The worst pharmacy I have ever used. They don't answer the phone, hour long lines even for pre paid prescriptions. App is not user friendly, and does not give you an option to ship, until AFTER your prescription is filled. Then you still may have to go into the store to stand in the hour long line if they will not ship them. It costs more money to ship the prescription then the prescription actually cost. There is no drive threw, you have go to walk through a Target store to get to the pharmacy, when you have issues walking, that is not convenient. I would not use this pharmacy if I was not forced to by my employer. Negative stars! read more

I'm currently in line for the CVS pharmacy, for which I've been waiting over 55 minutes and the line has barely moved. I wish I could say this was unusual, but long lines are the norm. This location is chronically under staffed, NEVER answers the phone, and refuses to fill prescriptions unless you wait in this absurd line to request a fill in person. I will be changing my pharmacy. EDIT: I don't fault the two (2) pharmacy staff working their shift. They did the best they could. I do fault management for allowing this CVS location to be so understaffed. read more

There is never not an enormous line, and plan on waiting at least 30 min. It's so infuriating because there is only ever one person working at the register for oftentimes both pick ups and drop offs. It's too bad because the people working there are very kind. I have no idea how they have never fixed this problem! read more

Do NOT depend on this pharmacy to fill your meds! They tell me that they are two days behind with their orders. Stop taking new orders until you are caught up!!! So ridiculouse and no apology given, just as a matter of fact that "we are overwhelmed and under staffed" poor systems in place! I will take my business to Walgreens from now on! Store manager stated that they couldn't do anything because CVD is not part of Target. read more

CVS Pharmacy - Drugstores Near Me - LONGMONT, Colorado

Heads up...CVS has become suddenly understaffed and unable to obtain critical medicines. Lines are running "around the block" inside the store by 9:30 am. I've been a loyal customer of this CVS for a few years now, and generally had a good experience. I was especially grateful when my cat was diagnosed with diabetes and I needed to start giving her insulin injections. Staff were helpful, and correctly reassured me it was going to be OK. I'm not sure when this staffing crunch will be over or when their current supply chain problems will be over, but in the meantime, I highly recommend people go somewhere else if they can. I'm not saying this to throw their current staff under the bus--by posting this I'm trying to help them out. They're under water right now. read more

I usually don't have to much of a hard time at this Walgreens. However the other day, I went to pick up my medication at the pick up window and the lady said my medication won't be covered by my insurance anymore. Which is not a problem, that happens. However this lady had a smirk on her face when she said it and was super rude about it. Seemed like she was happy that I was no longer able to afford my medication. So I wouldn't recommend making this your pharmacy. Rude staff. read more

This location is constantly understaffed & overwhelmed. I have auto-refill set on my prescription so I expected to be receiving a text saying it was ready to pick up. The refill date came & went... I went in 4 days later thinking i must've missed the notification. Nope. I waited in line for 20 minutes only to find out that my script hadn't even been filled yet so I was going to have to wait for another 15-20 minutes for them to "put a rush on it". The line always takes too long-- even when there are only a couple people in front of me. Usually it's at least 5 people deep, though. Can't recommend this pharmacy. read more

AWFUL!!! I went on Saturday to pick up some refills. Ben was incredibly rude. He didn't ask me for my name or date of birth, just grunted at me. Then he was throwing my meds around, was curt with me and didn't even offer me a bag. And when I asked him for one, he just dumped my meds in there. I hear that the manager is pretty cool, but this was ridiculous! Not going back! read more

Every time we go here the wait is at least 20 minutes. There is no organization for getting people through the line, people routinely cut straight to the front and no one every redirects them to the line. The line routinely snakes down the shelving isles, if you think you are in-line better check the other isles! The pharmacist won't tell you until the line has grown even more in the other isle. There is room for ropes to form a better line but they never use it. If you are shopping for medical items but don't need to be online good luck! The pharmacy lines block the shelves. The pharmacy manager of this cvs should be fired and the target manager should be reprimanded for not keeping the area around the pharmacy better managed for customers waiting. read more

Today, for the second time, I was turned away in my attempts to get a Covid vaccination at this location. The first time, with appointment, I was met with a sign stating they were out of the product. No call, no text, no email. Just an 11 mile trip for nothing. Today the tech couldn't find my appointment, but it wouldn't have mattered if she did because they just received a shipment and it was defrosting. The appointment was made online this morning. If the store had no vaccines the system should have removed the location from its available list. read more

Horrible pharmacy, horrible lead pharmacist. No accountability for their inept staff, argumentative on the phone and in person. This place needs to go out of business. Never pick up phones. Line is always 12 people plus. Prescriptions are significantly delayed. Service is terrible. Go to Walmart.

I have been filling a life sustaining medication here for 3 years and the last 2 months when my prescription has a auto-refill and they know to refill it. It goes into processing and I have to come in 2 weeks AFTER my prescription should be done and I'm almost out of my life sustaining medication to get them to actually fill it. This is crazy, dangerous and wreckless. read more

ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I am pretty much home bound with serious medical issues and I can't drive right now. I've called and called and called and it's just useless. They don't pick up. I need a prescription filled that my doctor sent in 4 days ago now and it's still not filled. Why?? The phone is useless. The app is useless and I can't go into the store and wait a half hour or more in line only for them to tell me it's not ready and it'll be another 40 minutes. And they're rude about it!! They act like it's my fault and I'm a burden because I'm expecting them to do their jobs! Now they have to completely close for lunch. Really?? How about extending your hours instead of shrinking them?! I also need the regular caps that aren't safety caps and they never give them to me. It's a good thing I know my meds because one time the pharmacist filled a narcotic rx wrong and if I took it as she wrote it I would have overdosed myself. Nice. There isnt one good thing I can say about that place. I'm actually switching my insurance so that Walgreens can take over as my preferred pharmacy. They should be ashamed and should do a complete overhaul of all staff. They give target (which has their own cs issues) a worse name. Just awful!! read more

This pharmacy is routinely understaffed and unresponsive. I will B take my business elsewhere from now on. Typically, the wait for a prescription is hours if not days. If there is a wrinkle or complication, it takes hours if not days to resolve. It's unfortunate that SOMEONE can't contact management and get them to make the changes necessary to be able to meet the demand for products and services. Finally, they didn't have the medication that I needed (not an extraordinary item) and had to take my doctor's third choice. read more

Do not come by at 6pm unless you want to be waiting in line for an hour with only two people in front of you.. Awfully slow.

We didn't go into the store, but instead went through the drive through window for my father's prescriptions and we didn't wait too long as there was another car ahead of us. He paid for his bag got his change and drove off. It probably took about 3 minutes. Then it was our turn and our prescription was ready. The credit card was placed in the push-out box and run and the prescription and credit card was returned in the push-out box. Easy peasy. And we're off.... read more

If you are not using this CVS shame on you. Since moving in the area we have had great service from Jessica. My wife has cancer and she bends over backwards to help us.
