Review of the pharmacy: They never get it together. Totally incompetent. This CVS has been my pharmacy for years and I am now transferring all my scripts to another pharmacy. I have absolutely had it. I get the automated call, but when I get there, my prescriptions are never ready. I have left empty handed the last 2 times, despite my calling to confirm. They can't figure out the pharmaceutical discount cards -- add at least 20 minutes to the routine -- or how to keep them attached to your prescription. I waited over an hour last time to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be ready. Go elsewhere. read more

Worst customer service ever. I have been trying to get a prescription filled for TWO WEEKS. The following occurred: 1. A tech tells me that the prescription will be filled and available the next day. When I arrived the next day, I was informed the prescription was not ready. 2. The prescription is not ready because it hasn't shipped. When I ask the tech when I can expect the prescription to ship, a ballpark range of days, I'm informed that they have no idea. 3. So I switch my prescription to the Walgreens at the other end of Biscayne Blvd. They can fill the prescription immediately. But there's a catch: Despite both me and my physician calling CVS to ask them to release the prescription, they have not. 4. So Walgreens has to calm CVS TWICE to get them to do so. Why twice? The tech hangs up on Walgreens the first time. She literally has to LOUDLY ask that CVS put her on hold not hang up the second time. 5. Still not cleared. Now Walgreens calls my insurance company; they inform Walgreens that the hang up is on CVS's end. Walgreens asks that I call CVS. 6. CVS tech informs me that she can't help me for an hour because they're in the middle of a shift change. She does NOT say that she'll take my info and, within the hour take care of my issue... this is what the pharmacist tells me the tech intended to say. Intent does not equate to what was said. In fact, the tech very rudely said that if I wanted to be on hold for an hour, she would get to me then. 7. The pharmacist spends 20 minutes arguing with me rather than calling my insurance company. I'm left with the option of calling back in an hour or showing up at the pharmacy in person. Good thing my prescription isn't for something life threatening. I recommend giving your business to Walgreens just down the road. The techs there go above and beyond. read more

This review is based on the horror of customer service at this CVS Sunday, September 20, 2015. Besides the Ping pong that the manager and some mildly speaking English employee played as they shuffled me from register to register, neither of them were able to answer my question regarding my 30% coupon which I wasn't able to use because of their stupidity (could have saved $3.00). It was also entertaining to see the manager take a personal call in front of me as I was at the register asking him about my rewards card coupon. What was even better about this experience was the fact that after he picked up the phone, chatted with his beloved on Spanish and gracefully ignored me, he then asked the other employee to take over this transaction. Not sure how people people who do not speak English or have any customer service experience get hired for a position which is solely based on customer service. The broken English isn't a deal breaker (as I speak Spanish like them) but the fact that Dumb and Dumber kept on shuffling me from register to register and in turn, making me repeat myself, makes me never want to return to this CVS. Don't waste your time coming to this CVS, you're better off going to the Walgreens on 29th or the CVS on 79th! As I told the store clerk, "go to college!" read more

Always a crazy long line. Seems disorganized, and the person who is helping you takes off to do something else. Wait times are way off. I have come here for years and this is my last visit! Always causes me stress and it seems worth driving out of my way to go somewhere else. read more

This CVS line is always very long. They only put one cashier on the register. There's always missing something so most of the time I can't find what I'm looking for. read more

I went there on June 11th, 2018 at 9:00 PM because I was needing to reload a MDC debit card and I had the amount exact to reload the card and when I was at the line waiting for a cashier immediately I saw a pregnant woman coming to help me, she was in the room next to the entry door but since the beginning she had a face of not very friendly person. I asked her to reload the card for me and a very nice way and also I told her I will pay the fee to reload the card with my credit card as I always do when I don't have enough cash but she told me immediately said and a very no nice way "NO" all transaccion have to be in cash and I told her " Could you please try to do first de transaccion cash and processed it and after that the remaining balance i will pay with credit card " But she always said "NO" and was very rude and nasty , her coworker told her to ask to the manager on duty and she was rude with her too. She was always sarcastic with me and the way that she asked me was "well, how you know more than me " tell me what I have to do ! I took my money from her hands and I told her a very bad word because It was the only thing that she deserved for being so disrespectful. I went to the walgreens and they did what i was asking for. She need a very intensive customer service training but she is the kind of people that work only for the hours and get some money, She better go home and clean her house and do the houseworks. I always visit the that store because it is the closer store nearby to my house and my doctor send all my medication there. All the staff there are very friendly except that person. read more

The worst customer service. Also was getting a prescription for Percocet filled for a friend who just go out of surgery and the pharmacist says they do not have any I asked could call the CVS on Biscayne Blvd and 79 Street she hands the prescription back and says to me we do not do that. I asked I am to drive around to all CVS stores until I find one and her answer was yes. So drove to the new CVS on Biscayne and 79th St they were out and gave me the same answer we do not do that. Well I gave her my CVS bs discount card and said enjoy one less customer would never step foot in one again. read more
