The person from the pharmacy just called me and was not as professional as they should have been. I am a new customer transferring my medical needs and prescriptions from the Kaiser network. The person that called was inattentive and holding another conversation while on the phone with me. Very rude! It does not make me feel comfortable having medical prescriptions for the betterment of my health filled from someone who was not pleasant. I see why this location has low ratings. read more

1 Star -- Extremely Disappointed and Completely Unaccommodated I am beyond frustrated with this CVS Pharmacy. I have severe laryngitis right now and can barely speak, so picking up my medication promptly is extremely important. My provider sent over a simple, straightforward prescription HOURS ago, and despite that, the pharmacy has been completely unaccommodating. Every time I check, I'm told it will be "another 2 hours." There is no sense of urgency, no compassion, and no effort to help someone who is clearly sick and struggling. This isn't the first time this location has dragged out basic prescriptions, but today was unacceptable. If you're sick and actually need your medication in a timely manner, do not rely on this CVS. I came to the store five minutes before closing. I had to get one item there's a Spanish lady that refused to let me in saying they are closed. She was being very rude . I asked her why did the store hours say they close at midnight if they was gonna close early she walked away from the door without answering my question. I had a sick child at home and I really needed some medication. This is a very inconvenience. Why say you're open to midnight if you're gonna close earlypoor customer service. The Mt Zion Pkwy location is one of the worst to fill a prescription at. It takes forever to get assistance from the pharmacy tech. When/if your prescription is ready at the time you arrive, you will wait 30 plus min to be helped. They need to hire people with customer services skills. They also do not answer when you call. The drive thru window wasn't working and no one had common sense enough to put a note on the window to let customers know. Or communicate the issue via the pharmacy speaker. read more

I have a prescription for a medicine that I was going to self-pay, without using insurance. The pharmacy staff was so nasty in the way they treated me, both on the first and 2nd times I went to get my prescription filled. First, they quoted me an outrageous price, knowing that the regular price was half that. While still expensive, the medicine was available and they made me wait and go back and forth between several technicians. One particularly mean woman was an African lady who spoke to me with a very nasty attitude each time I went to the pharmacy. I ended up getting the prescription filled the second time at the North Henry location and they were horrible too. One of the pharmacy workers hung up on me. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of Andrea (I think that was her name) and the older light skin lady that had braids at the time. They were helpful and kind. My issue was with Ola. She was so rude and nasty. I've only maybe had one other interaction with her and she wasn't kind then either. She left me standing at the counter almost 9 months pregnant for almost 20 minutes and didn't speak a word to me. When she did she asked me what I wanted in a tone that implied that I was an inconvenience. Lady you're at work... I even had to ask at one point If she was ok. I've NEVER in my 30 plus years met someone with such a nasty, horrific demeanor. She needs to be placed somewhere she doesn't have to interact with people. I hope to never see or have to deal with her ever again! She was so nasty that I wound up having to be helped by Andrea, who actually assisted and got my insulin to me. She really needs to be fired or reprimanded for that behavior, because I can't be the only one she's provided horrible service to. read more

The "Minute Clinic" says they offer physical exams for jobs, school, etc. after driving nearly 40 minutes they tell me they won't do it. All it was was a simple checklist for a job asking for my current heart rate, if I'm on any medication, basic stuff like that. Do not come here if you need any kind of checkup or physical done. read more

Had to fill a prescription for my husband & the drive through was effortless and pharmacy tech was very professional. We dropped off his prescription & I returned exactly when she stated his meds would be ready & she was at the drive through window waiting for me with his meds! I love it when I get good customer service so close to closing time. read more

I think I am changing to another CVS. The wait times for the pharmacy is too long. And when you get to the window, they don't have all of your medicine ready. One medicine was placed on hold therefore I was out of that medication for four days. One 90-day prescription was filled twice (within a month). They can't seem to bundle my medication so that I can pick them up at one time. So I end up going to this pharmacy on an average once a week. They have called me twice to see if I would like it so my prescriptions are picked up at the same time but it never works out that way. I am really tired of it now. I will try the location in McDonough. Maybe that one is better. I am frustrated. Ugh!!!! read more

By far the cleanest and most friendly CVS of them all. Great customer service. The staff always take care of me when I shop there. If an item is not on the shelf they will check in the back. Their store is clean, well stocked, and well organized. I'm always reminded of how great my home CVS is when I visit other stores in the area (namely the Ellenwood location - rudest manager ever). read more
