This place is a mess. Whatever you do, do not make an appointment for your shots here. I made my appointment for 3pm. It is 415 and they still have not been able to attend to me. They seem to be lovely ppl but this location is not equipped with the right staff for what they offer. May it be that they are understaffed or that they aren't properly trained. read more

Hoy fui al CVS ubicado en la 10761 West Flagler St en busca de medicamentos para la gripe y además necesitaba un test de COVID y FLU por lo que debía ser atendida por la cajera debido a que los test no están en el piso, al ver que llevaba tiempo esperando porque alguien viniera a la caja le pregunté a la chica de perfumería que estaba junto a otra cajera si había alguien que me pudiera atender por allí a lo cual la otra chica me respondió, espera 1 segundo, espere a que ella viniera y en vez de asistirme fue hacia la caja de pagos automáticos para asistir a otras dos personas, se tomó su tiempo y cuando terminó fue que dio la vuelta para atenderme. Según el comprobante de pago fui atendida por Yaremy quien después de procesar mi compra me dio la espalda y salió del lugar diciendome buenas noches Sra y dejándome sola en la caja para que yo misma recogiera el comprobante de pago que iba a comenzar a imprimirse en ese momento. Muy poco profesional y falta de educacion de su parte, pues debio esperar que se terminara todo el proceso de la compra y pago, imprimir el comprobante entregármelo personalmente y después dar las buenas noches y no dejarme sola parada en la caja esperando yo misma mi comprobante de pago. Ojalá revisen las cámaras para que puedan ver la actitud de la cajera. Tengan en cuenta que cuando uno va a la farmacia es porque está enfermo o se siente mal, las personas que trabajan en estos lugares deben ser profesionales y un poco más empaticas con los clientes. read more

If there was an option for choosing zero stars, I would. Christian M., a clerk who works for this branch was extremely rude to me when I asked to use the restroom. Without any provocation, he rudely sent me to the front to get the key, then the guy at the front told me to go back to Christian because Christian had the key, then Christian sent me back (so on and so forth) for two other times. All for a key to use the restroom. It's unbelievable. To make matters worse, Christian, who had the key the ENTIRE TIME, said "well, if you're not happy, you could file a complaint." There's a lack of customer service, a lack of consideration, a lack of courtesy, and manners at this store. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. It's no wonder this store has an average of 2.6 stars out of 5. read more

I've been coming to this cvs for 4 years to pick up my medications (controlled substance) the service in the pharmacy is absurd and obnoxious every time I go pick up my meds it's a different story, "oh they're not ready yet, or oh u gotta wait til the 5th of next month, or we don't have ur medication" just rude and annoying and they don't want to do they're job read more

This store is new, clean, well located and have basic stuff like all others CVSs as well as medicines. I use 2 meds in monthly basics and they have it always ready except one time that it was "back ordered" and I have to go to Walgreens to get it. I recommend this place! read more

I had to pick up anti-depressant which are a controlled substance so unfortunately I can only pick up my next refill once I'm almost running out of my last. Naturally I wanted to ask when I can pick it up.. they where super rude and gave me attitude when I asked what day I could pick them up, they told me repeatedly that it wasn't available on the day I called. and then gave me the date.. July 4th. When I told her that it was a HOLIDAY AND THERE WAS A TROPICAL STORM COMING IN she said and I quote "oh yeah but we never close" needless to say they where closed. And now I have to wait until they open with no idea when I can pick it up just because this lady in the pharmacy didn't want to deal with a customer mind you I knew I couldn't pick it up I called to ASK for a date. This is supposed to be a pharmacy??? Extremely unprofessional. read more

Worst service ever. They take forever to answer the phone when they do answer they don't let you speak and ask you to hold. You can be on hold for over 30 min and make it to the pharmacy before they even get back to your phone call (It has happened to me twice). Service is really slow you can be in line to pick up your prescription for over 20 minutes. This CVS needs more employees or they need to be faster at what they do. It also wouldn't hurt for them to take some customer service courses. read more

This is the worst CVS I've ever been to. The wait times are unreal, they never answer the phone, and the store itself is a mess with aisles full of discarded toys and food littering the floors. The pharmacists are indifferent to everything and more times than not they're out of stock of whatever medication I've come to pick up. Some of the pharmacists speak a little English but most don't. It's literally like visiting a third world pill mill in here. read more

Horrible place to pick up and order prescriptions... My bf has told me many other stories but I'm only going to write the only experience I've faced (or am facing as we speak) in this pharmacy. My boyfriend take medication for anxiety. His psychiatrist fills it for him when needed. He received confirmation through text that it was ready for pick up. We get here to pick it up and it's no where to be found. They have record that it was filled, but now it's no where to be found. They know that we have not picked it up because they don't see it picked up in the system. So they are now rushing to find it. Better yet... They spent a few minutes looking for it and since it's no where to be found, they are starting to help other people in line. How does a pharmacy lose someone (filled) prescription, let alone, a prescription that's a controlled substance?? Based on the prior experiences he's had with this pharmacy, this place is very disorganized. read more

Only one Pharmacy Technician and a line of eight people waiting....The tech did as much as she could, she was courteous and polite, The phone was ringing off the hook, and the other employees in the pharmacy, just let it ring. Then after waiting for around 20 min. The lady in front of me had a list of medications to get and take off that list. No common sense from the tech to ask the other customers if they were just to pick up one medication, and then take care of that lady that took around 17 minutes to get her two bags of medicines (aghhh)....two customers behind me, left and I was ready to do the same....Do the managers read this reviews? Although this pharmacy is very close to my home, I'll look for another one, no luck at Walgreen's either that is across the street. It's just Miami with the worst customer service 8( read more
