For the first time, I used InstaCart to deliver Beer, Wine and Honey Roasted Cashews (Yummy)…read more Walgreens is also having Logistic issues on Stock. But, at least they had a viable alternate item (Nice! Whole Honey Roasted Cashews). So, while the Store basically had everything I wanted, here's what happened with InstaCart... Today is, 2-5-2023. However, I placed this order 2 days ago! Being alcoholic in nature, I didn't want to order anything until the afternoon. Sadly, the delivery time was pushed back three times. But, the time on the 3rd change was after dark (my place can be hard to find in the daytime). So, I rescheduled for the next day, 11:00-1:00. Yet again, my order pushed back! Not once. Not twice. Not three times. But, four times! Well, I called InstaCart to find out what was going on. The CSR told me they're backlogged, and offered apologies. Told me to call back, if it happened again. And, it did. So, I did. This time, the CSR blamed the Shopper. Now, I understood that I'd get a credit for this. But, so far, nothing has shown up. And again, the new delivery time was after dark. So, I rescheduled for today, 1:30. Yet again, my order got pushed back to 3:15! Luckily, and finally, it was at 2:36. Unfortunately, there's no way for me to know if Shopper was at fault. As, when I asked if they were assigned the order yesterday, they (husband and wife team) told me, when an order gets pushed back, it goes into a Queue. So, no way to determine who did this. But, I'm just glad I wasn't having a party. And, that this doesn't happen with my regular shopping orders (there as been push backs, and a couple of mistakes (1 involved perishables, and the shopper Batched the order (really dislike this), was sent over 40 miles away). Will try this again. But, unfortunately, no having a car, I'm at the mercy of these delivery companies. Though, I think, the aggregation, is still cheaper than car insurance. LoL

The pharmacist was not the same guy as last time. But, he was still quite nice. Unfortunately, he didn't administer the shot anywhere near as good. Not only did he cause me to wince when he stuck the needle in, the sorness lasted (EDIT) into the next morning. EDIT: 30 hours later, the injection site is still quite tender (not as sore as this morning). Hence the downgrade in rating.

I normally…read moreuse the self-checkout lines, but prefer to help someone have a job by giving them a little extra work. While the cashier was checking me out, she paused to text someone and then slowly started to run more items across the counter. At this time, while she was still doing this, she started talking on her phone "Where you at?" I do not have any tolerance for this type of behavior, so I left my cart and my purchases at the checkout lane and told the Front-End lead that I did not have time for this and told her what the cashier was doing. I left without my purchases. Customer service appears to be dying at this store.
