I was 12 feet from the door with my dog that goes nuts when anyone knocks. Not a peep out of her. I called back to schedule and was told they would pick up between 8-11. Again, no show. I called and they said that they were sending someone out right away. 2 hours later, no show. I call back and the call (disconnected). Called again and was told that no one was available to take my call. The worst customer service to a grieving family.
