    After 5 years of spending thousands in here-we have 4 homes w/family in them & family in Michigan that I ship items to, Sams has decided that I am a reseller & is charging me shipping! I AM NOT A RESELLER SAMS! KISS my thousands good bye & I hope ppl start shop n at BJ's & COSTCO! See you in small claims court for all these shipping fees! Plus members do not pay shipping & its shipping of items your location here does not have! Not like I choose it to waste $$$! Good bye Sams!

    A nice location with tons of selection. They had lots of wine and a separate store for liquor; all at great prices. The place was clean and tidy.

    Best prices, clean place and largest selection; plus they have a food court. BJ's does not.... That sucks....

    They don't have soda, mayonnaise, or onions. Why? They sell all those in their store but they can't bother to refill the deli?

    Gas pumps are infuriatingly slow. The store itself has some good items. Produce is lacking compared to Costco. Overall 2/5

    Here getting tires put on. They can take my $1100.00 but can't provide a place to sit while you wait. Ridiculous!!

Do NOT make the mistake we made, in thinking that their inflated prices indicate they provide better service than stores with lower prices. They do NOT. If you have a problem with a product you purchase from them, they will not go to bat for you with the manufacturer. They will merely hand you off to the manufacturer and wash their hands of the matter. We purchased a king-size American Leather sleep sofa from Baer's, for almost $5,500. It was a special order, and we waited two months for the sleep sofa to arrive. It was delivered in late January, 2026. As soon as we lay down on the standard mattress, we were horrified to find it was not comfortable. Upon inspection, we found the design (the mattress frame and the cut of the mattress) had been changed and no longer provides support for the entire length of the bed. (We bought an American Leather sleep sofa, 10 years ago, and it is still very comfortable to sleep on.) We contacted Baer and they sent a "tech" out to inspect the sleep sofa. He took pictures and said they (Baer) were unaware of the design change, and that he could see it had changed. He wrote a report and assured us our problem would get an "executive" review and that we would hear from a Baer rep within 3-4 days. Two weeks passed and we heard from no one. So, we called and were assured, again, that a rep would call us back (by close of business, no less). Again, we heard from no one. The following day, we drove to Baer's and spoke with Bob, who was sympathetic and who assured us that American Leather stands behind their product. (BS!) Not only does American Leather not stand behind their product, Baer's doesn't either. They do not care whether a customer is unhappy or not. It appears they subscribe to P.T. Barnum's credo, "There's a sucker born every minute," and it appears their business is built on that. DON'T BE A SUCKER.

    SCAM ALERT*** We bought a kitchen table a few years ago…read morewhile living in South Florida. This past December we received a letter on Ashley letterhead stating we had a $153.00 "Ashley Cash" and had until 1/20/26 to spend it in store only. We went to our local store in east central Florida and showed them the letter and they said it was good to use and to walk the store. After an hour my wife decided on just a few accent pieces and we wouldn't need to throw in any cash. That's when Christian Andrews, store leader decided the credit would not be honored at his store. Supposedly his Ashley store is a "company" store and the credit came from a "franchisee". Seems to me that Ashley Cash is Ashley Cash? Does corporate not trust their franchisee to do the right thing? Does corporate have no financial connection to its franchisee? Do they not back the franchisee? The customer? Our son just got a new apartment in Hoboken,NJ. Don't know if that's a corporate store or franchise store? Can't tell him that corporate stands behind its name. We have a brand new home and need a cool chair for the den and a bunch of accent pieces. Can't trust Ashley to do the right thing. No one tells you if they are a corporate store or a franchisee. It's a bait and switch scam. Please don't purchase anything from A SCAM ALERT***

    Do not buy from this company they are shady. I bought a sleeper sofa from them on Januar 4 was told…read moreby the sales person that I would have it on January 6. Wow that is quick and awesome. January 4 vomes have not heard anything, called them eas told oh it is on back order will deliver on January 17. Get a call from them on January 14 it is still on back order don't know when it will be delivered. I told them to cancel the order and refund me. January 20 it shiws as a pendingrefund that has now fell off. I call and am told it is a problem with my bank it will be 7-10 days to process refund. You gave had my money since January 4. How fo these people stay in business. I am working with my bank for my refund. These people are crooks .
