Siempre voy a esta tienda y el servicio al cliente siempre ha sido muy bueno. Sin embargo, hoy 08/09/2025 aproximadamente a las 3:30 PM, me atendió una cajera llamada Karen y la experiencia fue muy distinta. Todo comenzó cuando le pregunté sobre la promoción del 40% de descuento aplicable a un solo artículo. Mientras me atendía, ella estaba entregándome las mercancías sin bolsas, así que le pedí que me pusiera mis compras en bolsas. Al terminar y pagar, le recordé nuevamente sobre las bolsas, ya que tenía todo en el carrito sin empacar. Su respuesta fue extremadamente ruda: me dejó sola en la caja y me dijo que fuera yo misma a buscarlas. Es la primera vez que veo que en este lugar entreguen las compras de esa manera, sin embolsar y con tan poca atención. Afortunadamente, un señor que estaba allí me ayudó con las bolsas. Sin embargo, considero que la actitud de la cajera fue poco profesional y no representa el buen servicio que siempre he recibido en CVS. I always shop at this store, and the customer service has always been very good. However, today, 08/09/2025, at approximately 3:30 PM, I was assisted by a cashier named Karen, and the experience was very different. It all began when I asked her about the 40% discount promotion applicable to a single item. While assisting me, she was handing me my purchases without any bags, so I asked her to put my items in bags. Once she finished and I paid, I reminded her again about the bags, as all my purchases were still in the cart unpacked. Her response was extremely rude--she left me alone at the register and told me to go get them myself. This is the first time I have seen purchases handed over in this store without being bagged and with so little care. Fortunately, a gentleman who was there helped me with the bags. However, I believe the cashier's attitude was very unprofessional and does not reflect the good service I have always received at CVS. read more

The employees at the pharmacy here are very friendly, professional and go out of their way to be helpful. They are always willing to check sites to save me money on my medications. The cashiers as well are super nice and very helpful answering questions etc. read more

I love this CVS location. The store is nice and organized. They seem fulled stocked on cold remedies, beauty and household items. The staff is helpful and genuine, especially the pharmacy staff they are absolutely amazing in getting medications ready for pick up (expediting) it for their customers. Now this is my favorite CVS location in Miami. Loved it so much, I changed it to my permanent pharmacy location. Thank you CVS across the Falls Shopping for providing such a positive experience. Very rude pharmacist questioning why I'm using too many glaucoma eye drops!! Missing my eye is not acceptable? I don't care for this type of interrogation when my drops are gone 3 days before I'm allowed to refill... this is a FIRST! Not the pharmacy you want in case you need to have a conversation. The drops keep my eye pressure down so I don't go blind. I don't feel comfortable getting eye drops from someone that angry. read more

This CVS is right across The Falls mall. I come to this location often and the staff is always professional and helpful. Their inventory is not extensive but what they do carry is great quality. Not only that, they always have specials and promotions. Anthony was working when I came for some wine and he did not hesitate to assist me. He was pleasant and made the transaction seamless. read more

This is a review for Denisha, a CVS employee at the pharmacy located at 11299 S. Dixie Hwy in Pinecrest. Denisha is a person who makes customers feel like she cares about them having a good experience while at that store. She goes out of her way to find the lowest price for customer's prescriptions, She is efficient, caring, and an incredibly hard worker. I hope that management acknowledges this stand-out employee. read more

This is my go to place when I need to get little bits & pieces. The front register staff are always very nice and I like that they're personable. The store is spread out and if I can not find what I'm looking for someone is always willing to show me. The pharmacist is also helpful and has answered many a question from me. read more

CVS, CVS, what can I say about CVS? I really hope I don't ever have to come here and have to ask for help. Because here I am struggling to locate something and all employees watch me look around and none offer any help. I literally walked around the whole store and figured I'm just getting frustrated I should just ask. So when I do ask the employee just gives me a look. The question I asked was "Do you know where the eye patches are?" He looks at me like "what?" and asks "For what?" I said "The eye." Like really did you not hear me the first time and why do you have to give me a weird look like I'm crazy. I was just annoyed. So when I went to check out, I just paid. I really didn't want to ask or talk to anyone from the store. Honestly, I rather drive further and go to another location. I just really hope I never have to come to this one or ask for help from any of the employees. read more

The staff here is just rude! In this store, there is NO such thing as customer service. Hey staff, listen up, if you hate your job, get the EFF out! And to the manager, you're incompetent and should be fired. I'm not looking for unicorns and rainbows but some common human decency and courtesy would be nice. Well-staffed CVS location with ample spacing in between the aisles. It is conveniently located in the same shopping strip as the Total Wine store. I was able to pick up some lotion and check out of the store within minutes. There was only one person in line ahead of me. The employee at the register was friendly and helpful, so I have no complaints! read more

WOW! Have never experienced incompetence like at this CVS. There use to be a young man that worked in the pharmacy that new how to get things resolved, however since his departure neither the tech nor the pharmacist know how to resolve issues. I can understand a couple of errors now and again, however you would think that after a senior citizens family has to get involved in helping to resolve a problem that they would get the message that they have committed an error. Instead they continue to deny that this elderly person has caught them in the same error at least 5 times in the past - yet they continue to say there is nothing they can do. Had to get insurance company to tell them the same thing we were in order for them to believe her. Very sad that this is what CVS has come too. This store needs to get a consistent staff that knows what they are doing. As to me moving all my prescriptions from this pharmacy. CVS store non-pharmacy personnel is FANTASTIC - very attentive so it's really a shame. Whoever is interviewing really should pay attention to this review. read more
