Not a happy customer. Yesterday I went shopping at your store located at 2600 Highway 24, McDonogh, GA I asked and paid for a 12-hour Claritin_D. The lady put the item in the bag along with the receipt. When I got home it was a box of 24-Hour Claritin D. I went back today to swap the 24 for the 12 hour and was told I'd have to buy another since they cannot take it back and I should of check the bag before I left. I had to buy the 10 hour so I'd have to pay a total of over 40 dollars for your error. That is terrible customer service. read more

Perplexed, Disgusted and Totally Disappointed!!! CVS WAS my go-to store and Pharmacy. CVS HWY 42 McDonough GA - I went into this store today as I normally do at least 1-2 a week and expected to use a coupon CVS emailed me for $7 off ANY $30. Shampoo, conditioner, styling & treatments. The coupon expires tomorrow which is my hair wash day, of course I expected to use the coupon before it expired. I happily sent the coupon to app as I purchase hair products from CVS very often. The Shampoo and hair vitamins I attempted to purchase well exceeded $30. When attempting to self-checkout at the store, my $7 off coupon did not appear with the other available coupons linked to my card. I requested support from the CVS associate who came over suspended the order and asked me to come to the counter where she could check me out. After entering my phone # at the counter again my $7 coupon did not appear. The cashier made multiple attempts to try and identify why my coupon was not coming up to no avail. She also voided the vitamins and scanned the shampoo multiple times to exceed the $30 as the coupon requires however the $7 off coupon never appeared. Lastly, she went and got another type of shampoo, by "Loreal" to be exact. After scanning this item my $7 coupon appeared. I then asked to speak to the manager on duty who flat out said " This COUPON DOES NOT APPLY TO ETHNIC HAIR PRODUCTS", there is nothing I can do. Fortunately for me I work for a company who prides themselves on every customer's experience because all customers experience truly matters. I requested the contact info the DM, "District Mng" over the store and was told by the manager on duty to call 800 SHOP CVS. As he suggested, I contacted, CVS by phone and received a recording stating that it was after their business hours, they are closed. I will be calling them back 1st thing tomorrow morning and also sending an email tonight to the corporate office. This experience today has totally changed my views of CVS. I am disgusted, hurt and highly disappointed. Can CVS explain why there is segregation in a coupon??? I am totally baffled and expect a reply from CVS. read more

I switched to this pharmacy about a month ago. So far, I have been impressed. I have many prescriptions and I haven't had problems. A few of my medicines have to be special-ordered but they have taken care of it well. The staff seems pleasant and helpful even when they are swamped. All the pharmacies seem to be crazy sometimes with COVID19 tests and all but this pharmacy handles it well. At their busiest, they seem to be well-staffed. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came to pick up ONE medication and it turned out I had 3, which would have been fine had they disclosed that! I'm thinking ONE pain medication I'm picking up is over 90 dollars, turns out, a medication I DONT EVEN TAKE ANYMORE WAS $90!!!! I immediately went in and told them & they said "we cannot refund you because we've already mixed the medication" absolute IDIOTS DOWN HERE!!!!! No words can describe the utter Incompetence of this store It took an entire week and 1 day for this pharmacy to fill my 6 prescriptions. Mind you, all 6 medications were ordered by the doctor on the same day. I had received confirmation of these filled prescriptions one or two at a time over a 2 week period. I really needed all of them. But no way. They/he (Cleveland H.) lied several times during the week regarding my prescriptions. He used every excuse in the book. And they were bad excuses. The main prescription I needed was the last one finally filled a week and a day later... my BLOOD PRESSURE medication! We called corporate. They are looking into it supposedly. In the meantime I have switched to Walgreens! I am fed up and done with this pharmacy! The lies are just too much. read more

I came to this pharmacy to put in my prescriptions. They were both the same & my insurance wouldn't cover them, so I asked if they could do a discount. She did, saying they would be ready at three pm. I came back at three, they were not ready & one of the pharmacists said one of the medications would be a lot more than what I was originally told. I left and came back a third time saying that I only wanted the discounted one. As I sat down, I overheard/ & saw the pharmacist filling the prescriptions say, and I quote, "I should strangle her...I heard her this morning and she said it was fine". This lady has blonde hair, fills prescriptions & wears glasses I believe. I already knew when explaining my prescription pick up was possibly confusing. Either way, I was not trying to make it confusing and I apologize but her response was extremely unprofessional and honestly it hurt my feelings as my birthday was the next day :) read more

They always bill my children's meds wrong! Then take hours to correct the situation. Today is not the first time this has happened and it's very inconvenient. From 11am this morning I have been told that my son's medicine would take 20 mins! I called at 1pm was told 20 more minutes, called back at 2:30pm was told that it would be done at 4pm once they corrected billing issue, called back AGAIN at 4:38 and was told 30 mins! It is now 5:27pm I'm on my way over there! A whole day has passed and my son is very sick and has but unable to get his meds. I am 9 months pregnant on high risk bedrest and this event has been very stressful trying to get my son's medicine read more

This will be my last time going to this pharmacy !!! These people are so inexperienced and always getting everything wrong !!! My kid was at the Er for upper respiratory infection ..I called several times to see if the medication was sent in .The little girl insisted that no one called it in ..I stayed up all night checking on my child with no medication ...I was highly upset thinking the doctor forgot to call it in but after speaking to him the next day he said he spoke to someone here and cvs called them back a well because the dose was changed ..I'm not sure what this pharmacy got going on!!! The Pharmacy is understaff which results in the absolute worse service two different times my mom had surgery I had to wait 6 hours for her pain medication to be ready. After today 8/29/19. We are taking our service to another store my mom should not have to suffer in pain that long. read more

At 9 pm Sat night, the round pharmacist denied my dr had called in anything for my kids. I came back the next day, and the day pharmacist had written down all the call-ins received but not entered them in the computer nor filled them since they came in on the round pharmacist's shift. My kid's pills for ear infection were in those received the night before but not filled. My kids suffered longer because the round pharmacist did not do his job.
