After nearly a week of waiting after the initial text that they received the script, I called for an update because I hadn't heard anything. They informed me they had been trying to call me (I have no messages from them) and the script was ready for pick up. I arrived to them not having the script ready and having to wait an hour after being told it was ready, then it would be ready in "a few seconds," yet it's still not ready an hour later. I left and will try again at a later time. *other people seem to have wonderful experiences with them, hopefully I just had an abnormal experience for them.

I'm wondering who is giving these kind reviews. My Family has been treated by the Pharmacist so…read morerudely. He used to be pleasant and over the years has been so rude to us. He promises to update us if having issues getting certain meds. And nothing. I don't even get emails from them anymore when or if something is ready to be picked up. My Mom and her Husband go there too and get the same rude treatment. I constantly have to call them to see if something is refilled or received. No communication on their part. They make me feel like I'm bugging them when I call. But if they did their job, I wouldn't have to constantly call. Had to have a prescription filled from another Pharmacy last month that they had for 3-4 days, only to find out they didn't have any and had to call my Dr to send it elsewhere. They didn't give me enough time to barely get it filled in time since they had it for 3-4 days. This is so upsetting and bad service. We've used them for well over 6 years. Sad.

Due to that i sometimes have to finagle the pills I have on hand to get the proper mg, which can sometimes end up with needing to get new prescriptions just as often. The pharmacist at this walmart talked to me about the medication and worked some numbers and came up with suggested number of two particular mg, and reached out to my Dr to have them change my script, with directions reworded so I won't have to cut as many pills and/or run out faster than insurance allows a refill! That was such a big help-i didn't even know that was something a pharmacist could do! I have moved out of the Ferry Farm area, but as I go to downtown Fxg regularly, I keep my prescriptions here because I love this location!

Turns out the associate was down one of the isles, had ear buds in and likely did not hear me at the counter. When he arrived he seemed very confused and was only able to find 2 packs of my developed film. My Doctor recommended Stafford Pharmacy that Dr. Kobe Boakye owns and operates. He is the kindest gentleman! He had my medicine in stock, was able to process my insurance quickly and fill my script. Dr. Boakye is clearly a seasoned pro; he explained my medication instructions, availed himself to questions and assured me the current medications I am taking would not negatively interact with the script he filled for me. Stafford Pharmacy is unique from chain drug stores in a number of positive ways. It carries specialty items and offers specialty services that include: delivery, medical equipment, compounding and an assortment of over the counter meds as well as herbal supplements. Instead of my transaction being processed by a teenager, or even a Pharmacist, a Pharmacologist tended to me and the customer service was excellent! In fact, I forgot my insurance card and Dr. Boakye called me himself and offered to drop it in the mail. If you find the wait at Giant or CVS obnoxious and would feel more confident with a gentleman that holds a PhD in Pharmacology...Dr. Boakye and Stafford Pharmacy will become your trusted, primary provider.

I wasn't greeted by either one of the older female associates working that day, but noticed one of them staring while I sorted through the scrubs racks. I asked her a question, and she answered, but didn't offer any further assistance and continued to stare. I ended up purchasing over $200 of merchandise (scrubs, compression stockings, and shoes). Today I returned and wasn't greeted by either of the two older female associates- one (grey hair in ponytail) turned around and looked at me then turned back to the customer she was helping. The other one came to the register area and stared me down while I looked through the compression hose. The final straw for me was when another customer entered and was pleasantly greeted by the staring associate. I will take my business elsewhere. TL;DR: the scrubs selection is okay but the customer service, at least for me, was poor.
