This CVS is 24 hours which makes it very convenient for people in the area. I went inside to grab some snacks and they had. A large selection of nuts to choose from. Many were regular, some lightly salted, some unsalted. I watch my sodium intake so these choices provided by CVS are great !!! read more

The coffee pilón was targered with a clearance price for 2.99. When I went to the cashier she said that was at 8.99 ,, and the manager Marilin o something like that take of the price and pu it in another product and said that was incorrect. The mistake was the store , and she dis not want sell me the product . That was a disrespect to me and customer service. read more

This was the location where I took mima to get her COVID vaccine, as it was the closest to her where we could find a convenient appointment. We arrived earlier than her appointment, and were glad we did since there was a minor snafu on my part when signing her up. No matter, as the pharmacy staff and employee doing the registry were really helpful. The employee doing the registering was helpful and pleasant, to help take her edge off the fear of the procedure. She even pulled a chair for my mom to sit meanwhile (see my previous review of a local hospital). The nurse doing the actual injection was equally pleasant and knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend this location and would hope to come here when it's my turn for the Fauci Ouchie :) read more

Always the longest line out of any business in the area. Never more than 2 cashiers despite always being a LINE. So slooooooow.

Every time I come here, the all seem like it's the first day at their job. I'm amazed the make it out their house without forgetting how to open their own front door. Shoutout to Lena H in pharmacy who made me feel like I was coming to visit family instead of just picking up a prescription. There was some issue with insurance and she tried multiple times to get it filled and called my doctor to change the prescription so insurance would cover it. She was so patient and fun to talk to and made sure everything worked out. Everyone else helped out too! This review is for their Covid Vaccine Clinic. There are 2 ways you can get the vaccine: 1. Online appointment Make your appointment online (this is the hard part because it took me about 20 tries). You'll get an appointment for both shots. Once you get to CVS, it's very well-organized. Upon entering, just check in with the person by the door sitting at the Covid Vaccine Check In desk. They will ask to see your drivers license & then send you to the back. There's a makeshift curtain where a very nice nurse will ask you for your insurance card & ask if you have any allergies. I was worried because I'm very allergic to shrimp. She told me not to worry because she gets a lot of people like me & there have been no issues. After the shot, there's a sitting area where you wait for 15 minutes to make sure you're not having any type of reaction & that's it. It was a quick & easy process. 2. You can show up without an appointment near closing time for the vaccine clinic (not closing time for the store). Any leftover vaccines will be given out to anyone who wants them in the store. So glad they're not throwing them in the garbage! For anyone who wants to know, I had zero side effects from the shot, other than a little soreness at the injection site which went away by the 2nd day. read more

Came here because it was on the way. To work. I normally don't come to this location. The staff was nowhere to be found. So if you needed help, you need to figure it out on your own, unfortunately. I was able to find the meds I needed. So I could get on my way. I was feeling crapy. In the end, the meds worked. The positive point was that the meds we're successful. read more

It's not the most convenient location but I needed to make a pit stop before catching the highway and found myself here. There's always a decent parking lot awaiting you at a CVS and since this location is open 24 hours a day, it can also be convenient. Luckily the line wasn't long and I was in and out with my items in a jiffy. This is a pretty congested area with limited options on pharmacies with a variety of goods in every category that isn't categorized as a supermarket yet has plenty of quick items available for you. This review isn't based on the actual pharmacy aspect of it but I did see a long line of people waiting to be attended. It's located very close to the Marlins park which is convenient for those on the outskirts of Little Havana. It's not the best and it's not the worst, it's just always open. read more

At the pharmacy they hire Spanish only speakers. So when I tell them I don't understand them they get annoyed and they're rude. I was denied prescription... they said it was available but my insurance didn't cover it. When I said I'll pay cash they told me they are not accepting cash purchases. Why?!?! Than my mother in law who went later on that day got her prescription (the same as I) they didn't give her any problems. Oh also I just called right now and they answered the phone and put it on mute. They did that twice! They're very unprofessional. Also they should hire BILINGUAL PEOPLE. Not ones that only speak Spanish. We're in Miami, not in Cuba! read more

This is the worst cvs by far in Miami. The customer service is the worst. Tonight my mother had to take some pictures for her passport and the closest to us was this one. While waiting and making the line to take the picture there was a customer before us. We then waited some more when the lady walked away and continued to attend other customers. My mom walked up to her asking if she was going to take our picture? The rude agent said she was attending other customers. Despite us waiting already 30 mins. She then turn to the other agent and said she wasn't going to attend us. The customer behind us then goes up to her again and said that it's unprofessional their customers service. Don't waste your time here! They need to hire better and professional worker. read more

About 50% of the time they mess up the prescriptions , give one pill when the rx says 2. Overcharges and doesn't bother to help you with insurance coverages . Unorganized and rude even when the mistakes are their fault. Typical Miami customer service which is TRASH !! read more

If i could give this CVS pharmacy a -star I would. I have had issues with them from day one. I am already processing a Better Business Bureau complain against them and will not stop until the pharmacist and Jose (who works in the pharmacy) is fired!!!!!!!!! Here is a list of the issues my family and I have had with this place: 1 - Jose fakes not speaking spanish when my mom drops off her medications. I've had to intervene a few times to speak on her behalf and today 4/11/2018 he spoke perfect spanish to a woman on the phone. 2 - Jose is condescending and rude to my mother and I when we drop off prescriptions. He also charges her for prescriptions that her insurance covers. Every time, there is issues she has to keep reminding him that she doesn't pay. 3 - Today 4/11/2018 he had the audacity to ask me with an attitude 'what is all this' when I submitted 6 prescriptions for my father who suffers from cancer. His job is to receive them and advise me if they are available. Not to be questioned. My response was 'it's a very sick person'. Nobody should be questioned on their prescriptions. And much less with an attitude. 4 - Jose walked over to the pharmacist and gave a smirk to her and a head shake in my direction. She in turn looked at him and smirked back. I stared at her as finished her phone conversation. She hanged up and walked over to me, handing the prescriptions and said they were not available because they were narcotics. GUESS WHAT!!!!?!?!?!? Only the top prescription was a narcotic the rest of them were not. SHE NEVER LOOKED AT THE PRESCRIPTIONS!!!!! Whatever code language is between the pharmacist and Jose is keeping patients from receiving their medications. These two are playing with peoples life!!! Enough to say I was able to get the medications from another CVS 10 minutes later. If you have the same issues with the pharmacist and Jose please complain to the Better Business Bureau. Work to get them fired and their licenses removed. These two should not be working for the public. read more

Unbelievable that I bought a heading pad and it stoped working 2 days after I bought it. I went back to the store to exchange or return it with original receipt and because I didn't have the box they didn't accepted it. I spoke with the manager and she said it is CVS policy to have the box. Can anyone tell me who holds boxes of a simple thing that you are not planning to return after been used it ? Well seems that I lost $34 dollars for the crazy CVS POLICY AND CVS LOST A CUSTOMER. I'm going back to Walgreens. Much better service and fair policies. read more

The service at this location is poor. I had an emergency with my granddaughter and my doctor had to call three times before they could get a prescription out. They were extremely rude and had a take it or leave it attitude. I had no choice because my granddaughter was in pain. Never going back again. read more
