Zero communication after submitting my order. I sent emails through their website contact form but never received a response either. I tried logging in and also tried checking the status of my order but it was impossible. I kept getting an error message about a CAPTCHA, which the website does not give you. This is my experience with their website. I cannot speak on how they are in-store. Just don't shop online.

In a nutshell, Heather at the store listened to my concerns, addressed all of them, and assured me that everything would be as I requested. In the end, she proved to be 1000% right! You are shut into one room in a private residence and have to ask the owner to be let in and out. You are not allowed a basket, you have to leave items on a counter as you shop and are not privy to the itemized total. I asked later through dm for an itemized total and she said she would provide it and never did, even after i waited another 14 days. Even the 75 cent candles are tiny, pale in color, and burn weird, unlike their cheaper and stronger counterparts at other stores. Prices are low but inventory is most likely from wish or amazon based on quality. Upon first meeting the owner (on my first visit) I was given an unsolicited list of her degrees and credentials but when asked for evidence of any of it she became defensive and evasive- suggesting it would "take hours". Didn't sit well with me and I don't recommend it.
