Now, we are talking semantics. She also said Eric was not working as a Pharmacy tech! I asked, her how is their customer to know that or even what his role is?? She never answered that question only started rattling off his duties. Then, I asked about the other 3 that were standing around with nothing to do. Eric did seem concerned when I did mention DORA as I walked out the door. I now also, had to have an unnecessary visit to my doctor and she has given me a new pharmacy.
