Staff here are always helpful & friendly. I've come to find out they're one of the few stores that continue to carry the CVS chewable multi-vitamins... so it's not my closest store but it's not much further to frequent once in awhile. My only complaint is the curb... I don't know if it's their way of halting people possibly accidentally driving in to the store, instead of pillars but they must be a couple inches taller than a standard curb. I park near a brick column so I can brace a hand on it to step up and step back down. The counter wasn't always manned so I'd have to "hellllooo" for a cashier. A couple few years ago they added self checkout, which works fine for me...as if I run in to an issue I just tap the Call for Assistance button. Thanks for the consistently good service. read more

The staff is super nice and great. For the minute clinic. But the wait time isn't fun. Can wait 15-20 minutes after your scheduled time if there people ahead of you which there usually always is. If you have more than one concern or issue you need to make another appointment. Which is understandable so they don't get behind time but it is a little annoying they don't space out their visits better to leave enough time for each patient without running into another scheduled time. Otherwise they are convenient for birth control and a quick check up if you dont want to wait for your primary care to be available and normally can schedule same day or next day appointments. read more

This CVS is pretty close to my house and across the street from my gym so I go here quite a bit. It is clean, well stocked, and organized. Like most CVS stores in the area, it is pretty new since the chain only came to MN within the last decade or so. The best thing about this store is the customer service. Nearly every employee I've interacted with has been exceedingly helpful and friendly. Both when I've asked for help and when I've just been browsing. And if you use your Extra Care card frequently enough, you can get pretty decent in-store coupons. Sometimes they are good on certain products or types of products, and other times they are good for your entire purchase. My biggest frustration with this store -- and the reason for only 3 Stars, is that the inventory is randomly lacking in several departments. It's not that they are out of things, it's that they never carry them. Almost every time I come here, I have to finish my shopping trip at Walgreens (CVS' number one competition, FYI) or even a grocery store. What really bewilders and frustrates me is that there are several aisles on the right-hand (eastern) part of the store that are almost empty and/or are dedicated to "As Seen On TV" and other gimmicky crap. The purpose of a drugstore is to supply necessities and must-haves, and not waste space on stuff that people watching TV at 3am may want to purchase. That being said, CVS is my sole supplier of aloe vera gel these days since neither my usual Target or Walgreens bother to carry an aloe product where aloe is actually one of the first few ingredients, and that is free of alcohol, colorants, and other needless irritants. And speaking of healing properties, there is, of course, a pharmacy onsite. I haven't used it, but it's open till 10 pm during the week (6pm on weekends), and there's even a drive-through -- which is pretty awesome and convenient! Oh, there's a Minute Clinic as well, which I also have not experienced, but I support the idea of getting qualified medical care outside of a doctor's office or hospital. My partner and I just went in to get a test of Covid-19 and CVS made it pretty much effortless the whole way through and it was FREE. We scheduled online just two days prior to our appointment. The drive through method of delivering the test felt very safe, professional, and easy. I wish I caught the name of the woman helping us - she guided us through the instructions of how to do the test and was friendly and helpful. Thanks so much CVS for the excellent service. read more

DON'T BOTHER SETTING UP APPOINTMENT. IF I COULD 0 STAR I WOULD. THEY DONT KEEP APPOINTMENTS. TB test this past friday, I reiterate I came in 30 minutes early and they took a walk in ahead of me. Set the tb test reading for today at 1100. CPN tells me on friday that my schedule is set and even if there are walk ins she would take care of my APPOINTMENT beforehand. I get beat by 5 minutes and the freaking lady tells me he's been waiting for 30 minutes. Yeah, right. Whatever. read more

It's unfortunate that target is getting this review, as I am a huge fan of this target location. I am however always highly dissatisfied with the CVS and their team. I was just as unhappy today when I went to refill my standing medicine order when I was told I was 6 days late and wouldn't be able to pick it up now without going to a doctor again. I also did not get a phone call or email that my medicine had been filled and was told obviously something was wrong with my phone. Won't be getting anything from this pharmacy EVER again. Horrid customer service. If I could give you no stars I absolutely would. read more

Normally, I love this place. Friendly, well-stocked, and efficient when it comes to prescriptions. Until today. I had an early doctor's appointment, and they faxed the prescription over at 9am. Normally, I'd drive right over, and it would be waiting (within a half hour). I had some shopping to do, so I got to the store 2 hours later. They told me that it would be another 20 minutes. I said, "Really? You've had the prescription for 2 hours." The response was, "Well, it's MONDAY!" (As though that means something to me...) 35 minutes later the prescription was ready. read more
