The worst communications of any pharmacy. Only have robot phone system that directs you to voicemail where your calls are nit returned. Rude staff in phatmacy. If I could give LESS than 1 star, I would. This is, without a doubt, THE WORST pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Unfortunately, my insurance requires I use CVS, as there are no other participating pharmacies in my area. They NEVER answer the phone. Voicemails left on their system NEVER get responded to or returned. Prescriptions sent in are NEVER filled unless you show up and ask for them, after which, you're always told "they might be ready in an hour". I cannot fathom HOW this is permitted to continue. Worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure to deal with, not CVS in general, just store #10222 in Milford, Delaware. I tried to get several Rx's filled for 4 days last August and never got my meds. Wound up having to go to a different CVS that filled them the same day. Tried this week to get those Rx's refilled at this CVS and I'm on day 3 with no results. This joke of a so-called drug store needs to be shut down. They're incompetent and I suspect people are suffering adverse health events because they can't get their meds in a timely manner. read more

If I could give them a negative star I would. Daughters prescription was called in at 0907. My husband want there around 1230 to pick it up. They informed him, it was not ready yet and they would have it ready in 20 mins. My husband could not wait. We want back at 1615. First they told him their was no prescription there. He showed them his phone. Then they said oh it's not ready give us 30 mins. So off we go to practice to get an email 30 mins before closing that they do not have the prescription in stock. If they would of done their job correctly the first time, I would of have plenty of time to send her prescription else where. Now my poor 3 year old has to endure another day of pain and discomfort. I also blame the state for choosing this prescription plan for their hard working state employee. read more

I would give a 0 star if possible. The pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have used in my 43 years. Absolutely, zero customer service with no help when it is needed. The amount of 0 star reviews says a lot when you read their site. They close the whole pharmacy from 1:30pm - 2:30pm every day when people are on lunch breaks themselves trying to get prescriptions. They will not help you out for any extenuating circumstances. It's easier to say no for them because they are too busy. Don't call in they leave you on hold on the for over an hour most of the time. In the pharmacy you get mostly ignored and customers are angry and snippy. Someone has to take credit for this horror show and fix the situation. It's literally the worst pharmacy for miles but many Prescription plans want you to use it or you pay big out of pocket. read more

Honestly super disappointed in this pharmacy first of all the long waits are ridiculous. Your prescription will be called in and it takes days for them to fill it. Not to mention they will tell you a time frame of how long it will take until it's ready and then when you go to pick it up it won't be ready. They recently tried to say my prescription was delayed due to insurance so I had it sent to Walgreens and they filled it for me no problem without a wait. I will never use cvs again after all of the issues I have had. Not to mention the attitudes the people have that work here. I know I'm not the only customer feeling this way either because every time I go inside customers are pissed off and complaining. Also fix your drive thru!!!! Never had any issues here, the pharmacy turnover rate does seem a bit high but the pharmacists I've had are always very helpful and friendly. People have to learn some patience, Milford is a busy area with all of the doctors offices and new hospital.. take a look across the street at the other pharmacy and you'll see a non moving line wrapped around the building. Yes you may have to wait, but they're doing their best. read more

The absolute worst pharmacy. My doctor called in my prescription 10 days ago, I went to pick up on day 3 was told it was being filled and would be ready in 15 minutes, waited over an hour and unfortunately had to leave due to appointments. Went back 1 WEEK LATER, again was told it would be filled in 15 minutes, there are 5 or 6 people working behind the counter, phone is ringing off the hook not once did they answer it, after 40 minutes waiting I was told they didn't have the medicine but could give me 3 days worth, and to wait another 15 minutes, phone still ringing off the hook, after another thirty minutes of waiting I had to leave empty handed again because I had to get my children from school and did not want to chance being late. It's frustrating enough having to wait, when the script was called in over a week ago and it's still not filled but to have stand there (on crutches) and wait while these people are not getting anything accomplished is insane. So I have been without my medicine for 10 days now, and only god knows when I will get it! I would not recommend anyone using this pharmacy, they are awful and could care less if you get your meds or not. At the end of the day they still get paid whether they fill your scripts or not. This pharmacy is awful. They closed their drive thru 1.5 hours before the closing time of 8pm. I had never been to this drive thru before. When you stop at the window am automated greeting comes on. There was no indication that it was closed. There was a type of screen covering window. But nothing saying they closed early. However the automated greeting came on every so often. I waited and waited. The pharmacist and clerk knew I was out there. I called the front of store and asked if the drive thru was open and was told yes. Still nothing! Was transferred back to the pharmacy and no one answered the phone. I can see them through the window. Called front of store again and she said it was closed. I said don't you think common courtesy would have dictated they let me know the window was closed! I have to use CVS per my insurance for meds but I will never use this store again in Milford, DE. My husband went into the store to pick up my meds. There was NO LINE. The pharmacist was very rude to him and extremely miserable. It is a shame that customer service is not a priority. A simple sign saying drive thru is closed or someone telling me it was closed would have been appreciated. read more
