Pharmacist are no real help. This is the one closest to my house. You'd have better luck going to Walgreens across the street or the cvs further away on Steven mill. But then again the pharmacists there are also shit. Really no real help and just tries to get the patients out of the way fast. Will recommend you whatever is first to pop in their head and won't listen to the actual problem throughly to see what is needed. read more

The worker is very rude,it's seems like she does not wanna work, You fell like she is forced to work at this location, At the confirmation email I was instructed to wait for a call at the dedicated place for the test , no one called me, after 10 min waiting I noticed an un clear hand written singe where it ask to text a phone number, when I did, the worker told me that I was late for my appointment and I have to reschedule!!!!!! She went out a discus the matter with me for almost 15 min( she could do me the test, but she choose not to) I was waiting in the parking lot for about 25 min, no one else was waiting, When I was ask her to speak with her supervisor, she told me she is the supervisor and no one can help me..... read more

CVS Pharmacy - Un clear instructions - Drugstores Near Me - MATTHEWS, North Carolina

Went into this place yesterday to buy a phone holder device for my car. Looked through the inventory they had which was minimal but no problem. Walked up to the counter and waited for the two women there to finish the conversation they were having. Apparently LaShonda was not going to put up with Leroy's nonsense no more. Eventually I interrupted them, and asked if there were any more of these types of devices in the store. One of the women looked at me and said we don't have those. So I walked back to the display which was about 10 ft in front of her looked again at one of the items I needed and said to her would you please come over here and unlock this device that you don't have. She told me I was rude. She unlocked the item and I purchased it and dealt with her shitty attitude the entire time. Another example of someone who doesn't want to work. Or at least doesn't want to work like an adult does. Pathetic. read more

They mess up my prescriptions a lot every time I go there is an issue but this time they gave me 40 mg of a medicine I am supposed to only get 20 of. The bottle is marked 20MG and all The instructions on the label is correct how ever the pills in the bottle are not. I caught it but what if someone didn't they just got seriously overdosed accidents like this are how people end up in the hospital or worse. Almost every time I get new drug prescription, they are always not ready or don't carry the kind of pills no longer while other CVS pharmacies carry the ones i needed. They are not helpful and i will not use them again in future. The location is more convenient for me but their service are not good or fast enough to provide our needs. It is a shame. I am very disappointed with this place. read more

Don't bother calling bc they don't answer the phone! I hate if it's an emergency! The lady at the drive thru always seems like she hates her job & she throws the prescription down like she's afraid if your hands touch, she'll die. It's the closest cvs to my house, so I try to use this one, but I'd rather drive further moving fwd. read more

I'm actually surprised I'm the first one to review this CVS location. It always seems so busy. Store- Very clean and well stocked. Staff- Friendly and always willing to assist you. Pharmacy- This place is always busy, but hey try really hard to get your prescription out to you as soon as they can. My husband and I get all our prescriptions filled here and the Pharmacy staff has always been very helpful. What I love about CVS is that they have these new minute clinics, which is FAB! However, the times I've had to go to a minute clinic I've had to wait almost 2 hours just to see someone. This wouldn't have been that bad if I wasn't having to sit around with 3 and 5 year olds on a Saturday. Just imagine how sick you are with Bronchitis (didn't know at the time) and you have 3 and 5 year old little girls running circles around you screaming and Mom just sits there and reads her book. So not cool.... Only going to the minute clinic on weeknights or weekdays from now on. Lesson learned. read more

This CVS has a lot of problems. They've given me the wrong amount of medication for my eight month old daughter several times and when I question them about it they became combative. The final straw was when they gave me a topical cream for a skin issue she had and the instructions said to apply twice daily by mouth. This kind of carelessness could get someone hurt. Go across the street to Walgreens like I have. read more

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Pharmacy can be slow, but I usually drop off or call for refills. Store is always clean with a good variety of items for personal care, including makeup, and even food and cleaning supplies. read more

This pharmacy is always very busy but they have a lot of staff running hard to keep up with the demand. The store is clean and there is always someone to help you, unless you need to use the restroom. I find this at all of the box pharmacies though. I have used the minute clinic several times for minor issues and they have always been nice and helpful. The nurses will help you with over the counter remedies if you need them or shots and meds. They are always well stocked with items for every day types of needs. I recommend this store over others in the area. read more

This is a typical CVS. If you have been to one then you pretty much been to all of them. The only difference is that this location has a minute clinic. If you are not familiar with minute clinic, it is a great alternative to seeing your physician if you need small things like flu shots or if you have a cold. I do not recommend Minute Clinic if you are seriously sick. read more

Love the drive up pharmacy and minute clinic , large cvs pharmacy is always busy but normally will have several pharmacists on duty .

Very nice place, excellent lighting, excellent parking, and excellent products for a convenience store. Of course if you want to buy vegetables, you are in the wrong place! I like the cleanliness of the store and the pharmacy. The lighting is great, no money saved on skimpy lights, I hate it when stores are dark and this CVS is very bright. There is a background music usually playing and that's nice. the front store people are very nice. The pharmacy people are also very nice. I used the minute clinic several times and always was satisfied. they check me at the minute clinic (or my kids get checked) and vroom, the prescription is sent to the pharmacy. I buy some CVS brand Nuts and Cashews, a few chocolate bars (good prices on the hersheys) and they call me to pick up my prescription. The have really nice people that greet me by my name. Sometimes even I don't remember my name and I never remember their name but they know me. oh well. The only thing I would improve would be to move this CVS closer to my house, but since that won't happen soon. I will keep driving to it. regards ! read more
