I went to CVS for same-day printing and arrived an hour after the promised pickup time, only to be told my order wasn't ready and wouldn't be completed until the next day. I was told the machine processes orders in chronological order, but no accountability was taken for the delay. One employee stepped in to help and genuinely tried, even calling someone to walk her through the process since it was her first time handling these orders. I appreciate her effort, especially when another worker seemed ready to send me home. That said, same-day printing shouldn't be offered if there isn't properly trained staff available. This ended up being a frustrating and unnecessary waste of time. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst customer service ever. I have tried with this location for a few years but I am done. They don't answer the phone, if you call be prepared to wait a minimum of 30 minutes. They lose prescriptions the doctors send in. The latest is that they are saying they gave me 3 months of medication at the end of October (I only received 1 month) and that I can pick up in December. Like are you serious! today May 22, 2023 I went to CVS to pick up my medication. There was a line of approximately seven people and then after about three minutes he started to move along quickly, but when I got to the front I was flabbergasted by the. conditions of the counter, where they are serving sick people and where you're picking up your medication's from so take a look at these pictures and please report report report. I do not plan on going back to CVS until it gets cleaned and corrected. The worst experience, after spraining my ankle, of leaving the emergency room with a cast without crutches and unable to walk, and also alone, I went through the drive-thru at the CVS on 88th and 157th for 10 pain pills, and the person refused to help me. They told me to go to the one at 88th and 137th, which was supposed to be open 24 hours, but when I got there at 8:25, after another half-hour wait in line, the woman attending told me they couldn't sell me the medication at that time; it had to be for the next day. With tears in my eyes, I begged her, but she wouldn't help me. So I drop off my mothers medication on a Thursday morning, the lady at counter states that it'll be ready by 6pm. When I get there at 6pm and wait approximately 20 minutes with only 2 customers in front of me, the lady at the counter states that they don't have that medication and will have to order it. They could've notified me so I won't waste my time traveling but they didn't, no biggie because I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So she tells me it'll be available on Sunday morning because they need to order the medication. By this time I'm thinking that I should've paid attention to the reviews. I decided that I will pick up the meds at about 2pm. on Sunday instead of the morning. So I show up and now some young kid tells me that they need to order the medication I said "are you F#%^+€¥ me? That's the same excuse I got on Thursday! I said do me a favor and give me back my mother's original prescription because I'm going to Walgreens instead! He says that they got rid of it and put it in their system. He now starts to apologize and obviously I can't do anything. So he tells me that it'll definitely be here for pick up on Tuesday. I ask how much will it be and he states $90.00. I stated " Isn't there something a lot cheaper than that like the Rx app that will incur some of the charges?" He states "No, I don't know." I said "Well look it up bro." He does and finds out that it dropped to $31.00. Shouldn't he have done that in the beginning to be customer friendly instead of having to pocket $60.00 more for CVS. Not for nothing but Walgreens checks if you have no insurance in order to help you out. Maybe it's the Walgreens I go to but they do go out of their way. He then tells me that he will put it I the system so I won't have to give them that information from the Rx app. So, I show up Tuesday at 3:15pm and wait until 4:15pm to be seen. There were 5 employees, 1 is taking care of the 2 customers in front of me. The customer in front is asking all kinds of questions, the phone is ringing off the hook and 1 the other 4 could've stopped to take care of the other customers but didn't. Anyhow, it's finally my turn and I give the young man the information. He tells me that my mother's information isn't in the system. I almost lost it but I reached deep down inside and I calmly said "Are you Freaking kidding me!? You need to search your system again because this is ridiculous." Finally, he comes back and tells me that the medication can't be refilled because it was filled in August and it's only good for a month. I said "Are you F&$)@;/ Crazy she never received that medication this is the 1st time! You need to search that S($t!" He calls the head idiot in charge, who by the way was listening to the whole thing, and she looks in the system and she states " We need to contact the MD because it's not covered by the insurance." I said "Who said we were using Insurance!?" Finally they look and find the medication in the system and she tells me it'll be about 5 minutes which turned out to be more like 15 minutes. The only reason they received 1 star is because Yelp won't let you put no stars. read more

Ugh! I have to come pick up my prescription here every month and it always takes foreverrrrr. I go through the drive thru and I can't ever be in and out in 5-10 minutes. This one time I waited 35 minutes. I'm not sure how it works to give someone their prescription but a customer shouldn't have to wait this long. Besides that, the parking is fine and I can't say anything about the inside because I've always hated the smell of CVS's. read more

Went in today to buy a few things. If you have a cvs card it's the greatest thing ever. They give cash back and discount coupons you can use for future purposes. The store was very organized and clean and the staff was very nice as well. Lines also go by quick and you can also purchase things at the pharmacy dept. Found everything I needed without at issue and was in and out really quick. read more

I purposely waited before updating my original post; I wanted to be fair and give CVS an opportunity to respond to my (2) complaints with respect to the horrendous service at the location. It appears, unfortunately, that the 'problems' trickle down from the district managers not following up when there is an issue. Today is Feb 1st, (8) days after calling CVS Corporate office, being told a Regional Manager would contact me and still no call to ascertain my complaint! This place is trash, my doctor ordered 2 meds for me today, drove up to the window for pick up and didn't notice that I had only been given one. Returned to cvs and while talking to the assistant I asked why I had paid so much for my med and she said that I paid full price because I didn't have insurance. WTF. I had my cvs transfer a prescription over here early in the morning because they're the only one close by me that had the medications, mind you my cvs had me on hold on the other line and then confirmed with me that they spoken to the pharmacist to transfer, cool! Call 5hrs later to see if medication was ready, keep me on hold 20min when they finally pick up they tell me they never received a transfer and that my cvs is a liar because they never got anything hold again for 20min spoke to Carmen rudest lady ever! Asked for her name 6 times she refused to give it to me until I told her that's fine I'll call corporate. I come on Saturday at 5:50pm I know late because they close at 6 but nope drive through and actually pharmacy was already close. Come today on Sunday and some guy that works the register is telling me that I'm a liar and I'm like guy you did not see me yesterday when I walked it with my husband and kids to get diabetic supplies. Prescriptions not ready the next day when they said they would be, given the wrong price initially, they said they would transfer my other rx to another cvs that had one of the medications, when I get to the other cvs they don't have it in stock either and nothing was transferred. Sadly, I have to rate them 1 star because I had a basket of goodies and turns out they were all expired...just shows that they don't check their merchandise, which is sad. Jan. 15, 2020 at 7:30 - After doing a long line of more than 30 minutes, the pharmacist told me there was not any medicine pending under my name. (I called my doctor's office twice to make sure the doctor sent the prescription). His boss approached him and asked if he already checked the fax. His answer was, "Not, I didn't. So she did it and voilá, the prescription was there! After that, I had to wait more than 20 minutes to have it ready. Summarizing, it took me ONE HOUR to get my medicine. On top of that, nobody answered the phone, they are always busy, so there is a constant voice, repeating, "Pharmacy has a call. "IT IS RIDICULOUS! Frankly, there should be another CVS Pharmacy where the staff is more skillful. Every time that I visit this place, they have poor customer service. They should hire and train more staff. This CVS, is literally the most horrible CVS in the area. I really took the time out of my day to write this review since I've been waiting for over 30 mins to pick up a prescription that is ALREADY PAID FOR. I paid online to make it easier. I've been trying to pick up this prescription for days. The line of cars is always incredibly long. Today I decided I would go inside the store and get the prescription that way. Mind you the line was only 4 people long inside, and it took over 30 mins for only 2 customers. There are 3 employees behind the counter. One is at the counter with the people inside the store. The second pharmacist is taking their sweet time with the cars and the third has been sitting at a computer the entire time clicking away (I hadn't seen her move or pack pills for the 30 mins I was standing there). I finally gave up and left again. Worst customer service I have ever seen. These pharmacists clearly take the job for granted and work at whatever pace they feel like. They're always very rude, I don't understand how CVS allows them to represent the company in any sort of manner because they're downright awful and clearly don't care. If I could give this pharmacy negative reviews I would. I don't understand how some one can work a job that deals with people if they don't like people???
