-enter all my information and insurances as they never seem to be able to retrieve it from their computer system. If not for that, I would give them 4 stars. read more
