If I could give it zero stars, I would. I don't know what happened to this store and the pharmacy, but they've gone so far down the tubes that I've moved my prescriptions elsewhere. There's never enough help in either the store or the pharmacy and it became excruciatingly slow to fill any rx orders there. What happened, cvs??? The ABSOLUTE worst pharmacy in America! Be prepared to wait when going to this store. The pharmacy is an absolute nightmare. For over a YEAR now I've watched the same store behavior. The line at pharmacy will be a full aisle long at any given date or time. Meanwhile employees stand at front counter and laugh, while standing around doing nothing! The drive thru line is just as horrible and then your told the script isn't ready! Even after a email and text telling you to pick it up!! Never have prescriptions ready on time. Don't answer the phone or you wait 15 minutes minimum. Don't open when they state they will be open. Employees argue why they are not ready on time. The worst pharmacy possible. read more

The absolute worst pharmacy. I have received text messages that my prescription wasn't covered by my insurance. I called my insurance and they say that it is and has been covered. I have received notifications that my prescriptions are ready. When I get there I'm told it's not ready and I have to come back. Today was the final straw. Waited and waited for a prescription to be filled and I heard nothing. Called and was told it would be ready in an hour. Showed up 2 hours later and I was told rudely that it wasn't ready but could be "expedited " haha. And that I would need to come back in 20 minutes. Came back in 20 minutes and when I pulled up tot he window got the comment " back already? Did you get a text that it was ready"? No, no I didn't not. I came back in 20 minutes like I was instructed after I was told an hour 3 hours ago. They do not care about you or your business. Avoid at all costs! read more

Terrible pharmacy! Been waiting 3 days for them to refill my prescription and still hasn't been filled. Nobody answers the phone. I need my medicine to function. It shouldn't take that long to fill. Absolutely ridiculous. Finding a new pharmacy asap! read more

pharmacy is the WORST! manager won't help and if you wait on the phone, prepare for them not to answer. they'll also mess up your medication so hopefully you can go without or hope for the best. screw this place read more

WORST pharmacy ever! My daughter n law has been there over an hour and now sitting her THIRD time in drive through for my prescription. I was told they had the prescription and on app showed they had my name in system BUT they told her they don't show me in the system. I called back again being on hold for over 30 mins from the first time to over 40 mins the second for the lady to be nasty and rude and said they didn't have that medication then said she will put me on hold for someone else better to help me. GUESS WHAT??? she came back to phone and so idk why but we do magically have the prescription and said someone will call you and hung up on me and told my daughter n law to pull back around. We moved here 3 years ago. I have never once had all the issues I've seen complaints about. The staff is friendly and my prescriptions are ready. The pharmacy takes time to answer questions and the staff will help you find something even if it's right in front if your face. It's clean. It's Convenient. People need to not be so judgmental. CVS Little River South Carolina 29566, these people have no idea what customer service is. It took me four attempts to pick up a prescription because of hurricane closing and inconsiderate employees. I will refuse to do any business with CVS whatsoever in the future. And there's no need to look on their website for a complaint Dept/area they do not take them. read more

I shop at the CVS on Rt. 9 in Little River a lot. My shopping is generally based around using the coupons that I receive from the store's kiosk and the register tape of coupons after a purchase. Today I shopped specifically with my coupons in mind. After my order was rung up I handed over my savings... CVS did not AND would not honor all of them. The store manager was called over. She clearly saw that I met the requirements of the coupons and she made no attempt to correct the problem. What's the point of giving coupons if they won't allow you to use all of them!!! I couldn't put any of the items back because I had to reach a dollar amount on one of the coupons. I am NOT pleased with this location and will tell others to watch their receipts. read more
