Don't come here expecting any type of courtesy or customer service. I literally just heard one pharmacist telling the other that it wasn't her problem that a client's meds weren't in. Total lack of civility. The cute girl with the glasses in the back should be disciplined. This is the absolute worst cvs pharmacy I know. I live close and have been coming here for five years. There is always a way to drop off or pick up. 3 registers but only one person working. Makes no sense for the number of persons visiting and waiting. To make the experience worse, recently I needed to refill prescriptions as I was traveling and was unable to get them. What is the point of being a Pharmacy if you cannot get meds to customers in time? Please don't try calling. No one answers after waiting on hold for 45+ minutes. The pharmacy service is terrible. One week ago I went and I ask them to transfer a medicine that my doctor sent to Publix here. They told me that was going to take a week. One week later I came back and they can not even found the order and told me that they lost it and they have to do it again. This is my home Cvs location. This store is probably one of the smaller ones I've visited versus the one close to my job near Doral, located right off Biscayne Boulevard and right next to Publix. I frequent this location for sales and coupons. I have three CVS reward cards. What I have noticed all them receive different offers. For those that really don't know me I'm a serial COUPONER, always looking for a bargain, and always try to pay 75% off retail or better for boat load of items. Thanks to my fellow Instagram CVS couponers, they offer different scenarios to match up with manufacturers coupons and in conjunction with CVS coupons. This location always has available inventory, ( which I love, especially with three cards). The attendants and workers are always polite. I had a Cvs supervisor (Alejandra) who literally went out way to assist me with my million and one coupons and transactions, all them ran smooth. This store they always greet you when you enter the store. The store always neat ,clutter free, and have ample availability of parking. There's a Red Box rental on the side. But honestly, I appreciate the excellent customer service always given to me at this store. Highly recommended if in this area. read more

I love this Pharmacy, they have everything you won't find in others. Beginning with the customer service, from the entrance of the store you are receive with a big welcome! I highly recommend to visit this store and ask for a young female by the name; Alex, she is Amazing! Gush I always get so many coupons and never use them and she took time to show me how to use the app for extra savings. A person like Alex, is what every company have to have, that truly shows she cares and is willing to go the extra mile to help you in everything she can. They don't answer the phone. They are understaffed. When you go there you end up waiting for 15-20 minutes in line. Half of the time they have your prescription wrong and you are made to wait longer. Go to Costco and you can use their pharmacy for free? I'm fed up with the terrible lines and poor service. Take your business elsewhere until these guys figure out they need to do better. Absolutely a nightmare at the pharmacy. It was bad two years ago when I transferred my prescriptions there, but it is FAR worse now. Twelve people in line today, waited forever, and not even a "thanks for waiting." Transferring my prescriptions right after I lost this. The absolute worst. Pharmacy just does not answer the phone. I have waited AN HOUR and gave up multiple times. Employees just ignore you. For a time there you could tell they were forced to say hello when you walked in but what good does that do when you can tell they really don't want you there. You are disturbing them. Seems like CVS has cleaned up their act! On the past two visits, I did not have to deal with any loiterers or panhandlers. The store was well-organized, fully stocked, and had enough personnel to assist. Most of all, I enjoyed interacting with their very friendly cashier, Vernia. She processed my refund without any questions asked and was very friendly yet soft-spoken and not overly chirpy but positive (I can't stand perky, chirpy people, especially early in the morning). She was very calm as we waited for the manager to authorize my refund and made conversation with me. She is a breath of fresh air and what every store needs -- a friendly, calm, employee that interacts with customers. Thanks to her, I have updated my review with a more positive rating of the store. I enjoyed seeing her so much, in fact, that I plan to call corporate on her behalf to give her a compliment. I don't know if it will help her in any way, but it can't hurt. I do hope they appreciate her hard work and that my call will lead them to do something nice for her in showing their appreciation. read more

The worst pharmacy ever. I was driving from Coral Gables I decided to call and make sure my 5 prescriptions were ready. They had me on hold - I arrived walked to the back stood in the line. No one picked up my call. I watched them. They ignored my call. By the time they picked up I was being helped and I made sure I told everyone behind the counter. No one cared they ignored me more. First off, a warning: this store has a tendency to smell like urine. I don't know how and I don't know why, but I've smelled it on several different occasions. If you can get past that, this CVS offers the standard selection of household goods and other drugstore staples. Their card selection is pretty decent. And it's usually not very crowded (or at least it doesn't take 20 years to check out, as it often does at other CVS locations). I try to keep by shopping ventures here to a minimum, and only head in for the true essentials. read more

The people who work in the front are, quite frankly, awful. I was standing in line, patiently waiting my turn when the customer in front of me realized that the had forgotten her coupon in her car. While she wen tout side, the cashier LOCKED HER REGISTER AND WALKED AWAY! Didn't say anything too me, just walked away. I was shocked. It was as if I wasn't even there. Fortunately, another kind customer let me I front of her in the other line. When the cashier came back, I said, "it wasn't very nice for you to just walk away and leave me standing there." I'm surprised to read the other Yelpers' reviews about my CVS. However, they are a bit outdated, so I believe things have changed for the best. I have been a regular here for about two years and have nothing to complain about. It's the usual run of the mill chain drugstore, but since I've been trying my hand with couponing, I think they have some pretty sweet deals. The coupons doled out in the what-used-to-be junk mail have come in really handy lately and I never receive attitude when cashing them in at the register. As for the Pharmacy, I can make my way through the line quickly by using my auto-refill option for my prescriptions. The film counter can be hit or miss. It's not staffed at late hours, (which I prefer to avoid craziness at rush hour after work). So, you may have to wait around for a minute or ask for someone, but they are always friendly and helpful. In fact everyone I have dealt with here has always had a good attitude. read more

This is one of the WORST stores ever. The staff is always rude and they act like they know more than you. The pharmacy is by far the worst department at this store. They only ever have one person doing pick-up orders and the line will be 10 people deep. And forget about voicing any frustrations or concerns. They'll just talk down to you. read more

The pharmacy gets more crowded than many of the other CVS Pharmacies. There is almost always a single line for picking up your prescriptions. The pharmacy hours are very good and they are even open on Sundays and some Holidays. The store inventory is very great. Unfortunately, they need to hire an exterminator. On a recent visit, a unnamed bug with a name starting with a C jumped out behind the register by the baskets of fresh fruit. A woman screamed and the cashier calmly continued her business as normal. She should have moved to another register. The store manager walked up to see what was going on and opened a second register. It appeared there wasn't a protocol for handling this occurrence. There is plenty of parking and on recent visits it appears they have addressed the homeless issue. read more

I think that someone in the store must have read Rick & Eve's reviews and done something about it... either that, or I just think this place is so much better than the Walgreen's on 30th, that I didn't notice anything wrong with the place. First off, I don't remember the last time I walked up to a pharmacy counter with no line and a SMILING pharmacist and staff. I thought at first that it was simply too early on a saturday morning for there to be a line, but when i returned today to pick up my prescription - same thing. Seriously, everyone behind the pharmacy counter was so nice both days, that I am set on never returning to Walgreen's again - I don't care what a pain it may be to transfer our prescriptions here. Even the bum outside the store yesterday was well dressed and presentable - the one this morning not so much - but they were both 10x better than the ones at Walgreen's who scream at you. Monday June 20th 2022 at 4 :21 PM . I can not believe this women did this . You are suppose to care about your job . I spoke to Ashley the Manger on duty and she was nice said Walter would help he never came to the phone. They same women came to the phone and I asked her name and she said I was rude and that why do I want her name . I said I like to know who I am speaking with . I said if you do not want to give me your name give me back to Ashley, she transferred me the phone has be ringing for over 25 minutes and no one picks up . I have been using this pharmacy for over 40 years and I have never experienced what I've experience the past 2 days. I have been calling and been on hold for over an hour each day and the strangest thing this same woman answers and she don't ask can you hold please she tells you to hold and never comes back to the line. The store is fine but the pharmacy is consistently terrible. I only go there because it is close to my home but the level of incompetence is hard to believe. This is what happens there: - They will give your drugs to someone else; - After a long wait on the phone, they will hang up on you (even before you get to talk to them); - They will make you wait almost every time even when the prescription is supposedly ready; - You will have to come back because they don't have the drugs in stock; - They lose the prescriptions; - Their reminder texts for refills are very sporadic so completely useless; among other things. It looks like Publix is opening a pharmacy next door so hopefully I won't have to put up with this for very long. There was also this time where I had inadvertently dropped my keys on the floor and had a hard time to pick them up because I just had a c-section. The pharmacy clerk was looking at me funny so I told her I just had a c-section. She said "Really? I thought you were still pregnant!" When you go to this location just be prepared to get harassed by the homeless people that live outside in front. Each and every time I come here there's always one standing out front begging for something and if you politely say "no sorry" they instantly become nasty and say a few unnecessary words to you. Next you walk inside and get the most horrendous customer service from the old black lady with a nasty ass attitude. She is the worst cvs employee I've ever encountered. She doesn't want to work, she won't let you use your coupons on non sale items (this has happened plenty of times) and she always has some rude shit to say at the register. My parents always told me to respect my elders so I'll keep my words to myself next time she decides to be a bitch. Here's a tip. DONT come here! read more

I called this pharmacy to see if they had my prescription in stock. The pharmacist (woman) was so incredibly rude to me and hung up on me. I called back to speak to the manager and told him what happened, and he said "oh well, you know, its the pharmacists decision".. what??!? to be rude!?!? Then he transferred me BACK TO HER. Even if it was her decision to be rude, it's common sense not to transfer an already unhappy customer BACK TO THE SAME PERSON that made them unhappy. Makes absolutely no sense to me. Consistently very nice people but chronically under-staffed. Waiting in the human queue or outside in the drive-through, or just to get an answer to a dial-in enquiry, all take forever. CVS management evidently feels like profit-maximization is consistent with minimal humans and maximal wait times. I'll be moving my prescriptions to some other place, where service is a company priority. Clearly, that's not the case for CVS. read more

Terrible pharmacy. Their estimated times for fulfilling prescriptions are completely off, multiple mistakes in filling the prescriptions. They are unable to do the basic service of a pharmacy. Additionally their hours for the weekend are very short, closing at 6pm. No positives here. Will change providers, to anybody else. read more

This particular CVS rocks it when it comes to the pharmacy. The photo department, on the other hand, kills me. I'm secretly thankful it's not the other way around, because, lets face it, I can live without prints, but when I'm sick, I need my meds. The woman who works the photo counter gave me a total run around about not waiting to purchase pics its printer made too dark. Then, she kept me waiting 20 minutes while she tried to do a refund on the pics she was trying to tell me I could not return. She even ignored the manager's suggestions on how to do a refund, thus keeping me waiting even longer. Apparently, online photo CVS and in-store CVS are separate entities, even though they have the same address and that's where you go to pick up the pics you've sent though the inter webs. At least this is the story she was trying to sell me. I also think there may be a language barrier at the heart of the matter. Or maybe it's hearing loss. On other occasions, I've gone to this particular CVS and asked for the film in my name, only to be offerend film under someone else's name that starts with a completely different letter and has 16 more letters than mine. Now, I've just told myself that if I have to go and pick up film here, it's going to be painful and I will get annoyed. That, however, does not make it any less painful. The pharmacy, on the other hand, is amazing. They call me to tell me when my stuff is ready. And I never have to wait. Quality service! Now if the pharmacist could also just head up the photo department, I'd be one very happy CVS shopper. Also, if they ask you if you have a card and you don't, get one. They totally give you major discounts and even cash back. You can keep it on your keychain and swipe it when you pay. I got abou $3 off deodorant that last time I was there, which was cool. Not cool: They keep it locked up in a glass case and make you wait for an employee to come over and unlock it. Who steals deodorant? I mean, really? What next, having to get my chewing gum out from under lock and key, too? Or worse, bandaids? Lets hope not. read more
