Visited here with my family for an overnight trip to Issaquah. We were heading back to Vancouver on March 1st and stopped here for gas and shopping. Thank god, it wasn't too packed and had plenty of parking spots around 11 AM. You can find everything from garden stuff, Korean make up, food and clothes. We bought rotisserie chicken, caesar salad, drumsticks while dad scored a jacket here. Rotisserie chicken was gigantic. Meat was incredibly soft. We had chicken and salad to share it was filling for family of 4. I felt so curious to try cold brew, chicken bake and double chocolate mint sundae. Some of grocery items had decent pricing. Definitely more selections I can see comparing to Canada. I also saw a sewing machine at this location. Accepts debit, visa and cash. read more

This Costco is not as good as the Seattle ones, although gas is about 20 cents cheaper per gallon. Produce seemed more limited and it just had a smaller feel. read more

I recently purchased Kirkland brand peaches in the 1 quart jars. They used to carry a star brand but chose to eliminate that and carry their own brand. If Costco's gonna put their name on a product, I would suggest that they've used premium products. I'd rather pay the price than to get a jar of peaches that are half rotten still have pit residue on the slightest or bits and pieces instead of full slices and completely inferior to what they used to carry. read more

I recently purchased a covered car port from the Marysville, WA location. This morning I woke up to 2" of fresh snow like everyone else, but to my suprise there was a huge rip in the ceiling of the car port. I called Costco and spoke to a manager with regards to their return policy. I was told that it was an act of nature/God so they where not going to warranty the product. So now I am out $300 and have a huge mess to bring to the dump... Corporate should make this right... read more

I've never had good experience at membership counters at Costco anywhere. But this Costco's return counter was too much. I went in to return a package of toothbrushes this morning. I used one of them and just didn't like it on my teeth, too soft. The clerk immediately asked me "what's wrong?", I said I didn't like them and not the kind I always use. Then he said "did you buy them a year ago or something?" In my mind: What??? What would make he think so?? He goes to a different computer and said "cause it's not on your card". Ok i didn't bring the receipt but I bought them a few weeks ago with my card. They can find the proof that's why we have a "membership". At that point, I was disgusted and said "it's fine I'll take them back!" He ended up finding the item purchased on my account, and gave me money back. No apology and said "have a nice day" Wow, I've been accused of stealing a Package of toothbrushes after buying hundreds of dollars of stuff? Is that what they do to people who try to return items there? I know for the fact from my past experience that Costco has the worst customer service at the counter, todays experience just proves they've never changed. read more

This was my first visit to Costco Smokey Point, WA. After shopping in Silver Lake, Seattle, and Lynnwood, I was very disappointed with the lack of diversity in food choices compared to other Costcos. This store is catered to the local population and not beyond international customers, which is a big disappointment. I will have to travel one hour out of my route to go to a more diversified food location. read more

Horrible service. Manager said they'd take our Dyson vacuum back because it no longer works after 2 years, but then said they wouldn't because we don't have the original bag it came with. It has a 5 year warranty and we purchased it at Costco because we believed we'd be in good hands to have them service the warranty. Not only did the return manager not honor what we believed to be standard Costco service, they literally said they'd take it anyways to appease us and then changed their mind. Worst service ever from Costco and everyone should consider buying their items elsewhere, because Costco WILL NOT honor their service as they've sold themselves to be the "Nordstroms" of big stores. Walmart or Amazon can save you money and then you won't get jacked around by the Costco employees. Well spend our 10k's elsewhere since Costco seems to not appreciate our business any longer! I've had nothing but positive experiences at this Costco for the past 20 years it's been here. I just cannot comprehend all these negative experiences that people are posting about this particular Costco. I've done everything here from tire service to gas station to bakery items to returning some items to membership renewal and pharmacy, basically every possible feature of this Costco I've used and had five star treatment. And of the hundreds and hundreds of times I've been in here I've never really seen anyone having a negative experience in any aspect related to shopping here. But I guess this world we live in is full of entitled snowflakes. read more

Their service is terrible, and tried buying a marine battery and exchange an old one. Worst experience in a few years. Was told I couldn't buy my 3 other items and need to go back through the other line after buying the battery. Then got stopped and degraded by some Karen in a vest telling me I can't buy my other items after crossing the grocery line to the place you purchased your batteries from. So should I steal it? Or go back and do what the service agent told me because I couldn't purchase any but the battery from that part of Costco. I'll just buy my batteries and a few other items from somewhere else so I don't have to inconvenience any of the older employees at the Smokey point Costco location. Talk about a joke! read more

The girl at the counter turn the sign from open to close and told me that it is closed when it is my turn. Even though I was in line for like 10 mins or so. She should close and not allow new persons in line and finish everyone who is already in the line. Even customer on line next to me was surprised as all. 2. Ordering to kiosk could be better managed. I ordered to the kioks like 5 mins before a new customer came to the line and get the SAME order item before mine. read more

The employees here are extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy as a customer. I purchased a TV here a while ago and had non-stop problems with it. The service techs came to fix it but even switching out an internal component didn't work. While it was well outside the return window I decided to talk to Costco to see what options there may be. They kindly let me bring it back and use the credit as a payment towards a different TV. I really appreciate them looking at the entire situation and being flexible with their rules. It shows they really are trying to make sure the member is having a good experience. read more

Yet another great Costco location. Staff is friendly, store is clean, checkouts can have longer lines, but they move quickly and efficiently. I am not really sure what else to say about this place, other then it is Costco and it is a great place to shop. I am surprised to see the negative reviews and what they are for. Costco is a warehouse, not a grocery store or Target. To the person who asked about coupons, yes it would harm them. Why? Coupons take time to process, sort , organize and redeem. Also most "Sunday paper coupons" are not good for resellers, which is what a majority of Costco's business is. It would be very hard for them to judge why you are buying them (even if you have a business membership, it could be for personal use...). To me this is a no brainier that Costco would not accept manufacture coupons, they have their own instant value coupons (which are really a manufacturer sponsored offer anyways). read more

Fabulous location off Exit 203. Massive big stores around it, I pop by whenever I'm going to outlets. The layout is pretty much the same. What's better is the food concessions, 3 cashiers for speedier service. Do like the candy junk food right by the main cashiers. Optometrist off to the right though. read more

The Costco in Marysville is the *least busiest* warehouse location in the Pacific Northwest. There is always plenty of parking available, same items available as other locations, and good staffing. Sometimes there is a grumpy employee who doesn't know what they are doing and unhelpful, but they usually ping someone else to pick up the slack and answer questions/get the job done for you. read more

This location....truly the best! Especially their Tire Center! The employees went above and beyond to help a girl out! Let's put it this way...one of my tires was slashed by some punk. I got my spare on and went up to Costco and they got me in right away for 4 new tires (needed new tires all around anyway). Speedy service even though they were booked. Kudos to them! I called in a order for a pizza on a Wednesday evening. Was told it would be about 25 mins. Arrived at the counter in 30 mins. Hadn't even been made yet. Was told it would be 10 mins. After 10 mins I approached the counter and waited. Another twenty minutes went by. Finally I received my order. I don't know what the difficulty is. There seems to be a lack of great customer service now days. I asked what was taking so long and I was told "it's busy". Several other people had ordered a pizza and received it while I was waiting. WTFRIG! I felt really stupid for wasting my time and money. My name or number was never called. I didn't leave the counter area the whole time I was there. The system is frigged. read more

I have been a loyal Costco member for awhile and always told how great they were at returns and customer service. I have never had to return anything so that maybe the reason but i am incredibly disappointed in Costco I bought a Samsung smart tv nov 2016. Just a few weeks ago I started having a issue where it wouldn't turn on on then just keeps turning itself on and off. I went to Costco about this issue and the customer service agent told me it's only a few days past two years I'm sure we will honor the warranty but I had to call their tech support firsr .... well after talking to tech support they told me sorry nothing we can do out of warranty..... I ask the technician about the lemon law where a electronic device is expected to last at least 7 years and he said sorry don't know anything about that you will hVe to get a tech out there with your own money.... THIS TV IS BARELY 2 years old and should last a long time more ... needless to say I won't be buying electronics from Costco or anything else for that matter..... read more

Another great Costco store. I'm beginning to think my usual store in Woodinville is no longer such a great place. The bakery here offers a much wider selection of breads and cakes. No, I don't need more cakes but it would be nice to have the selection when I lose my willpower! A plus: Kobe beef, corned beef. If you've never tried this, you have not lived. Marbling is perfect, tender and flavorful. Makes normal corned beef taste like rubber even though you thought it's tender. Unfortunate Costco only carries this for St. Patrick's day time frame! read more

This store needs to be avoided at all cost. Had a horrible experience at this store because I refused to sign up for the new Costco Visa card during some type of Visa drive that this tore was running one day. My Costco account is under my wife's name and because I couldn't prove she was my wife (I guess the same last name and address wasn't enough), they made me return over 600.00 in food. Aside from this experience, just finding a sales associate to help you with anything is like finding Waldo. Milk case smells like the cow did his business right in the cooler and most of the employees walk right past you when you attempt to ask even the simplest of questions. This is a large store (yes I know Costcos are already big) conveniently located right off the freeway. I stopped here on my way to camping and fueled up my car and myself on the wonderfully competitive prices of Costco. This store had a good selection of goods and I was happy to snag some fresh fruit for the trail, but I saw tons of things I would have liked but didn't want to carry.
