CVS as a whole needs to stop price gouging. Everything is 50 to 100% higher priced than major retailers.

I have a young child who goes to school directly across from this location and this morning after a grueling 16 hour overnight shift I still needed to do a morning drop off. I noticed my little one needed two items and decided to make a quick run into CVS. I parked directly in front of the store so I could see her while I ran inside. Once inside I grab the two items and check out quickly. On my way out the door I am quickly rushed by a woman who aggressively and nastily spewed "don't park there again." So I turn towards her and state "you didn't have to follow behind me to say that" as I was just inside the store where she could have said it directly to me. I could tell she was already argumentative and unprofessional and it was just 8 in the morning. She followed with "I am the OWNER (she had on a CVS tag I wasn't sure the owners wore those but I digress) of this property and next time I'll just have you towed." I say "that's fine, just dnt come running behind me outside." Thus I was sure to make note she didn't cross that door threshold. She responds, in front of my child, "oh I can see you're just an entitled b*tch" as she rushes back in She knew the right time and place to pull a stunt like that and gladly I didn't feel the need to stoop to the level she was on so early in the morning. She's rude, unprofessional and miserable and based on the previous reviews I can see this isn't a stand alone encounter. Distasteful! read more

I'm glad they opened this location...To have a pharmacy close by home is a big deal.. just the ability to make a quick trip to the drug store when your family is sick sometimes is winning half the battle...and CVS is a trusted name brand so I'd come here any-day over another drug stores in the same vicinity. For their grand opening they handed out a bunch of coupons...which when combined with the store discounts I got a good deal on a whole lot of things for a fraction of the cost. Generic brand vs CVS brand is debatable but you always get a good deal on the CVS over-the-counter drugs and earn extra bucks too. Can't say much about the prescription drug service I've never had to use it. They are more than just pharmacy... you can come here for so much more... candy & snack cravings, health and beauty, craft... to print photos. read more

Last month I used CVS for the first time for my prescription. I called ahead to make sure the medicine was available and checked the price as well. It was expensive so I asked for the generic version. The girl over the phone said it was not in stock for 2 days, but once it's in stock they will automatically fill it. I decided to give it an extra day and call back 3 days later to ensure it was available. When I called back they said it was not filled and that it was not even in stock. She put me on hold for a long time and when she finally came back she said she made a mistake and that it was actually in stock. I asked if I could use GoodRx. She said yes so I gave her all of the pertinent information. I requested to pick it up the next day. The next day I went through the drive-thru and the lady asked for my ID and the GoodRx information. I put my ID and phone into the box. She took both items, processed them, and returned them back to me. About 10 minutes later I was asked again for my ID and the GoodRx information. I asked why I was being asked for these items again; which she replied, "it is a new transaction". I was very confused but I put my ID and phone into the box again. The woman said I cannot put my phone into the box, and that I must come into the store. I said I have three children and they don't have masks so I cannot come into the store at this time. I assume there were 2 different associates waiting on me but I wasn't paying attention since my kids were talking. After this lengthy time in the drive-thru several cars had piled up behind us and they were getting upset. One of them was yelling out their window that it was taking too long. The CVS associate finally accepted my ID and phone through the box and told me that next time I would have to physically come into the store because I cannot put my phone in the box. She processed my prescription and I was finally on my way. This whole process took about 20 minutes. It was very frustrating because I had 3 young, loud, and energetic kids in the car. I gave CVS the benefit of the doubt and decided to process my prescription at this pharmacy again. I called ahead of time to ensure the medicine was in stock, and check the price with a GoodRx "coupon". She said the GoodRX discount was accepted and she took my information. I asked to pick it up the next day. The next day my husband went to CVS to pick up my prescription. The lady in the drive-through said he needs to pull up and allow her to take care of other customers since he's using a GoodRX coupon. I don't think it's fair to request people to move ahead while they wait on other customers. We are paying customers, and our time is just as important as theirs. He decided to be courteous and pull ahead while she waited on other customers. Luckily, only 2 customers pulled up by the time he pulled back around, so he only had to wait through 2 transactions. It is not good practice to make customers wait for other customers - especially when all of the information was called in ahead of time. Even if that information wasn't accessible in the system prior to picking up the medicine, I don't see how the other customers's time is more valuable than ours...and why we would have to pull over and wait. That is unacceptable. I feel like both experiences at this pharmacy have been far and above more than frustrating, mismanaged, confusing, inconvenient, time consuming, full of miscommunication, and most of all severely lacking in courtesy and professionalism.
