Zero communication after submitting my order. I sent emails through their website contact form but never received a response either. I tried logging in and also tried checking the status of my order but it was impossible. I kept getting an error message about a CAPTCHA, which the website does not give you. This is my experience with their website. I cannot speak on how they are in-store. Just don't shop online.

Bought flowers on Monday at Ava's, needed them delivered by Christmas Eve on a Thursday to my mom…read more They charged me 94$, including 14$ shipping and on Thursday they called and said they couldn't get the flowers delivered. They were supposed to arrive on the day I bought them (Monday). Completely screwed me over. They offered no compensation for being 4 days late on a delivery and said they could get it there the Monday after Christmas (a week late and pointless at that point) and STILL charge me 14$ for shipping. Also throughout the week they gave me NO indication that the flowers might not make it, leaving me stranded at the last second on Christmas Eve to find a new solution. In desperation I called Jen Mor, the guy working told me they were closed and all deliveries were done, BUT I told him my parents address and he said he would get them over there. He arrived 30 minutes later and to quote my mom "these are the best flowers I have ever seen". And they were 30$ cheaper than Ava's. He went out of his way to deliver flowers after they were already closed on Christmas Eve, it was a Christmas Miracle. I'm Jen Mor for life.

At the time, I stated that I had received very bad service from two other florists (elsewhere in the country) and that when the orders arrived, they were nothing like what had been advertised on their website. In a nutshell, Heather at the store listened to my concerns, addressed all of them, and assured me that everything would be as I requested. In the end, she proved to be 1000% right! I am forever grateful for the speedy service, the positive and friendly professionalism, and for the 100% accuracy of my order! If I ever need to send flowers again in this area, Jen-Mor will be my one and only call! OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!!! Thank you again!!!!

You are shut into one room in a private residence and have to ask the owner to be let in and out. You are not allowed a basket, you have to leave items on a counter as you shop and are not privy to the itemized total. I asked later through dm for an itemized total and she said she would provide it and never did, even after i waited another 14 days. Even the 75 cent candles are tiny, pale in color, and burn weird, unlike their cheaper and stronger counterparts at other stores. Prices are low but inventory is most likely from wish or amazon based on quality. Upon first meeting the owner (on my first visit) I was given an unsolicited list of her degrees and credentials but when asked for evidence of any of it she became defensive and evasive- suggesting it would "take hours". Didn't sit well with me and I don't recommend it.
