For the most part, all the doctors that we've seen have been amazing, the exceptions being a few times that my children's visits were not recorded correctly and still have yet to be fixed even though I still have the documentation from those visits. Before they became Stay Well Family Medicine and moved to Colby, they were on Broadway and their support staff were always warm and friendly, responsive to patient questions and concerns, and proactive at problem-solving any issues brought to their attention. Now, however, since they've become Stay Well Family Medicine, their support staff leaves an immense amount of quality customer service to be desired. Case in point: I logged into our patient portal through Charm yesterday to double check my children's appointment times for their well-child checks, and noticed that my daughter's name was spelled incorrectly, and it was not reflecting that she's been seen since 2019. So I called, which happened to be after hours, and left a voicemail with my concerns, asking about the issue that I noticed. I received a call back today from their front desk lady, I don't recall her name. But by the sound of her voice, she's the regular receptionist for them. She let me know that on her side she can see that my daughter has an appointment and wasn't sure why I can't see it on my side and proceeded to tell me that I need to call Charm to ask them why. I respectfully voiced my concern about asking the patient to call on an issue that has to do with their tech since I've worked at a health clinic before it is never the patient's responsibility to call tech-support to ask about a tech issue, that it is the clinic's responsibility to do (please bare in mind, I was truly kind, not just a perspective thing: calm voice, kind words, didn't raise my tone. Since I've been on the other side, I get communication with a disgruntled patient/parent can be challenging, so I was as gentle as I could be with my concerns). I acknowledged to her that I understand it's not her fault but I would request that they look into it please and let me know what's going on - if there was some kind of an issue with the records not being uploaded into my daughters chart. I voiced concern about not seeing her records and that s been an issue in the past too. I didn't even get the chance to ask her about the spelling of the name before the receptionist cut me off saying it wasn't their job to do it and passed me off to a doctor because she got so frustrated with the conversation with me. I then spoke to Dr. blow who looked into it - turns out it was the spelling of my daughter's name. Dr Blow sent me a new link to get the problem fixed, which was thankfully an easy resolution. I thanked her and said I appreciate that she helped me problem solve through it. and also attempted to acknowledge again that I understood it wasn't her receptionist's fault this happened, however I don't feel that it was my responsibility to have to call Charm to fix it. Dr Blow then proceeded to snap at me that "not everybody has the same tech talents as other people and so it doesn't fall to them to problem solve tech-support, that's the patient's responsibility" and then she wouldn't even let me talk after that and said "well, we'll see you next Tuesday. Thanks so much for calling. Have a great day, bye." I was dumbfounded. Unfortunately even though we love the doctor that we normally see, Dr. Sambrano, and have been seeing her for several years now, based on this experience, which has been horrible, it seems like we're going to end up having to find a different naturopathic clinic to go to. If they can fix their customer service Issues this would be a great clinic to be seen at. Sadly, with the current way they're treating patients, I can't recommend it any longer to family and friends.

Every once in a while there is a nail and the hammer will work perfectly but for everything else a hammer will not work so well no matter how hard they swing it. This was the first time I have been to a doctor in which I felt like they actually knew what they were talking about. Having a full tool belt makes quit a difference.

It was while ago, but I walked into this clinic defeated to get help for a debilitating and deadly…read moredisease that is unfortunately extremely resistant to treatment and the medical community is sadly ill equipped to both diagnose and treat. My expectations were low based on past experience and hearing story after story after story of poor treatment from medical professionals regarding this disease, but I was desperate and getting so sick. I saw a Bridget Noorishad who was a god send in my life at that moment. Due to lack of funding for date, most doctors are misinformed and cling to false beliefs about the disease to misdiagnose patients. It's a problem that leads to death unfortunately. Bridget wasn't familiar with this issue (most aren't) and held some common misbeliefs as do almost all medial professionals with the exception of ER doctors for some reason they seem to know it more. But what was amazing about Bridget is that she listened to what I had to say and I could tell she genuinely cared (such a relief and so refreshing given my expectations and experience dealing with this). She was skeptical at first as she should be, but she did the right thing and I don't think she knows how grateful I was! She said okay can you give me a minute and she left the room for awhile to go investigate and get to the truth. She humbled herself and did what all doctors should do in this situation. After all, they can't know everything. She took the time and care to figure it out and returned with honestly the best possible treatment plan she could have. After being misdiagnosed for well over a year thanks to false outdated info and doctors who cling to it, this was EXACTLY what I needed in that moment. I couldn't be happier with the care I received here and while treatment was less than effecthve that was not her fault. It was the right treatment just too late and I went too long with insufficient treatment. It's complicated but I just want to say I 100% recommend this walk in. The care FAR exceeded all others I've visited in the area. Thank you for taking me seriously....all too often that's not the case with this issue and you have NO IDEA just how much I needed that! Edit Added:...Oh and I should add that she was even willing to go above and beyond and offered to stay late so my boyfriend could stop by on his way home and talk to her. She isn't a family therapist (or at least not to my knowledge) and definitely did not have to do that, but thank god there are actually good people on the world who understand the importance of their profession and take it so seriously! I received a bill, that I had already paid, two years beyond the service date. I went back and forth with them for quite some time and eventually, they agreed to drop the duplicate bill. However, I don't think I should have to defend myself against payments I've already made. I would expect that the billing department be capable of keeping track of payments if this was a professional establishment. I received another bill on Friday for services from June of last year - well I tell you what, I've never received a bill for these services until now, and they had the nerve to charge me a late fee. It makes me wonder if they are really doing so poorly that they have to send bills years late to cash out on late fees? Do they need the extra $10 that desperately? I have requested a copy of the invoice number and date of the last invoice sent to me and we will see what they say. Overall, the service I received at the old location was good. The new location, I was disappointed, My bill says that I am no longer welcome back, for not paying the bill, that they didn't send me until a full year had passed. Unbelievable. RUN!

The staff does everything they could possibly do to care for and treat patients from blood testing to doctor prescribed treatment programs specifically designed for each and every individual who enters the facility. It was established and grounded in Mill Creek, WA for the first twelve years. During the pandemic served the public relentlessly and expanded into a second office in Kalispell, MT and opened a new wellness center in South Everett and continues to grow with physicians , medical massage therapy and specifically trained professionals in Integrative Care, including referrals to chiropractic and acupuncture as part of an extensive team. I realized I needed by prescription filled for tomorrow and I was driving by, so I stopped in to ask them to fill the lower dose to hold me over until I could get it corrected. I made the unfortunate mistake of asking why they couldn't fill the higher dose. (At this point I didn't know there was a mixup in the prescriptions from the doctor.) The male pharmacist yelled at me and said some really mean things that made me feel like I was someone looking for a higher dose of a narcotics instead of someone looking for the correct dose of levothyroxine to avoid miscarriage. I finally got him to fill it and came back 30 minutes later. I tried to be nice, but I was still shaken. He told me to take my business elsewhere and even threatened to not sell me the levothyroxine. I even apologized to him and he still told me not to come back. He told me I was a bad person. I've always had a good experience here before this. I always say "Thank you" and "Have a nice day". This guy absolutely ruined my day. I hope I never see him again. The ladies that work here are great.

No matter how stressful or busy it gets in the pharmacy, he always has a smile on his face and is very pleasant. He makes sure everything has been taken care of before the customer leaves and always tells them to have a great day or some similar goodbye. He really deserves a raise because I will continue to get my prescriptions there because of him. Great customer service is very hard to find anymore. Side note-Because I need to go in for my prescriptions, I'm of course going to spend my customary $100 minimum since I'm there anyway.
