He will literally go on and help with any questions or concerns you might have, about your prescriptions, along with the items in the store. All the pharmacists and people who work there are great! The only thing that I wish was different was that that they would be open even for a couple hours on Sundays (esp. since lately that happens to be the day when mu prescriptions can be filled). Anywhere that is willing to call and deal with the insurance company for you get an "A+" from me! :)

CVS has been extremely frustrating and honestly unacceptable to deal with. I've been trying to get…read moremy prescription refilled, but their system is apparently messed up and nobody there seems able to figure out how to fix it. This is medication people rely on, not something that should be delayed because of system issues. To make it worse, the man I spoke with on the phone was rude and actually hung up on me around 10:30 at night while I was still trying to get help with my prescription. That is not how customers should be treated, especially when it involves necessary medication. Very disappointing experience.

Recently, my pulmonary md retired, the old rx was not in the US any longer. I had the name of a prescription from my new md. This drug is almost twice the cost of my old one. This afternoon, Sabino, one of the two pharmacists, was beginning a search for a cheaper drug, he said he would leave me a message on my phone, and he will.
