Scripts often take a couple of days to process which never was the case. I used to love Walgreens because of the selection of things you could get there but now it's the same. In both instances, when I finally reached the front of the line, none of my prescriptions were ready, even though they had been ordered multiple hours or even the day before. They both had some type of hold off where I was told to wait another 30 minutes and get back in line. It didn't help that one of the pharmacists I spoke with, was incredibly rude and said one prescription wasn't in stock and offered no timeframe or other solution.

If you need medications but they're not specialty well that's cool too. They'll want to help you just the same. They can process your medications and send them to your neighborhood Walgreens. But, if you choose to pick up here in person it's never busy so isn't a long wait. Why isn't it busy? Many of their prescription orders are shipped to customers, however I think that this is limited to specialty medication customers. And shipped for free too! Because when I go to my neighborhood Walgreens in the afternoon I assume that they'll be quiet. Nope. That's senior citizen happy hour. It's like lunch at the OCB, Walgreens and then back home for a nap. That neighborhood Walgreens is always buzzing! If they don't have your medication in stock they'll order it for you and have it in stock within 1-2 days. And because they have a small of customers in their physical store they have more time to spend on customer service. Impeccable customer service. You won't be sitting on hold listening to that sad phone jingle here.

Even after me stating at least twice a month I switched to Ascension. My previous doctors from Aurora would call and say to me I needed to reestablish care with them before they would consider giving the authorization to fill the script. I have some serious medical conditions such as a seizure disorder anxiety depression diabetes and stage 3 kidney disease. So this kind of mistakes were life threatening and caused me to be hospitalized several times due Hyatt's error in communication. I'm in the process now of switching pharmacies before I DIE WAITING ON THEM TO DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY‼ Thinking about obtaining a lawyer so they can pay my last 2 hospital bills plus pain and suffering.

The groceries were never delivered Thursday, without explanation for the delay. We did get multiple notifications that our order was "delayed" and would be delivered "soon". Soon never came. On Friday morning we received further notice that our order was still delayed and for us to either reschedule or arrange for in store pickup. What incompetence! No one should order groceries from this location because you cannot rely on them keeping to their promised schedule.
