I've gone here off and on for years and I've had co-workers rave about Simcare, and I have always…read morewondered what they were talking about. Nothing special, no better or worse than CVS, or any other. Last month, however, I had some problems with them - bad service, no question about it. When I have to return to a pharmacy for the remainder of a script I'm not happy about it, but I don't complain (seems to happen more at Simcare, but whatever). When I need to return a third time we have a problem. Especially when I was without transportation at the time and told them the first time that it was a tremendous inconvenience. My medication, in its entirety, was supposedly waiting for me to pick up, at my leisure they said. When I got a ride there after work, I was told they'd give me the rest tomorrow, because someone had taken all but 30 of the 90 I require. That means they gave them my prescription, which I had arranged for the previous day, and was told I had to come back for. The owner made excuses when I got angry. Never said "don't return" or "this is the last time we serve you here". Sooo... I had my script sent there today (not even thinking there'd be an issue, or even remembering there was an issue when I told my doctor to send it to Simcare) like I have the past few months. When I tried to pick it up, I was given some excuse that they were out of my medication and, ahem "can't order it in". They said they told my doctor to "call it in to another pharmacy". I've called my doctor twice since, they are very busy, so here I sit with no medication. Which I need daily. And I waited longer this month because Simcare would not fill on the 28th(!) day last time - not 26, not 27. The 28th day (of 30 ). That is what started all the problems last month. I go to my doctor every 4 weeks to the day. Since I figured to get a hard time at 28 days, and I couldn't get there on the 29th or 30th day, I couldn't get to my doctor until well past 30 days, so I have no medication, and Simcare did this by not having the guts to tell me not to return, if they didn't want me as a customer. I have never particularly liked the staff (snooty, IMO) and the owner is apparently a coward. But I draw the line at just not caring. And incompetence.

At first one girl, short with black hair opened and then Abigail a cashier opened and there were two ppl attending to the line. Then the short girl stopped and felt it was more important to unload boxes in the back clearly not time or temperature sensitive since some items went on a shelf than to help Abigail with the long line of customers that keeps growing. Whether she's just following instructions from the pharmacist or doing it on her own I find it to not the best use of time to help the paying customers on the long line. For me to decide to take time to write this review came after the Pharmacist, a man with light hair, looks European and clearly always grumpy at least when I've seen him decided to reprimand the one person actually attending to the clients because she rapidly gave him a box of pills or something hastily. He said it twice - no need to throw it at me. I saw the whole thing and she didn't throw anything she's just simply trying to to move as fast as she can to get the line shorter while the girl in the back continues to act likes she's working hard. This guy needs to learn manners and how to manage because he's doing a terrible job. Abigail should be commended for dealing with a sea of again PAYING clients and not even taking a full lunch since I arrived at about 1:40 and she was just handling the last person. This Walmart tire center is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! They have no clue what they are doing (the hire teenagers). I took my car for a rear passenger tire and needed to be replace. With warranty they still charged me. I take the car home and wake up to the same tire being flat. Now I have to return on memorial Day weekend needless to say. They forgot to replace the tire valve stem so the tire went flat. The next day I take the car to a different place for a car alignment and this body shop tells me whoever put my new tire on jam the lug nuts in there and now they were damaged so that needed to be placed. An ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!!! Please take your cars to a professional mechanic NOT Walmart. I will never return. Absolutely clueless!!!!

My brother in law returned them for unexpired formula, and expressed how upsetting this situation was, especially for future infants who would be purchasing formula from here, as he had to contact my nephew's pediatrician, however, upon going to Target today, we found even more expired formula from 12/2025! The store looks like a store that's going out of business. There are entire racks a shelves that are completely empty. Their shoe department is especially bad. They have very little on display and I've been there several times and left without anything because I couldn't find anyone to wait on me. There's not an employee in sight anywhere. If you do manage to find something you want to purchase, there is nobody around to check you out. There seems to only be employees working at the make up counters and they were few and far between. It's still good to go if you want to try a few things on for size, like Levi's jeans or dress pants, because the dressing rooms are open and you can bring in as much stuff as you want to try on without any problems because there is nobody there to tell you otherwise. I would rate service as non-existent, selection as poor and value as good if you buy items that are on sale.

The technician told me it would be ready in two hours. Since it was getting late, I said I'd be back in the morning to pick it up on my return to the drive-through. I was told that somebody had already picked up my prescription at another pharmacy at a different location, but it would not tell me which location.I requested to get back the paper prescription.Now i started to panic, knowing that my wife was home in pain and needed medication.I took a chance to drive over to the pharmacy a acme in ventnor.I met the pharmacist and explained what happen and she could see i was upset.She calm me down and said she would investigate what was going on. She spent over an hour searching the computer and multiple phone calls.She was able to cancel the prescription order through my insurance company and was able to fill my wife's prescription.She is a great professional and our angle who saved the day.The compamy is lucky to have such a professional working for your company.I never doing any type of of business with walgreens again and moving our prescriptions over to pharmacy
