I've already transferred my prescriptions from CVS to Garys. Not only were all the workers exceptionally pleasant, every customer was just as nice! I was given great advice from the 'front of house' employee from makeup, to hair brushes, to oils. The other worker doing pharmacy was just as nice! I found eyeliner my mom used to wear from 1999-2005 that I haven't been able to find for years. It was like $4. I've also gone through maybe 20 hair brushes in the past year because they all sucked. The lady recommended a particular brush for my hair type and it's exactly what I've been looking for (and it was only like 14$). Just such good vibes. Old school. I want to go back to just hangout, but I won't because that's weird. Protect this place at all costs!!!

No one can tell me where it is, why it's not filled, or when I'm actually going to get it. I've now been sent between locations being told it's ready, only to show up and hear "we don't have it." Meanwhile, I'm without medication I need, getting worse, and the staff offers zero real answers. One employee (Rita) looked up my prescription and couldn't give any clear information or timeline at all--just confusion and attitude instead of solutions. At this point, it feels like no one knows what they're doing. This isn't a small mistake--this is people's health. Figure out your system, communicate properly, and stop leaving patients stuck chasing their own prescriptions.

The doctor prescribed azithromycin. It was outside of the pharmacy's business hours, but I decided to send the prescription there and get it the next day rather than go somewhere else. I stepped out into the parking lot and my phone rang. It was Evan. He had dropped in to work to deal with some odds and ends and saw that I'd been given an antibiotic. He wanted to know if I needed it immediately. I was fine waiting until Monday and the doctor had agreed. So on Monday, my medicine was delivered (as always) free of charge (as always). Evan is a kind, concerned health care provider, not a store manager pinned down by quotas. He cares for his patients, and even just now took my call right away because I had some questions for him. I always go here at least twice while I'm here for my annual week and I like it because we have a lot of CVS rewards points and coupons so I can use them when I buy stuff here and that helps make it affordable. There are cashiers and they also have two self checkouts so you can get in and out pretty quickly.

We saw there was a CVS and it had fully stocked fridges, no line, and we were in and out in less than 5 minutes (which is crazy considering the amount of people who were running and watching the race!!). The mall was a zoo and this CVS came in so clutch. The other aisles looked fully stocked too so if you needed a snack or something, they've got you covered.

I called her to ask about when Union Pharmacy would be receiving the Moderna mFlusiva. Her regular staff did not know. I left several messages from September 3rd to today, the ninth. The last message I left was this morning when she was in a meeting. There was never a call back until I caught her this afternoon. She flippantly said she never received a message and that her staff would know the answers anyway. That was not true. They did not.
